The cleanliness of our shop is second to none. We are Axlata certified shop. We use only the finest heated SAICO down draft spray booth that the industry has to offer. The booth has full baking capability. We use full electronic frame measuring systems. Getting in an accident is an unfortunate event.

Absolutely terrible experience. When you walk in, they treat you like you're invisible. Once you have someone help you, no one else can (or will). So if your "person" is out - you are out of luck. I had to bring my truck back three times before giving up. First, they forgot the tailgate! Then, the camera didn't work (forgot to plug it in). Finally, the camera quit again on the way home. (clearly not an "unplugged" problem).
Since I have new problems every time I get it back, I decided to live with it. I will never use them again. Rude, inept, and zero quality control. Not even an apology. Talk about no customer service!

Such an amazing experience with this company! From the second I contacted them to the moment I picked up my car, everyone was so considerate, professional, and very friendly. They explained everything clearly and gave a perfect estimate for the time needed to fix my car. And on top of that, when picking up my car not only was everything fixed, they detailed my car outside and even vacuumed the inside. Will definitely be recommending this place as well as using them in the future!

I haven't really had any body work done to my van but I experienced very professional service from Josh and the other men working in there I was very pleased I think they're going to do a great job and they were very fair which means a lot to me being single and not having a lot of money thank you Treasure Valley Collision

One of the best experiences I ever had with a body shop. Guy backed up a Hertz Rent a Truck into the front of my car. Called TVCC and took me right away, no appointment for estimates. Steve came right out and gave me the estimate. They also dealt with Hertz's insurance company, which took the burden off of me. My car was done on time and looked great.
The technicians did a grreat job. If you are looking for an auto body shop with great customer service and excellent repairs, look no further than TVCC. I can't thank them enough.

My son ran into our house with my car and it damaged the front panel, door, window and mirror. I am so impressed with the service I received! They did the work for less than the original quote. It looks better than the rest of my car! I would recommend TVCC to anyone needing body work or paint. Aiden was great and easy to work with! I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!

It is always unfortunate to have a fender-bender, but when you do, this is the best place to go. They are first of all, professional, courteous, and quick to get your estimate. They worked directly with my insurance, so there was nothing I had to do, except look forward to getting my SUV back to its original condition. They did that, and more. The paint match on my fender, hood and front bumper was amazing, and the repairs were completed in just a couple days.
They replaced everything with OEM, which I appreciated, and when I picked up my SUV it was immaculately cleaned. I was so happy and impressed, I can't say enough good things.

The two random times I haves stopped by at this business they were absolutely fantastic! Recently, I needed a headlight replaced on a new vehicle. They took care of me immediately and set my expectations appropriately and delivered. What I feel speaks volumes is the fact that the what I needed done was minor and they didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

This review is not for their quality of work but they were extremely helpful and professional and they were able to find the problem with my vehicle frame easily even though it was not obvious to other people I have talked too. They showed me the problem and provided me with a fair quote. I couldn't afford it due to economic situations but if I could I would feel extremely confident that they would do a good job.

I was hit in April of this year in a car I had less than a week. Treasure Valley Collision restored the damage seamlessly. Vincent was amazing and so kind. I was quite shaken up from the ordeal. They kept me very reasonably updated via text message. With how busy life is, that made it very convenient. It was refreshing to see the level of customer service and integrity they provided. I hope I won't have to, but if ever faced with auto repairs again, I would use them and recommend them. Thank you guys!
