I have been taking my Jaguar to these people for 10 years. They are highly knowledgeable, always finish things when they say they will, and have always been able to get the necessary parts for my unique vehicle. I highly recommend them to fellow owners who love their cars and get tired of the hassle at the dealership.

A girlfriend highly recommended Lou and his mechanics twelve years ago. We had just gone to a garage, who we felt, were inventing a lot repairs, so my friend recommended we go see Lou for a second opinion. His estimate was much more realistic and we immediately felt in good hands. Since then, Lou has taken care of our car with tremendous care and I feel he is always honest and accurate with his appraisals and the work has never been anything but great. Lou has always treated me with the utmost respect and I'm always happy to take the car down for the yearly check up and have the opportunity shoot the breeze with Lou. I highly recommend Lou and his guys, they are trustworthy, respectful and do great work.

SCAM. COMPLETE RIP OFF! -- Do not bring your vehicle here. -- They can't even do an oil change correctly. Had my car serviced and what should have been a simple easy repair. The paint job was awful, the car came back with missing parts, and the oil change caused $3K IN DAMAGES as oil leaked all over the engine. On top of all of that, they called me after taking nearly a month for these basic repairs to tell me my car was undrivable which was a complete lie in order to run upmy bill with brake pads and other nonsense.
I gave them several opportunities to fix these issues and they have not cooperated. All in all, I've been repeatedly lied to, overcharged and I'm out over $12K not including two months of car payments and insurance. I've spent months going back and forth trying to resolve just getting the runaround. "My partner will call you" "I will get this resolved" and they never call.
I'm taking Sports & classics to court and filing complaints with the better business bureau and department of state. If I could give this business negative 100000 stars I would. See you in court.

Dealt with them for over a year. This is by far the worst mechanic experience I've had. The list is long of all the things they did wrong and charged me dearly for it. Leak never stopped leaking, replaced glass and outer rim was popping out of edges thus leaving my car exposed to the rain and snow, glass was blurry and defective. Obtained parking tickets under their watch for the tune of $200. Of course there's more to add, but it's suffice to say they will do a poor job especially if you're a woman. Mechanics taking advantage of a woman is a classic.
