They are find for the easy work: inspection & emissions. But when it comes to the tough work (heater core repair) they are HORRIBLE. I've had my truck to them twice for the same issue, they said they couldn't find any thing wrong. Seems they don't want to do the work or have a loyal customer. Since John (the owner) retired, the work has gone down hill. Won't ever use this shop again.

Good work, fair prices, always go for inspection. only small issue was with communicating, I had my car getting work done and when I was told it would be done in about an hour, I walked over, which takes a half hour, to find out that it wouldn't be done til the next morning. i didn't mind it took longer but it would have been nice to know before waking a half hour. other than that, great shop.
