I had this shop as a customer until I retired. This place is first class and very fussy. Cars won't leave the shop until it's perfect! I drove from Annapolis to Frederick for a repair many years ago. You won't go wrong here. Tell Eric the owner Steve the lightbulb man said hi. Oh, I now live in Arizona.

After having an appoint set for over a week and a half and explaining the situation to them at time of scheduling, the day of the appointment we we told they would not even look at our vehicle. Very unprofessional and will never recommend or use them for any services. Was a total waste of our time and we should have been told this before we towed our vehicle there.

I told the repair man I had trouble up front in my right turning of the car and it was never addressed. Took it back over and still did not get any satisfaction. Said it was the alignment. Well after being slammed from the rear end it could very well be but they wouldn't fix it. That should have gone in with the claim.

A few years ago I Had an accident that nearly totaled my Ford Edge and was double-digit thousands to repair, about $12-14k?. I get it back and the decorative Ford engine cover was gone, backup camera was not working at all, and I believe a 1 other small complaint too. They were dismissive and abrasive especially for the total amount of money the insurance company paid them to repair my car!
I asked them to even look through the garage for that decorative cover and wouldn't lift a finger. For the backup camera the lens was out of alignment, which obviously happens when your brakes go out and you hit a car at 75mph on the highway (due to g force) but they refused to do anything without "video proof" of before the accident which is laughable. and insurance said it can def happen but no help from Zamoras. I've lived three miles from them since 2007 and taken and I believe three cars there total but never again. That incident just soured me but you might have better luck.

The quality of the work Zamora's auto body offered was subpar and appeared to be rushed. On initial return of the car (a 2021 with 3500 miles, essentially new) for relatively minor work (1 new front door skin, replacing 2 pieces of trim, paint and blending), there were several runs in the clear-coat and dirt embedded in the clear-coat where they blended the rear door.
The weather stripping on the door was not fully re-inserted. The door was not properly aligned. The lower door trim had several paint defects on the edge and was improperly attached to the body. The clips in the door card were reused and not properly inserted. Door edge protective trim was bent on removal. The sill kick plate was also bent for some inexplicable reason.
To top it all off, the driving monitor on the car indicated the staff at the repair shop drove the vehicle extremely aggressively when transporting it between their repair shops, indicating a total of 5 harsh acceleration, 4 harsh cornering and 4 harsh braking events in 2 miles of driving. Nick was apologetic and the shop did repair several of the defects noted within one days time, but I will not be returning my car for any additional work.
Any shop that is willing to present work like that to a customer and treat a customer's car like this does not deserve my business. Geico should reconsider listing this shop as a recommended repair facility. Edit: door edge trim fell off after 6 days. Lowering to 2 stars.

Brought my truck in after an accident with damage down the whole passenger side. I had recently got a custom paint job and the guys at Zamora's did a beautiful job with the body work and took the extra time to make sure the paint matched and had a seemless transition to the color I already had. Very happy for sure. Would definitely highly recommend and return if ever needed in the future.

I was in an accident which did quite a bit of damage to my entire front end. I just picked my car up yesterday and it appears they did an excellent job on the repair. It's back to looking like a new car, smells new also. They kept to the original date they gave me and Herbert sent me texts periodically to update me on their progress. Also, everyone I spoke to in the office was very nice and helpful.
We had one small problem, I noticed my radio knob was missing so they have ordered me a new one and will install it when it comes in. I would highly recommend ZAMORA'S for their repair and body work.

Zamora's staff was exceptional. I have never been treated so well at any car repair/mechanic shop. Everything was very organized. They kept me up to date through the whole process. Herberth was awesome. He went over everything with me, provided options and pros and cons. They work very closely with a rental car company so I was able to pick up and drop off a rental at the shop eliminating the need to find someone to chaffeur me around.
Then I picked up my car and it was better than I expected. Not only did they fix everything that needed repaired, they wanted and vacuumed my car too which took it that one step further in satisfaction. I am extremely happy with my service and recommend them to anyone who needs Auto body work done.

Excellent service. I came in in desperate need of bumper repair - I was in town for a short time and had a parking issue that lead to my bumper being displaced. I called and showed up fairly close to closing but they were still willing to help me. and didn't charge me. I seriously almost cried! After a day of stopping multiple times to fix my bumper I was so happy to walk away with it repaired and my fog light was replaced! Make sure you go there for all your auto needs! Thank you x10000

This place is great! I hit a deer Thursday, got an appointment to take my vehicle in Friday, and had it back Tuesday. Rafael did a fabulous job with repairs, and the whole process was quick and painless. I've used Zamora's in the past and have always had great experiences, so I recommend them to everyone. Stay away! One time to fix bumper damage. Three times to damages they caused. Including a dent, glue all over the interior and gouge in freshly painted bumper. They did not replace all screws. Mr. Zamora was really curt and raised his voice in the parking lot. What a nightmare! I will say the ladies at the front desk are organized and friendly.

I am Geico insured. They recommended this place. I received a quote from Zamora's as requested by Geico. I decided not to use Geico, but instead to pay for the repairs myself. When I took the car in to have it repaired, they bumped the price by more than 25%! I complained and they told me it was"company policy". I had the work done anyway because I did not want to go through the entire process again and the car was already at Zamora's.
I am reporting this to Geico and will not use Zamora's again. I have both quotes in writing and sent them to Zamora's."sorry.company policy". The work was excellent and the estimator, Olmi, was kind and professional. The bait and switch however is totally unacceptable! Refund me the difference and this review will go to 5 stars.

