Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Told me parts were bad that were just replaced, I asked for the parts back for warranty purposes. Sent the parts back and was told nothing is wrong with them by the manufacturer. The car still has the same issues and now I'm stuck with the cost of the parts twice over with no solution.

*UPDATE* I got into contact with the owner and he was kind enough to pay for the damage done to my vehicle, he was very professional and kind! He also prioritized making sure I was taken care of in the time he had given me. I blew a tire a couple miles down the road and stopped at Grant Automotive which was a mistake. They busted my TPMS sensor (it's literally in half), I've tried to get into contact with them, left many voicemails and no one has returned my call. Spent money to fix my tire but paid triple to replace my TPMS sensor!
