5 stars for their work and for their customer service. They wouldn't give up when they were unable to diagnose the problem right away and they didn't charge me even when they did correctly diagnose the problem (it was not my transmission) and they were super nice while I was waiting and loved on my dog. It was great to get an accurate diagnosis after being lied to by a dealership that my transmission was literally falling apart. My transmission is fine! Keep up what you're doing! I will definitely be back (next time I'm told my transmission is falling apart)!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I went to Camargo transmission today to get a leak fixed that I knew where it was. I talked to Justin and was told that it would be $20.00 just for them to look at it. That did not include fixing anything. I have never heard of a mechanic that charges to diagnose your problem. They normally just charge people to fix the problem they find.
I went to Katie's tire and they diagnosed the problem for free. So go anywhere else and you can get your vehicle problems diagnosed for free. Do not pay these people $20.00 for what everyone else does for free! I can go to the Toyota dealership and it doesn't cost anything to get my vehicle looked at. Maybe you should advertise that you actually charge $20.00 to inspect someone's vehicle.
Then people wouldn't be driving thirty miles to find out that you charge $20.00 just to inspect a vehicle. I can imagine what it would cost to get one fixed there! If it costs $20.00 just to get it looked at. You are talking like something could have been arranged but you clearly stated that it was going to be $20.00 just to look at a leak that I already knew exactly where it was.
Now in the future by my review everyone will know that it is going to cost them $20.00 just to schedule an appointment. You are actually mentioning pandemic restrictions and you were not even wearing a mask yesterday!

I was visiting from out of town and my battery died. I contacted Camargo Transmission and received excellent customer service in a timely manner and a fair price. I've had this problem before and other service centers over charged me and gave me the run around. I highly recommend Camargo Transmission. It is family owned and they stand behind their work. I live 1 hour away and will definitely use them for all of my auto needs! I highly recommend them.

Justin and his group are top-notch mechanics, AND GREAT PEOPLE. Recently they could have gone ahead and replaced what I asked for, but after they examined my car they suggested a different, cheaper solution (which was the real problem) for me to use. This left them out of good sale and they did not charge me for the "advice" - just all around good people - who also know what they are doing!
