We were on our trip to KY and we got a misfire on the car the lady on the desk ask steve to help us with our problem they check our car right away unfortunately our car was with a sever damage other wise they would just fix it right away they were very kind by telling us to get back home and didn't charge a cent thank you guys i wish there were a lot more of mechanics so honest as you guys are Merry Christmas

During a recent PA heat wave, my 88 year old mother realized that her car AC was not working. She didn't hesitate to call Park Manor because of the way they have always treated her in the past, and this time was no exception. They treated her efficiently and with respect, not as a helpless, little old lady. Much to her delight, they also turned off the flashing light alerting her to a maintenance problem! Thank you to all those who have helped my mom through the years; you've given us BOTH a great peace of mind!

Fast and high quality work at great prices. An honest mechanic willing to go the extra mile for a customer. What else could you ask for? Update, August 2020: My original post was from a few years back but it still holds true today, still a wonderful place to do business. Great shop. Great folks.

The best auto repair experience you can have. They are great technicians, and have fair pricing for services. They go beyond expectations to service the customer. I will recommend them to everyone.

I had to pull over due to an issue with my axle. I came upon this shop not knowing what to think. It was a Sunday so I stayed at the motel next door. They were able to work on it the following morning and get me back on the road safely. Price seemed fair and felt relieved to have found this place since I'm not from the area. Thank you again Steve!

Went here on Tuesday to get a simple flat repaired, which was only a "pin hole".I have brand new tires on my vehicle, not even two weeks old. Owner tells me he can't fix it and tries to sell me a new tire instead. I asked him to put my spare on instead. He did, but he was pissed off, because he couldn't sell me a tire. Once I got back home, I stopped by my personal mechanic and he fixed the same tire that this guy says he couldn't fix.

Mind you, this place is supposed to be a reputable "AAA" supportive contractor. Be aware of scams and games at this place and the "good ole boy" network here. Yeah, be careful, because a smile doesn't always mean friendly encounter. I have reported my experience here with the proper personnel. Stay Safe.

Second worst experience at this place and it'll be our last. When you request a mechanic to work on your car both on the phone when scheduling the appointment and upon arrival and are told ok it should happen. Hearing a story about the owner not documenting it and an apology later is not acceptable especially when it's happened twice. Both times someone else has worked on our vehicles we have had problems with the work. The owner is a liar and cheat. Go across the street to BMW, at least you will get honesty for the high prices you would pay at either place.

Excellent service at reasonable cost. I had a specific mechanic I used at this garage, but after years of service, each mechanic shares the same value of trust and workmanship. I allow any of the 3 work on my vehicle.

Even though I don't live in the area anymore I still remember this place when they were on Tighlman St in Allentown when I took one of my first cars there for a head gasket repair back in 1994. Coincidentally they are now located near my employer which is handy cause I can drop off my vehicle and walk to work. Literally 30 minutes after they opened they called and said my vehicle was inspected and ready to go.

Other times they properly diagnosed an oil leak I had on another vehicle without upselling me on work I didn't need. In 2002 they did custom one off dual exhaust for my truck that I was very happy with. They are great to deal with in how they talk and treat their customers and their work is honest. Highly recommended!

Honest, dependable, reliable. I will never take my cars anywhere else for repair, they are amazing here! A repair that another place quoted me over 400$ for, they fixed for 50$. Easy to get appointments, and work is done in a timely manner.

I was in a bind and needed my car repaired and this place was recommended by a coworker. They were able to get me in the next day and repaired my car the same day. I believe the mechanics name was Steve and he called me before any repairs were done which was greatly appreciated. Best part was I didn't go into shock when I picked up my car and got the bill.

I highly recommend Park Manor Automotive. I have been taking my 2003 BMW 530i here for service for the past 5 years. If not for Park Manor, I might have sold the car already. For unusual electronic issues (control module failures, etc) I might go to the BMW dealership but for everything mechanical I go to Park Manor. They get the job done on time, do it right, charge a fair price, and most important of all they have integrity.

They have never recommended any work that is not necessary. On multiple occasions when I have taken my car to the BMW dealer they have recommended repairs that Steve did not feel were necessary. For jobs that are necessary, Steve charges a fair price. The dealership will take you to the cleaners. Park manor even has a fleet of loaner vehicles that you can borrow while your car is being repaired if you reserve in advance. Finally, on top of their already good prices they offer discounts for AAA members and certain large employers in the area such as Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Their office staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Water and coffee are available. The bathroom is clean. I recommend Park Manor Automotive without hesitation. Thanks for great service Park Manor!

By far the best garage in the Lehigh Valley! I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. My parents have been servicing their vehicles here for more than 35 years! We have owned many different vehicles over the years from classics to new with all the technology. Park Manor can handle them all! They have been lifesavers on many occasions when an unexpected issue occurs.

They are extremely thorough and get the job done right the first time. My knowledge of cars is limited but Steve always takes the time to explain, in detail, what the issue is and all the possible options to fix it correctly and safely. That's why they are the pros! Although I am no longer right around the corner from their shop, I still make the drive (or sometimes tow) to have my vehicles serviced at Park Manor.

Most of all you are treated like a family member with respect, fairness and honesty! Thank you for the many years for excellent service! My family and I truly appreciate what you do!

Steve and Park Manor Automotive are the best of the best! Imagine a car full of presents, 1 kid, 2 cats, 2 gerbils and 2 adults breaking down at 4:45pm on New Year's Eve. The only place around (and serendipitously very close) was Park Manor Automotive.and they're 'Open' sign was still lit. We limped in, my husband ran inside, and out came Steve only to tell us that our engine was shot and, given the holiday, nothing could be done for a couple of days.

We were worried. Steve, even though he had plans, went into the office and he and another gentleman started calling local car rental places.all of which were closed. He finally found us a car.at the airport. A friend of his happened to stop in to wish him a Happy New Year, found out what was happening, and offered to drive my husband to the airport, wait for him while he picked up the car, and then show him the way back.

In the meantime, Steve kept the gaggle of us girls (cats and gerbils included) company, making sure we felt safe and secure. Once my husband got back with the rental car, Steve offered one of his cars for us to put our cats in while we transferred everything from one car to another.and both he and his friend helped with the transfer. He then had us follow him to a safe, pet-friendly hotel before finally being able to go on to his New Year's plans for the evening.his reason? "People come first." Steve called first thing Friday morning and his first words were, "Did you get home safely; are you ok?" He also bent over backwards to get the best parts he could in the quickest time.he even texted a picture of the brand new engine poised over the open hood of my car telling me all was on track and ready to go.

We weren't able to pick up the car (being 3 hours away) during their operating hours.so Steve called the morning after my husband picked up the car to make sure, once again, that all was well. I have never written such a lengthy review (much less many reviews).but the quality of care that we received from Steve is beyond superb. I would drive the 6 hours round-trip just to have him take care of my car again!

He is honest, trustworthy and goes beyond the extra mile to take care of his customers and we could NOT have been luckier to land on his doorstep New Year's Eve. Thanks Steve. YOU'RE THE BEST!
