4 weeks ago I went to this business to get an estimate on on my car they told me at that time they were 4 weeks out for repairs so I scheduled an appointment for today the gentleman helped me 4 weeks ago told me he was going to order my parts today I get there there are no paperwork and he hasn't ordered my parts come to find out he told me it was an oversight on his behalf and they haven't even spoke to my insurance company because I got a phone call from my insurance company 5 minutes ago after going back and picking my car up and telling them I did not want it repaired I would not do business with them if they are disorganized like this and if this is the way they treat their customers

If you get your car serviced at Arnolds it will be serviced by an alcoholic who has been drinking since the morning, and drinks throughout the entire day. Toby does not care how your vehicle turns out, He doesn't care about the safety of his coworkers yet management and owners allow him to keep alcohol in the refrigerator in the shop.

I can't say enough good things about this business. I became aware of Arnold Auto Center five years ago when I was looking to buy a used vehicle at a reasonable price. I purchased a vehicle and it turned out to be a very satisfactory car even though the car was fourteen years old. I found the service department very professional and honest whenever my car needed service. If you're looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend that you visit them.
