$450 for an oil change which includes two very simple small diagnosis, 5 minutes each. The absolute unprofessional arrogant way this guy Chris was handling this at the whole customer service it's a shame on what Rick has created on reputation for his shop

I just had Eurotech upgrade the stock brakes on my Bmw 340i Xdrive to the M Performance big brake kit. They did the install, coding the car to work properly with the bigger brakes, brake flush, and an alignment for significantly less then all the other places I called and had quoted. I live almost 2 hours away but it was definitely worth the drive.

I usually never leave a review anywhere but they went above and beyond to accommodate my wants and needs. If and when I decide to upgrade anything else they will be my first choice. Highly recommend Eurotech Knoxville to anyone that needs work done on a European car.

This place will straight up rob you. Way overpriced at $140 an hour shop rate. Even a simple oil change is $220. They quoted me 8 hours on a job recently, I thought that sounded insanely too high. Well after calling a few other shops I got quotes at 3-4 hours each. HALF THE TIME. So not only do they way overcharge on their shop rate, they add far more time than necessary to your bill. You'd be better off going to the actual dealer at these prices. Find another shop. Horrible all around.

After getting a custom stereo system installed in my 2011 550i x-Drive, the car started but would not stay running. We were referred to Eurotech. The car was towed over and I explained the issue with Rick & Derrick. Rick, the owner, had Derrick scan the vehicle & clear all codes. During this scan they couldn't see the fuel control module at all. Further troubleshooting - checking fuses, trying a different fuel control module, resulted in a faulty fuel control module diagnosis.

After this was replaced, there was an issue with the ground wire to the fuel control module. Rick asked Mike and Chris from The Sound Factory to assist them in isolating and repairing the ground wire for this module. They didn't want to do too much digging around the system. Ground wire resolved, fuel control module fixed. After seeing the custom stereo installation in the trunk, no other shop or BMW dealer probably would have touched the car. However, Rick and his team tackled it with true Professionalism and Excellence!

I never got the feeling I was going to be overcharged for anything. I never felt they were going to just swap and replace and keep doing that until they figured out the problem.without true troubleshooting. These guys were great from the start! Eurotech is the Only place you want to take your European auto for any kind of work it needs. Highly Recommended, without Hesitation!

Eurotech did some work on my Jag. If you have a European car, you probably know to expect that the repair bill won't be cheap, but they were considerably less than the dealership. They were also prompt and within estimate, and their customer service is top notch. While I knock on wood that I won't need them again any time soon, they are definitely who I will call when I have any future car challenges.

We have taken two BMWs and two Porsches to Eurotech regularly. Great facility, great staff, timely and knowledgeable, and straight shooters. Will continue to take our cars there. Still going strong, now doing sales!

Rick and Janice are the best. Since 2016, they have performed several repairs and/or modifications to my '99 911 996 and '04 Cayenne. Regardless of the repair or need, they are a full service shop and can address all aspects of work. In addition to their experience and capability, they maintain a good schedule so as to minimize your vehicle's downtime. Without hesitation I can recommend entrusting your vehicle with them!

Eurotech is a class business. If they tell you you car needs specific attention, it does. They never take advantage of customers. Their technicians are first class and knowledgeable. This is one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We have used them for years for repairs to our vehicles. They never disappoint! Eurotech serviced my 2008 Porsche Boxster for 12 years and when I decided to sell it last year they found a buyer and handled the transaction for me. I was really impressed by the fact Rick went over the car and advised me of a couple repairs that I should make before I sold it in order to get a higher price. Rick and Janis Berry and their staff. are very professional and friendly.

The shop and office is always clean and service and repairs were always completed in a timely manner. The recommendations they made for service, repairs and tires were always right on and reasonably priced. Their integrity is high and that is why I highly recommend Eurotech to anyone with a European made car.

I took a Porsche Macan S in for an inspection for any oil leaks. I was quoted $136. My bill was over $160. Didn't think much of it until I got home and looked at the bill and there was a "shop" charge of a little over $10. Called in and was told that an 8% charge is added to all bills and that fee is capped at $39.99. Personally, I thought the inspection report I received was a poor effort but I was willing to live with it.

The "Shop" fee did rub me the wrong way and I professionally expressed my concern. I do feel that a local company that is doing business in a small town should be a little more open about charges. Hospitals and Doctors tend to slip additional charges on bills. I am not use to mechanics doing that. This raised a red flag with me and I will probably not use them again. Pretty disappointed. They might be a great mechanic shop(I honestly can not say) but I would rather take my car somewhere where I feel like things will be thorough and fair.