DO NOT EVEN WAEST YOUR TIME TO GO TO ZAMORA I drive 2015 lexus and went to zamora to fix exterior paint cause of tree sap damage and lttle dent on door. they repainted all over my car but the hood has hundres craeters and told me those are rock chips and insurance not pay for it. 100s small craters are seriousaly rock chips? I only wanted to fix exterior paint and dent but zamore create damge around the interior right rear door and interior left rear door.
There are fresh scratches on the plastic and sharp fresh cuts on the leather that appear to have been made by tools. I have taken extraordinary care of this car since I have owned it, brand new off the lot. Nobody rides in the rear seats and I have never seen these defects before taking it to Zamora. They refuse to acknowledge fault.

WARNING! Please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT go here. I took my low-mileage 2018 Subaru Outback here after it was sideswiped. I've been back four or five times and they still haven't gotten it right. I will not return. I should've gone to a Subaru certified dealer to begin with. They told me they were Subaru certified but believe they're certified in anything but poor results and added damage to your car.
The last straw came yesterday when I picked my car up after having to return and return and return and return again. Their craftsmanship is horrible. They replaced a side plate on my window with a running sharp edge and I sliced my finger closing the door. They chipped paint in two areas, did not properly align my fender or doors they replaced/fixed, opened my sunroof for some reason (and failed to close it), opened my center dash console (and failed to close it), did not reset my clock after battery disconnection and on and on.
You can imagine my upset when I had to return for a fourth or fifth time yesterday. Andy Zamora met me with a macho, bullying attitude. Then, after this offsetting introduction, tried to give me a tutorial on positivity (he thought my emails were a little too direct on their poor work quality). That's right. Instead of an apology and empathy for my time and monetary expenditure because of their inability to do a good job, that was the introduction.
He said he likes to put positivity before craftsmanship. What the heck?! Look, if I wanted a tutorial on positivity I'm not going to go to an auto body shop. I go to an auto body shop to get my car repaired not to meet up with Tony Robbins. Although I met Tony Robbins once in LA and he was NOT a bully. There is nothing positive about a macho bully.

Came here upon a recommendation from a friend, but unfortunately very unhappy with the results. Had a fender bender with minor damage to the front of my car. I had a great experience from start to finish here after being referred to Zamora's by at least 7 different people. I dropped my Nissan off here for a simple paint job on the hood, and Olmi was super nice and gave me a discount on the original quote I received. Also, I had some scratches on the side of my car that Olmi was kind enough to offer to buff out for free!
I dropped it off on a Thursday morning and it was ready by 3:30pm on Friday, about 2 hours earlier than Olmi originally said! Everyone who works there is super nice. When I got the car back, a few scratches were still there and not buffed out but when I pointed them out to Olmi he was able to take the car to the back for 10 min and fill them in for me! The car freshener & the quick clean of the inside of my car was a great touch! I'm going back to them for everything from now on and recommending to everyone.

Over the past 10 years or so my wife and I have taken our vehicles to Zamaor's for a variety of issues from deer strikes to cracked windshields. We've always found Dave to be thoughtful and recommended the best course of action. We've been very pleased with the results each time. I would not hesitate to recommend Zamora's to friends and neighbors.

They did a fantastic job fixing my 2012 Civic after I was rear ended. No swirling or orange peel effect to the paint like I normally get after a repair. Not only did they do an exceptional job but every single person I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The customer service is equally as good as the work they do. I live in Hagerstown but will come down here any time I need work done.

Great experience at Zamora's. This is the first time using this shop. Unfortunately someone rear-ended me and I chose Zamora's thorough the other person's insurance because I had heard of them before. They did excellent work on my bumper! Even better is that Enterprise is right on sight! Car was ready when promised and they cleaned my car inside and out which I wasn't expecting. Great customer service as well.

I took my WRX to Zamora's after they were personally recommended to me by three separate people. I had a deer strike on my brand new car. Handed it over to Zamora's and they did an excellently thorough job. I worked with Herberth and he was very upfront and honest with me through out the process. I mentioned to them that quality is far more important to me than speed. So they made sure to take their time and get everything right. I was completely happy with the end result.

We've used Zamora's for repairs three times now. Twice for deer strikes on our black E320. Older black cars can be hard to match paint but they did excellent work. I was just rear-ended in my new red 2018 Honda Accord and their newest location on Mack Ave off English Muffin Way did the work. Same meticulous body and paintwork but this shop has a calm, professional atmosphere. Rgey make the process easy! Zamora's Mack Ave will be my go-to place!

This body shop was great. The place is well organized. Very clean The work was extremely well done. They were very good at keeping me informed every step of the way. The car looks like new. I have needed a few repairs because of deer strikes and impaired soccer moms. After three seperate repairs I have to say that they are great. Each time they finished the car earlier than they originally promised. The shop is clean and I can appreciate that I wont get a loose screw in my tire when getting repairs there. The staff at the front desk are friendly. This is overall a nice shop that does great body work.

I had no choice in using this body shop, as they are the only ones Geico uses. I was a little concerned as a few reviews mentioned people leaving the shop with more dents/scratches on their cars than when they arrived. I was pleased with the entire process. A body shop mechanic met me, went over everything he would do, and soon the Geico rep joined us, making sure I had every question answered.
The body shop mechanic went around my car and noted every possible scratch and tiny dent. He was far more thorough than a car rental company! The car was ready when they promised, and it looks fantastic. I had an emailed estimate within a couple of hours, and the shop texted and emailed me during the process and when my car was ready. I had two estimates from other body shops in Frederick, and both were hundreds of dollars higher than Zamora. Perhaps that was because I asked for a self-paying estimate.
