Bought our Micro Mini in 2020 and these folks brought our tow vehicle up to speed for our first cross country trip. They also winterized the RV. Started our second trip out west on a Friday afternoon and immediately realized we had brake problems. Despite being ready to close for the weekend and over extended with customers, they took the time to diagnose and fix the problem.
They even salvaged a used part to get us on the road in an hour. These folks really know what they're doing and bent over backwards to help us out at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome. They are an official repair shop for Winnebago, but will work on any others including my 2013 Berkshire. I had back light issues and jack issues related to SnapPads that malfunctioned. I ordered what I needed from their parts shop, had it overnighted and they did the work the next day when the parts came in! Very efficient and professional and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I was in at 9am and work was done in a couple hours. Then we went back to our camp site to enjoy our stay with the knowledge our rig was all fixed. Thank you Bill and Heidi!

Heidi was wonderful in getting me in and out quickly twice now. I had needed a water pump about a year while traveling thru the Maryland area on business and I pulled in and they fixed my issue same day. Well just the other day I was again traveling thru the area and I needed a hotwater heater and they once again took me immediately. I highly recommend these guys and Heidi : anytime. I feel they are fair and honest and were very helpful to me once again. Thanks to Queenstown RV for your prompt response in helping me. Sean H
