My name is Paul Kabilian. I'm the owner and operator of Kabilian's Car Kare, located at 903 Plain Street, Route 139 in Marshfield, a quarter of a mile from Route 3 on the right, directly across from Mamma Mia's. I've lived in Marshfield for 21 years, and raised my three children here in Marshfield.

I absolutely hate going to the dealership where i bought my car because they're rude as all hell. But at Paul's, he's honest, caring and is 1,000% truthful about everything. I REFUSE to go anywhere else as I'm treated with respect here and not looked at like i have 10 heads when i say i have a problem. I tell all my friends, family & coworkers to come here! I brought my 2004 Tacoma in for work I knew I need done on the drive shaft. They pointed out a litany of problems with a very recent (matter of days) repairs that I had done at a Toyota dealership. Kabilian's didn't charge me for the diagnostic, and even picked me up from my work down the street after they had taken a look at my truck. Brought my truck back to the dealer, had them fix the issues Kabilian's pointed out. I'll be going here from now on for any other repairs I'll be needing in the future. These guys are honest and more than fair.

I was making my way home from Plymouth to Natick and I was awaiting my odometer on my 2015 Jeep Patriot to hit 100,000 miles going north on Route 3. At 99,974 miles my check engine light started blinking and my car started severely hesitating and decelerating. Needless to say I pulled off the highway and found myself limping along Plain Street in Marshfield.

I turned right into Kabilian's Car Kare. Upon pulling into the parking lot, I was fearing the worst and expecting some bad news and leaving my car for a few days, having to rent one to get home. I walked in the office and I was greeted by Paul Kabilian behind the counter. He told me to have a seat and he would get Greg, his main technician on it right away.

They both began doing what I now know what they do best, which is customer service. What could have been a bad day turned into a very positive one by sitting there watching the owner of a business and his entire staff actually deliver outstanding customer service to everyone that came in and everyone that called. Kudos to Paul, Greg and all the staff at Kabilian's! "Thanks a million Mr. Kabilian"!

I am always nervous when I have to fix my car but I was told by a friend to try kabilians and I am glad I did. The people who work there are friendly and the cost to fix my car was more than reasonable. I just made another appointment for my wife's car. Services: Battery, Brakes, General repairs & maintenance

Kabilian's helped fix the rear differential on our 2015 Jeep Compass when we were in a bind. Not an easy fix - and it took some time to resolve the problem. But at the end of the day I was impressed by the Kabilian's team, in particular their professionalism and customer service. We don't live in the South Shore area but if we did, we would certainly work with Kabilian's in the future.

They do a good job in terms of maintenance however the customer service is horrible. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived was told my appointment wasn't in the system. Paul should definitely not be at the desk, lost the business a customer.
