Dinged up my car pretty bad a few months ago. Look at the photo right now and you can't tell a single part where it was hit. They cleaned it so well it looked completely brand new when I got it back and I was so excited to drive it around. Extremely professional and they'll always make sure to take care of you. We brought our brand new Forester to Twins after the window and door were damaged in an accident. Twins were super friendly, very professional, and very quick in getting the car repaired. The car now looks like it did straight from the showroom floor. With our insurance (Geico) we were able to get a rental car from their location and drop off at their location which makes the process very simple. I wouldn't hesitate at all to bring my car to them again and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs repair work done. Great service all around.

Wow, what a place. Was in the business years ago, and this place impressed me. Suv got hit In the left quarter parked in a garage, my insurance company provided a list of repair shops. After reviewing all the shops Twins was the most impressive. They live up to their 5 star rating. Had an appointment and was told 10 days, they did it in 9. Perfect job. Excellent repair of a large dent and scratches on my Toyota Prius, panels and paint color are matched perfectly, looks brand new. The people in the office were great to work with. Very easy billing and payment process overall with GEICO. Would easily come back again if anything happens to my car. Repair took about 3 weeks.

It is very difficult to find an honest repair shop, after an extensive search I found this shop. I am extremely happy with the results. My car looked brand new when they were done. They are extremely honest and friendly. Lucy is awesome, she is always pleasant and easy to contact. After a horrible experience with another shop I am glad I found this one.

I used Twins Collision after someone hit my car in the back while I was parked and needed some bumper dents and front grill fixes and parts replacement. I'm so happy I found this place. Everything went so smoothly from the day I dropped the car in until the day I picked it up. My car looks like just came out of the dealership. Spotless. And the customer service is beyond words. very friendly, kept me informed all the time on car updates including sending updates to rental car company and insurance. Let me start by saying I have an auto repair shop close to me that I regularly go to for all my car needs, but I have to say I did luck out through my insurance company when I found this body shop as an option (since they use their services). I had a fender bender in November that severely damaged my car's front bumper and hood, and my insurance company listed Twins as one of the options to go to for an estimate.

I read all the reviews before choosing them as my repair shop also, and I have to say, from Lucy to Amaury to one of the Varela twins we met, all were professional, kind and patient with me and my concerns. My car also ended up how the other reviewers here have attested, looking quite the same (

Amazing body shop with equipment that can handle very complex repair work on late model European cars with precision. They also use a special pant that's more expensive but more durable.

I would first like to thank Lucy who went way and beyond never rushed me out the doors always took her time and explained details and information about my car gave me updates on the status as well. They took the time to go over all the work that was recommended and explained by details of what work would be done so I knew what I was expecting when picking up my car.

Amazing staff clean environment which is great! Did a amazing body work and paint job Wheel alignment was the best I ever got since owning my car I could barely even notice where my car was hit! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit over a weekend during my brothers wedding. I checked into a few body shops and even tho Twins were the furthest from me, when I visited their shop and saw their work I was impressed considering I'm familiar body work. I also liked the friendly atmosphere and the simplicity in explaining the process. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing work done and wanting a professional experience

I can't recommend Twins Collision enough! The valet in my parking garage ruined the rear quarter panel of my car so I searched for the best auto repair shop. Thanks to Google I found Twins Collision. They quoted half of what other competitors charged and they finished the repair earlier than expected. They even fixed a small cosmetic issue in the interior of my car for free. Okay so! My car was hit by a flying wooden board on the van wyck, and it basically damaged my bumper, my fog light, and my grill, as well as damage to the shield under the car. I chose this place bc they have damn near 5 stars on yelp and google. I dropped the car off on a Monday, and the woman at the front, Lucy, told me it would be ready in a week-week and half. Now, I know this seems long, bc even I was being impatient.

But let me tell you. When I called her to ask for an update, and I was being a little impatient like I said, she was VERY nice, and very helpful, and called me back like she said she would. The car actually was ready a day earlier too! When I went to get the car, it was literally a 5 minute process. The car looks BETTER than when I bought it from the dealership.

The bumper is beautiful. Everything is perfectly flush. They even detailed the car for me (and trust me my car was disgusting when I dropped it off, I was planning on detailing it after it was done). The car was clean, and beautiful again! I didn't have much chance to interact with everyone that works there, but if Lucy is the representation of the rest of the employees, then I'm sure they're all great.

I would recommend you bring your car here even if you have to take the trains and buses for the week, bc they truly do an amazing job, and they don't lie to you about any estimates. They tell you the honest truth, even if it might be longer than expected. But like I said, it's worth it. Hopefully I never have to come back here lol, but if I do damage my car again, I will definitely be bringing it here!

We took our car to twins collision after it was sideswiped. We could not have been more impressed with the level of service from the staff and with the work they performed. They proactively reached out to us throughout the process and coordinated with our car rental company on our behalf. It was a seamless process from start to finish and we could not recommend using them more highly.

If you are looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired, Twins Collision is the place. My car was damaged while parked on the street in NYC, I filed a claim with my insurance company and Twins was listed as one of the Auto repair shops. Of course I did my research before I chose this shop, and I don't believe I found one negative review or any complaints.

After seeing the finished product of my car repair I see why. My car looks brand new. I am extremely happy with the results. Now let's get to the customer service. There was no disappointment there. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and professional over the phone and in person. I am happy I chose Twins Collision and If you choose Twins Collision you will not be disappointed.

