I am from out of state, and I Hired Any place auto (Carter)to service a Motor home I purchased online, they went way out of their way to take the drive shaft out, and take it to a repair shop, to have it rebuilt before I arrived to drive it home to Ohio! Yes on the other side of the country. Carter also checked the Motor home over to make sure that the batteries were charged, and checked all the fluids in the RV. Carter also mentioned that there was only an ignition key, (which was never brought to my attention when I purchased it) and made me aware I didn't have any other key's to secure the motor home during my travels home!

Thanks to Carter again going out of the way I had time to hire a mobile locksmith to meet me and make some keys so I could secure the Motor home on my way back. I can't say how happy I am to have found them on the internet, and they really go out of their way for customer satisfaction. You won't be disappointed if you hire Anyplace auto I promise!

Great place with great service and generally about 25% less expensive than most other places I've called. I just had them come by yesterday to change a few hoses for my power steering system. It all went well, and they helped me get the right parts for my car as well. I will use them again.

We have lived in Phoenix for 6 years and have not been able to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Because of that, we put off maintenance on our cars because it felt overwhelming. Finally, we decided we really needed to have a tune up on our Camry with 260k miles on it. I called Anyplace Auto, they were friendly and transparent with pricing and timing. 2 days later they did the tune up in our driveway.

The price was exactly what they quoted and the work was done quickly. Unfortunately, the same day our other car broke down. We had it towed to our home. I called Anyplace and they sent someone out first thing the next morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within a couple hours. As a family with many kids and busy schedules, it is absolutely invaluable to have a mechanic come to us.

Our cars were in out of commission for the time it took to do the repair. No dropping cars off, picking cars up, and being down a vehicle for days at a time. My ONLY complaints are that the person you talk to on the phone is much friendlier than the person who shows up to do the service. Additionally, both times, the mechanic left trash in our driveway at the completion of the repair (plastic grocery bags with old spark plugs/parts). It seems like that should have been disposed of properly.

Want to give thanks to Carter, who answered the phone about 5 minutes before close and was still helpful and friendly, and really big thanks to Brandon who came out and successfully diagnosed a cranking no start condition on my turbo GSR swapped del sol. The fact that these guys work on modified/swapped cars is great, but Brandon's knowledge of the platform was truly a blessing. He stayed for about 30 minutes after the issue was fixed, and gave me extra helpful info about my car. He'll be the first I ask for when I need help again.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable and professional the work was done much faster than anticipated and after getting other quotes they were even cheaper and I never got out of my chair a well-earned five stars

So I have a 2015 Nissan Altima. That just wouldn't start. So i exchanged the battery and nothing it didn't start. I filled out information online got messages from Carter, and they came out fixed my car. Simple professional, and courtesy. Im utterly grateful

Chad this is for you, learn how to talk to people you might get ahead. Buyer be aware. I call to ask for a quote to see how much they will charge to put on mounts for my car. He insist doing service that already had been done on my car. They will rob you for your money. He told me he will have to test my car. On what I told him that it was already tested.

I ask him to tell me how much it will cost him to put on motor mounts. He was still begging for extra money to do work on which didn't need for a diagnostic test. I had done to the car. If you were honest with people and not hung up on money you would have gotten more busy. He became very angry because I knew what I was talking about He thought he could get over me. Sorry! But Thank You! For directing me to a better place.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Carter Is by far the most precise mechanic I have encountered. This man not only is a mechanical genius but can explain his vast knowledge In a digestible fashion that does not leave one in confusion. Found him trough review sites that provide him superb experiences, I was wary at first. But after we spoke and messaged about inspecting a vehicle and what exactly his checklist consist of he blew me away with his mechanical proficiency. Walked me through every step of his tried and true process to evaluate the safety and stoutness of the car.

Once you contact him he calls the seller and takes the wheel to discover mechanical inconsistencies, he found a few. Being on the east coast looking at a car online is a risky gamble. All I really had to go on was a few pictures and the morality of the seller that had me questioning his honesty. Carter used his many years of experience dealing with classics and suggested me to keep on looking.

There are tons of snakes out there but Carter seems to be a Honey Badger that takes them on in a very professional but kind manner. If I was in the Phoenix area he would be my go to mechanic for any issue. Honest, affordable and intelligent. THANK YOU!

Brandon and Wes went above and beyond on my truck. Repairs that were expected to take a few hours turned into an all-day event. Brandon took great care of my truck! They (Brandon and Carter) were very communicative, informative, thoughtful and thorough with my truck. They were prepared for the worst, even had extra parts on the truck, however he found it to be a relatively simple fix. He even took the time to physically show me the parts I was worried about and how he tested them to ensure they were performing properly (in my case he showed me the tie rods and ball joints and how they showed no sign of wear yet).

He showed me a possible issue with my steering box (was one of my symptoms) and showed me how to keep an eye on it. I loved their honesty and really appreciated their non pressure service. I highly recommend and will be recommending them to friends, family, and co-workers.
