I went to Trubilt as I had issues with another auto center that had awful communication. Trubilt did an amazing job with customer service and fixing up my car. I had been rear-ended and needed to replace my bumper. I was in the loop from start to finish with text messages and talking to the employees. Definitely recommend Trubilt!

My car got side swiped by a city bus and the front end tore off. I would give Tru bilt 12 stars for their ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. The boss himself let me use his brand new truck to do my job at the school that same afternoon of the accident. The owner and his crew did any and everything they could to get me a loaner car to drive. When I got papers to sign from the city the owner went over them with me so I understood what everything meant.

Fantastic service and quality workmanship. Had to bring my vehicle in due to a minor accident. Trubilt staff were great in explaining options for repair and, given the accident was due to another driver and the repair work was covered by the other driver's insurance company, Trubilt helped ensure I was well taken care of. My car was repaired and ready for pickup within a day!
