I've delt with these guys 4 times now, and I have to say I've found my mechanics for life. They do good work, AND if something comes up outside of their control, they'll be sure to make things right. They have a great warranty on their service and will always make sure your vehicle is running properly. 5 out of 5, would recommend.

Fantastic experience! Was looking for a new mechanic; car was having issues and called them in the morning. They had car towed and was able to diagnose and fix the same day - luckily not a big issue. Felt the prices were very fair, even had a military discount. Staff was friendly, took time to explain and felt they really cared. A few weeks after started to have problems, took in and again same day looked and fixed. Also didn't charge for minor things - unexpected. We found our new mechanic! Highly recommended

These guys are so amazing! Go here! They are honest. If they can't do a service cheaper they let you know and tell you where to go. I trust them so much! They also have a military discount. If you are a female and worried about getting sold by a mechanic, no need to worry with Buss. They do solid work at a great price! We only use them for all of our cars. So so happy to have them!

We have been taking our cars to Buss for years. They always do fantastic work and never over charge. It always amazes me how quickly they diagnose the issue and repair the problem and they do it at a very fair cost. Much less that what the dealerships charge. I have been recommending Buss Automotive for years and will continue to do so. It is awesome when you have a mechanic that you can trust.

This is the best auto shop I've ever dealt with. Their work is excellent and their prices are always better than I expect. They give a military discount and are obviously proud of their military relatives. They really impressed me by saying I DIDN'T need an expensive engine repair that they could have easily talked me into. It's something you'd normally get fixed, but this is an older vehicle that doesn't get much use so they told me to save my money since it wasn't a safety issue, it wouldn't cause a cascade of other problems, and I could fix it for the same cost later if the problem got worse. So far, they've saved me $1000.

I've lived in many states and so far I've never found a better auto repair shop than Buss Automotive. They're great mechanics, they have competitive prices, and they never try to sell you something you don't need. If you tend to keep vehicles until they die, it's particularly important to have a mechanic you can trust. Buss has told me NOT to bother fixing a few things when they plainly could have gotten a thousand dollars by saying the repair was critical.
They're very military-friendly--actually, they're just friendly, period. Recently I had my car in the shop and was suddenly called out of town for six weeks. They stored my car for a very reasonable fee, which I appreciated. Highly recommended.

Service is great. They don't rip you off, they have fair LABOR prices. Buy your own parts if you want to save money. Joe buys top quality parts so that's why parts are so pricy, but it's still not a rip off. You get what you pay for, buy cheap parts, you'll be visiting him again when they break. Joe let me borrow the shop truck so I could pick up my kid while they worked on it, and to perform a pre purchase inspection you can't beat his prices.

We had taken our vehicle to the Dealer to have some warranty work done and drove it away with a warning light still on. When I called the dealer to see if the light would go off they said they'd charge $90 for us to bring it back and to have the diagnostics run to find the problem. I took it to Buss Automotive and they ran the diagnostics, saw that the code hadn't been cleared from the dealership and fixed it for nothing!
While my car was there, they also noticed the break fluid was low, causing another light to come on and off and fixed it right up for next to nothing! They were fast, honest, did the job right the first time, and I felt totally comfortable that I wasn't getting ripped off. I highly recommend them!
