I needed to have my car detailed prior to shipping it, and time was tight. Haddad was able to accommodate me and I am very pleased with the result. Our car was not very dirty, but over time crumbs fall into crevices, and other things get a little dirty. Our car looks like new, with a great coat of wax and a shining interior. Haddad could not have been nicer or more professional. If you are serious about keeping your car looking new, this is the place to go.

Listen, all I'm saying is if you want your ride to look, feel qnd smell as good as new, there's no other detailer to choose in the greater Worcester area. Hands down, Haddad knows how to clean cars, inside, outside, undercarriage, engine bays, the entire car will be sparkling by the time they're done with it!

I had tough cement stains on the hood of my car, and I thought I had to get the hood painted. Haddad said they could buff the stains out, and they sure did! It took a little longer than expected, and they honored the quoted price. Very professional and the communications was clear. I highly recommend Haddad!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! There were so many RED FLAGS and I still decided to get my car cleaned by this Company because the owner was so overly nice and very persistent. While I was there the owner kept telling me about Sprint Lube and Repair, that the company fixes cars and steer fluid before I even booked an appointment with HADDAD Auto Detail.
I went a head and book the appointment to clean my car. All I wanted was a complete interior shampoo and the own keep talking about all the thing he will throw in for free so I said ok. I drop my car off. The next day he called me and said my car is ready and I have a steering fluid leakage which is very ironic but little did he know that I recently got my engine area check and there was not leakage before I dropped my car off.
When I went to go picked up my car the owner recommended me AGAIN to the Sprint Lube and Repair to get my steering fluid check, he gave me there brochure and said give them a call. I brought my car to my mechanic that worked on my car prior to my car getting clean at HADDAD Auto Detail and the mechanic told me that there is a rip in the steering tube and it needs to be replaced which was not there. Also, my car was not properly cleaned, the Interior and cup holder were still very dirty, I got an engine detailed which I did not asked for and I was over priced. I called the company twice and left a voicemail informing them that my car was not properly cleaned and they have not reached out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I called at 10am today and they squeezed me in. To say that my car looks amazing, won't do it justice. Tony was my service guy and did an amazing job. He even put air in my tire just because it was low. I will always be coming back. They will always have my business. Great job and thank you so much Tony!

After spilling a milk tea and calling Haddad Auto Detail, they were booked for several weeks but still took me in immediately in fear of milk spoiling in the car. Wayne was very nice to come in on his day off in order for us to pick up the car as well as having the time to clean the entire car even though the milk had only spilled in the front seats. They are extremely professional and accommodating and I will definitely be back at Haddad's for any car detailing.

I lost the better part of a gallon of lobster stock into the carpet of my car's trunk. My bad! The dealer's repair shop recommended Haddad's, and I am so glad they did. My whole car reeked of lobster! Even though their schedule was full they squeezed me in to the next day's schedule and gave me tips on how to clean out the area and prep the felt carpet to get the finish cleaning by them.
The instructions were so perfect that when I got up this morning the lobster smell was 100% gone. Saved me a bundle. Now I look forward to a whole car detailing by their shop. I know it will be a great job. Thanks Wayne!
