I couldn't believe the speed with which they got the work started and finished. I got daily updates when my car was being repaired and they responded to my texts informatively and promptly.

My car came out beautiful! I was extremely happy with their wonderful customer service. They kept me updated all the time. Briana who answers the phone was so nice very pleasant and that is very important to any company is how u are treated. I give it 5 stars and would recommend to everyone. I have had other cars fixed and was never as satisfied as Kings.

How are these people so good? It's amazon-level convience with friendly local mechanic customer service. Brian and Briana in particular are great. Someone bumped me in the parking lot and I brought the car to King for extensive bumper repair and repainting. They handled ALL the insurance paperwork and arranged for a rental car to meet me at King when I dropped the car off. Removed all headaches.

Then they sent daily photo updates of my car. When I picked it up, they had detailed the interior for free. I'm talking vacuuming the cup holders, washing the floor mats, everything. I was honestly kind of embarrassed because I would've cleaned the car beforehand if I'd known that. Talk about above and beyond.

King's was extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the long repair process for our wrecked Tesla. They worked directly with both MapFre and Enterprise to facilitate the process. The repair took a long time due to back ordered parts and they were very good about keeping me informed. I hope not to need their services again, obviously, but would definitely recommend them.

King Collision was great. Briana and Brian went out of their way to get my car back to me in a timely manner. Briana even contacted my insurance company to try to extend the rental car coverage when Travelers insurance delayed processing the claim on numerous occasions. They kept me informed on everything. The workmanship was excellent. The car looks better than when it was new.

I'm going to tell everyone about this place, they are absolutely amazing! I should of gone to them sooner! Everyone there from the front desk to the mechanics to everyone in between were full of kindness and filled with knowledge and that meant a lot. They also keep you updated almost daily with pictures and a step by step process on everything they do to fix the vehicle, mine car was in a accident and after using King collision they made it like I was never in a accident to begin with!

I was blown away by there work they did and will strongly recommend them to everyone who needs work done! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the fact that they send pictures of your vehicle and what part of the process they are at plus if you have any questions all you have to do is call and or text them and they will gladly answer anything they can. Once again thank you King collision and everyone who worked on my car, answered my questions and concerns and got it back to 110%!

I had a Honda paint recall on my vehicle which required over a week worth of painting. Brian Cox was extremely helpful and accommodating. The estimate and dealings with Honda regarding payment for the repair were all handled by King Collision. My dealership simply dropped my vehicle off to them and roughly a week later I received back what looked to be a new car.

The paint job looks exactly like the factory fresh coat. King Collision also completely detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle during the process. Brian and his team are professionals, you will get that feeling right up front and it is not charm. they do the job and well. I had a previous tailgate replacement on another vehicle and it went down much the same, very efficient and professional from beginning to end of the process. It is good to know such a good shop is available and appreciates our business, respects the customer.

Had a minor accident that took forever to process through the other drivers insurance. First place I came to was king collisions in plymouth since it was the closest authorized tesla repair center near me. I was extremely impressed when Brian walked me around the shop to show me the facility and the areas they had in place for specialized vehicles.

I have been in many shops before not as a customer but doing alarm work and have never seen a place that was this clean or had this level of sophistication. It was during this that i knew I was comfortable leaving my car under their care. Briana with one N was a delight. She called me the day before my original appointment asking if they could reschedule since they were slammed and didnt want my car to just sit there for a few extra days.

Of course I had no problem with this and we made a new appointment. During the process they kept me updated on the repair and did an excellent job making it look as good as new. I hughly recommend this shop for your body work if you want it done right. The staff are very professional and do anything they can to tke care of you. I give it 2 thumbs up and would double high five everyone there which in my eyes one does not simply get a double high five.

Absolutely exceptional. Who wants to have to go to a body shop for a collision repair? NOBODY! But when you have an accident you have to go and there is no better place than this. This is the second time in three years I have gone there for work - first on a Tesla Model X and now on a Model Y. They have gotten even better! The service is excellent and basically from the moment your car is in their hands you don't have to worry anymore. Who could ask for more than that?

Excellent body shop. Very professional and top quality work. Had our Tesla repaired there and work quality was excellent, final cost was a bit under initial estimate and delivery time was faster than promised. I had been backed into and I needed bodywork on my bumper and my rear quarter panel. Kings Collision was the best place I could have chosen for my vehicle work. From the start they were courteous, helpful and quick with their responses. They kept me updated almost daily with photos with what was happening! I had just purchased a 2021 Tesla M3 and the car was only a few months in my possession. So, when I got hit you can imagine how I was feeling. Kings Collision was so friendly and helpful. If I need anything done in the future with my vehicle. I am going there!

YES, that was pretty awesome. considering that it's a service that solely serves your customers! I recently had my Infiniti repaired following a car accident. Both my husband and I have had our vehicles repaired here and they are amazing. They make the rental pick-up as easy as can be. They scheduled the Enterprise reservation and had the car waiting for me before work. Accidents are never fun, but King worked directly with the insurance company and the appraiser and made the process seamless for me. Additionally, they totally went above and beyond and touched up a couple of scratches on my car when they were paining my bumper. They also waxed the entire vehicle. Luis and team - I can't thank you enough for making me fall in love with my car again. We will be back for detailing next year!

