For the health and performance of your engine we highly recommend changing your oil every 3,000 with conventional oil or up to 5,000 miles with synthetic oil. It is very important to change the oil and filter within these intervals to help prevent long term engine damage which can be extremely expensive.

I have had our cars serviced at Chippewa Auto Body for the past several years and have always had excellent service and work. The office staff is friendly and know much about autos. The service technicians are honest, efficient and know their stuff. I have asked them questions and they could have given me false information so they could make a buck but, have always been honest. Prices are fair.

Highly impressed. Someone scratched up my bumper and Chippewa Auto Body made the process so painless. I worked with Dan and I have absolutely nothing negative to say, he was beyond amazing! He not only explained the process of what he'd being doing, he also called me and let me know when payments on the other persons end were verified, even squeezed me in for an oil change while my car was being painted.
The oil change ended up being cheaper than what I was originally quoted, always great to pay less than you expected. They gave me a free loaner while it was in the shop and even cleaned my car before letting me know it was done! I'll be coming to Chippewa Auto Body for much more than just body work in the future. Very pleased! (My bumper looks FLAWLESS)

Chippewa Auto did a great job replacing my entire bumper and headlamp and matching the paint exactly after my car was hit by another driver. The new bumper looks better than the original. I worked with Steve Lauer and he went above and beyond to get my car back to excellent condition. He also took extra steps to get me OEM parts and discovered additional damage to the headlamp during the repair and made sure that was fixed and covered by insurance as well. They did all of this on their original time frame and had the car back to me two days later. Highly recommend Chippewa Auto for all your auto body and detailing needs.

If you have any car issue go to Chippewa Auto body! Breaks, oil, water pump replacement, diagnostics, tires. I'v had all of these services and and done here. They are quick to get you in and the prices almost feel like you're getting away with a crime. Other places in Chippewa might have a 2-5 day wait to get in, but I've gotten in same day after calling in at noon. The staff is friendly and understanding of your needs! The mechanics are honest and thoroughly explain issues to you in a way you can understand.

Awesome service and kindness! Noticed an issue with my car brakes, and they were able to get me in. Even with my busy work schedule. Took it in during my lunch break, went back to work, they called me to quote me and went from there! It was done before I left work for the evening. Very helpful, great quality, and good price. Will be back.
