The Pucino family's experience with auto repair dates back to 1939 when Michael Pucino Sr. and his father Luigi Pucino opened a repair garage. Michael's sons Lou and Joe continued the tradition when they opened a repair garage in 1970. In 1981 son Michael Jr. opened a shop in Wakefield (currently known as Advanced Auto Body).

For nearly 40 years, I have been passing this auto repair shop, on Rt-108. The name and the flag emphasize "auto body" and, until today, I did not have a reason to go there. I had an ugly fender bender, and decided to stop here and get an estimate. The chief mechanic looked at it, and said they can fix it, in about 30 minutes, for the cost of labor.
I came back a little later in the afternoon, and waited in the comfortable waiting room, with my laptop and used their WiFi. They fixed the damage in 30 minutes, at a charge that is so reasonable. Of course, now I realize they are a full-service auto repair shop; and I intend to use other services. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would give this to AAB, based on the great experience today.

Hello, I had the best customer service person who's name is Rodney, I had an issue with my hubcap and he told me to bring it by and he will see what he could do, When I got there Rodney was very friendly and extremely helpful, He put my hubcap on in one second and said have a nice day. I will recommend this company to several people, Thank you Rodney for your help today.

Poor work, didn't help me out with everything I asked for. Kept my car for an extremely long time to the point of my insurance company not wanting to cover the rental because it was passed the 30 day coverage. They also said they would help with my deductible and then disappeared (run around) when it was time to talk about that. Customer service started out good just to get me in the door and eventually became mediocre with horrible communication. I would not go back nor recommend anyone to this business as there are way too many other body shops that provide better service than this one.
