I don't have any pre-paid road assistance because I think it's pricey. So, when my truck broke down, I was afraid of the possible costs. Glad that In & Out towing customer service staff gave me the breakdown of possible charges for their Towing services. On-site, they also showed me the explainable charges, and I was relieved that their immediate response is affordable.
