Took my truck in and he kept me well informed on what was going on with it. Told me that it would cost more than the truck was worth to repair. Charged me minimal amount. Has my business from here on and will tell friends and family if they need work done, take their business to him.

Brad rushed service because he was "going on a fishing trip rest of the week" he chose to fit my vehicle in when he should have said no to begin with after the awful service. Called 6 times in a row without leaving a SINGLE voicemail. Most people don't answer unknown callers. We had arrived with a picture of the diagnostic that we had already done right before bringing it to him, after all it was the same thing that was already tested on the engine and I decided to NOT take his service for such crazy prices he was going to charge to fix and after all still charged me 42$ for doing NOTHING!

Pretty much figured out what I said to begin with. Definitely was not a 150$ part like he was asking and I found it for 70$ elsewhere. Do not bring your vehicle here. On top of it all, he charges for leaving your vehicle there over night on his lot AND I had left his shop without him even giving me my key fob back because he forgot. Good thing I brought my spare.

Where do I start?! Brad and his crew are excellent! They take time to explain what's going on. Brad doesn't beat around the bush. If a repair is necessary he tells you. When a repair is NOT necessary, he tells you! Clean guest area. The shop is clean. Dan is a great receptionist! We've trusted them with our vehicles for the last eight years. Brad honors a (green) CASH DISCOINT!