Got into an accident but how would you have known with the amazing work they did, the car looked better coming out of twins then when I bought it from the dealership, these guy are professional, work fast and work hard, very kind people too they treat you like family. If ever your insurance offers this place take it, their certified for basically every brand, they used all OEM parts, showed me the receipt I can't thank them enough for the work they did amazing I'd give it 10000 stars if I could

Make sure to ask for invoice before/after paying, because they will toy with the numbers when they get your estimate from insurance. They did a good job on repairing my vehicle. However I'm unsure how much they truly charged and what was replaced (OEM etc) I overpaid severely, would've sent the excess to my insurance, to keep my premium low. Instead provided me with a blank invoice and told me to write in how much I paid to get reimbursed on towing etc. I of course learned my lesson, but I honor business etiquette and morals. Probably won't go back due to that instance.

Lucy is one of the Top service reps I have ever met and she carefully and skillful I takes care of all concerns that a customer my have and allow you to rest assure that a top job well done will be performed! Very professional. They have repaired my car a few times, and I am always impressed with the quality of their work. Be aware, they are so good that they are regularly so booked with work that you may have to wait for an opening.

Top notch customer service and body repair. They made the insurance claim process easy, did a beautiful job making my beloved 17-year-old roadster look almost new, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Highly recommend.

Great service - Lucy at the front desk is very professional courteous & helpful. Helped me take in my VW from the accident site even though they were backed up. Then again helped me with my Kia. It really wasn't a good month for my cars.lol Their work is top notch. Car looks better then new. When it was time to pick up the car was cleaned inside and out.

Also something real nice which I didn't notice until I got home - I was pleasantly surprised they had also touched up some major scratches on my front bumper. Job well done thanks again Twins! I highly recommend you guys.

Look no further for your body shop needs. They repaired a quarter panel on my rdx after I was hit by a ups truck. From start to finish, they were simply amazing. Their work was outstanding. My car looks brand new, and they even cleaned inside and out! Repairs were done in the time frame they gave me. Awesome customer service. Everyone was super nice. They even installed my dashcams and did not charge extra for that. I brought my car here from Jersey, and I'm glad I did. The hype is real!

Twins did a great job fixing my badly damaged Subaru putback that was hit by an 18 wheeler Amazon truck.

Wish I could give them more stars. These folks are so nice, patient, and beyond fair. I will only ever go to them again for any auto body needs. I had never been to a body shop in my neighborhood before and found them on Yelp. They were very patient and helpful both over the phone and in-person. I found Twins several years ago through Geico, and have been back at least 3 more times since for my scratches, dents & dings. The staff are all friendly & helpful and if you don't get a rental while your car is in repair, it's convenient enough to get to & from the N train, & someone will even give you a lift to the subway station. They do a beautiful job, they give a realistic estimate on how long the repair will take, & even callito say the work is done a bit ahead of schedule! I'll certainly be back the next time I need to.

I was involved in a 3 car pile up. My car was the middle car so damage to front and rear. These guys did an outstanding job color matching and lining up the body panels. It's like a brand new car.

I'm so used to having to be on edge with collision repair services.are they going to offer unwanted services? Are they even going to help me fix my problem? We were pleasantly surprised to find out that Twins Collision is a straightforward, friendly, and seriously professional outfit. I felt like they took care of us, were on our side, and went. the extra mile to make sure that our problem was taken care of, and that we felt good about it.

The most HONEST body shop I found in NYC. Had a minor fix to do and Richie suggested the most efficient and cheapest way to go about it. Didn't take advantage of the situation and was very transparent. Will definitively go back for any repair I need!

I took my car in for body work after a cab side-swiped me. Richie was extremely helpful in guiding me in my negotiation with the Insurance carrier. He followed through with the appraiser and got the work started. At the end of the week the car was as good as brand new. The workmanship was excellent. All the staff and technicians were extremely professional and courteous in their dealings with me. My experience with Twin Brothers has been truly satisfying and gratifying.

It was unfortunate that I had two accidents in 3 months (both at no-fault to me!). The first time, I chose Twin Collision after reading reviews. The second time it was a no-brainer that I will be back. They are working with the top insurance companies and representatives are right there. They are always pleasant (Lucy is just a jam!) and will give you a ride to the car rental (Enterprise is few blocks away) or the subway.

They kept me updated during the progress. They were ahead of schedule in both times and returned a clean, shinny "new" car. They are reliable, getting the job done and honest. Not trying to "milk" you just because you're a woman. I hope I'll never need their services again but if I do, I know I'll leave my car only with Twin Collision's.

These guys are extremely thorough in their work! My vehicle was t-boned on its passenger side and seemingly totaled when I dropped it off. I selected this shop from a list my insurance made available to me. I chose based off distance and other Yelp reviews. It was my first accident and I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off for repairs to the day I took it home, I had a clear understanding of what was happening with my vehicle.

They explained the damages in full scope and what the repairs entailed. The estimated time frame was accurate, I even received the car a day before expected. The car was fully cleaned and washed before they returned it to me, which is awesome. There was no evidence of any work performed or any evidence of the car accident. They even provided me with a touch up kit to fill in scratches on my door, unrelated to the accident.

The customer service, quality of work and clarity I received during the entire process are what this business prides themselves in and they truly live up to it. I highly recommend their work!