Update: Matt King sent me messages bordering on harassment to remove this review. This is an exacting description of my stressful experience with this shop! ***Poor quality work & attention to detail at this location. It took 3 return trips to get car. Each time there were visible poor quality paint work on hood of car. Brian was a hard nose jerk & blamed it in the insurance company. Owner had to get involved & work still was POOR quality. At the 3rd attempt to pick up, we just wanted to be away from these people.

Without any reservation, I recommend King Collision for any auto body needs. I hate to admit that I have needed their services on more than one occasion, but Bruce King and his staff have been helping me since his business started on a much smaller scale adjacent to their current Pembroke location. The quality of my current repair is outstanding -- my car looks as good as the day I bought it!

Customer service here is top notch, as I was continually updated on status by e-mail and text, and really appreciated how they worked with my insurance company every step of the way. Many years ago, I found Bruce King to be kind, considerate, and the consummate professional. Be careful when dealing with King Collision. Brought my vehicle in for body work that was out of pocket.not insurance. The repair order was more than the book value of the vehicle. Many parts written for replacement that did not need to be replaced. Inflated hours for work. A typical shafting job. Now you know why insurance rates are so high. The vehicle was repaired with another company.

I recently received my car back from King Collision and I am so happy! This is the second time this year I have had to bring my car in after being hit, and the work was done quickly, I was informed frequently on their progress, and they were able to work around my work schedule for pick up. The fact that they detail your car before returning it is a huge bonus. Mickey and the team are great to work with and this is the only shop I am comfortable bringing my car to. Best customer service, quality body work, and fair prices on any non-claim related repairs you want done.

I had a GREAT experience with King Collision. I thought it would be a quick repair from looking externally at the damage but they knew it would take much longer than I expected and they told me that right up front. Their estimate on time it would take to repair was spot on. One issue arose after I picked up my car (they offered to drop it off at my office) and I got about 70 miles away before it started.

I left a message after 5 pm on Friday expecting to not hear back until Monday. I got a call from Chris about 30 minutes later and he helped arrange for King to tow my car back to Pembroke and take care of the issue by end of day Monday. I know the issue was a one-off and I expect issues like this to be very infrequent. From what I can tell, they are an upstanding company with great customer service as well as quality work. I will for sure be using them again and will suggest to friends.

I had warranty work done there on my VW. I found the entire process to be very professional. I was updated on the progress of my car daily and they helped me with my claim with VW as it was not easy to deal with VW corporate. I wish my experience with VW went half as smooth as it did with King. the car that was repaired is my wife's so I rarely drive it.

I did notice a minor problem on a Saturday and emailed them, after 5pm. I received a response from one of the owners a half hour later, ON A SATURDAY! it was a very small issue on a 10 year old car so I wasn't expecting much. I was wrong, they set up a time that was convenient for me and repaired it while I waited, they also washed and vacuumed the vehicle. I have had prior autobody work done on other cars and it was never this easy, and with such a high quality of a repair. I would definitely recommend King Collision.

Have worked with both Pembroke and Plymouth location. The staff is very responsive and took care of dealing with the other insurance company and returning my rental car once my car was finished. I especially like that they post a picture of your car every day so you can see the progress, but they also call you every few days with an update. They even detail your car free once a year for as long as you own it!

Such great service. My truck looks and runs great and the repair process as a whole was fantastic. The customer service at King is what truly sets them apart. They even sent me photos every few days as well as a link to a status page so I never had to wonder what was going on with it! They've earned my future business as well, though hopefully it's not needed too often!

My experience with King Collision Centers was efficient, professional & overall positive. The customer service was great & I was kept well informed as my car was being processed/repaired. They helped me through the entire process which was so helpful given it was my first experience needing extensive damage repaired. My car came back to me looking like new! King Collision is the place to go for any car detailing that you may need. I was very close to trading in my car for something new when I decided to see if King Collision could repair some of the broken items on the car and bring the interior back to it's original condition. I really thought the car was on it's way out! Chris took a look at the car, gave me some suggestions for work that would help the overall performance and scheduled my car for detailing.

The service took only one day and I can't believe the difference! The car looks like new and all of the broken pieces on the interior were repaired. My kids even noticed the difference! I didn't think this would make a difference, since the last place I took my car to was unable to get the carpets clean and didn't take the time to repair broken items, but it really did! King Collision saved me the cost and aggravation of having to buy a new car. Thank you to everyone at King Collision!

After a snow plow hit my SUV this winter I took it into King and they did a great job. I was worried about the process being the car is german but they did everything exactly how it should be and didn't cut any corners. They handled my claim from beginning to end and made the process very easy. Thanks again.

I brought my truck here after someone backed into it damaging the front bumper and passenger side fender. First the representative walked out to the vehicle with me and went over everything that they would have to do. Then we set up a time for me to drop off the truck. They had it done within the time frame they gave me and the work was excellent.

There were no runs, ripples or swirls in the paint and all the body panels were lined up perfectly. They also told me that I could come back annually for a free mini detailing. I will recommend King Collision to anybody that needs body work done.

Did a great job repairing my vehicle but gave me my key back in two pieces. Sent an email and spoke to John who told me that was the way I gave it to them. After assuring him that was not the case he told me there was nothing he would do. Obviously they would have noted on the paperwork if I had given them a broken key. Not sure what recourse I have but have filed a complaint with the BBB.
