Each shop must meet 26 tough tests of quality, integrity and customer satisfaction to be listed on this website. We evaluate all auto repair shops to make sure they meet or exceed our 26 tough standards before they earn a NARPRO recommendation, then we listen to their actual customers - the shop must get a minimum 95% Satisfaction rating.
Spina Bifida is near and dear to Dave Martin's heart who owns Martin's Auto Repair. At the Spina Bifida Association of Arizona Walk N Roll event, a single father was gifted a refurbished caravan with a ramp for his 10 year old son with Spina Bifida. NARPRO is happy to be apart of these amazing opportunities for the community.
Did you ever arrive at a repair shop only to find out your car won't be ready until "tomorrow" - you know the drill "we're waiting on a part", "we found some other things on your car that need to be taken care of" or "Our Tech went home sick".
