Bill's Body Shop, a family owned auto body repair business, started serving the St. Charles, Missouri community in 1961. Our dedication to quality and service enabled us to expand quickly, doubling our facilities within the first 8 years of operation. In 1980, Bill's son Randy joined the business. In 1987 we built a brand new facility in St. Peters, again expanding to meet customer demand.
We value each and every one of our customers. We strive to provide you with such service that you can't help but tell your family and friends about us. You can be assured we are using correct parts, and all work done is inspected and tested before your car is returned to you. We guarantee all auto body repairs for one year, and all paint refinishing for four years.

Fantastic experience at Bill's Body Shop. Quote came in much lower than 2 other estimates, got my truck in at a reasonable time when the other 2 estimates were many more weeks out on getting my truck in. Told me that would take a few days and they finished right on time. Actual cost was the same as the estimate, no surprises. Workmanship was top notch high quality. It pays to go to a hometown well established, non franchise shop like Bill's. They treated me right.

Bills has done great work for me to date. I haven't had any major collision work, but the headlight cleaning, driver side mirror, and rear view mirror work was excellent and very affordable. The driver side mirror was painted and installed and the color matched perfectly. The lobby and building is very well maintained too. You can tell these guys care about details! I'll be back if I need future work.

We were a repeat customer, but unless they make the situation right, we will not be back. Picked up our truck and they charged us $500 more than the quote. I asked why they didn't call us before making the repairs that it ended up being more than the quote and they didn't know what to say. Very disappointing. Don't get me wrong, they do good work, but please let us know prior to doing the work if it's than the quote. very disappointing.

From the moment I walked in to get an estimate to driving away with my truck repaired and looking like new, I had nothing but a great experience from Randy and the team at Bill's. The fact that they couldn't get it in for a few weeks tells me that he stays busy, which means lots of other people trust Randy as well. The other body shop I got an estimate at said they could get it in the next day, either mass producing repairs or not busy but I wasn't going there. I would recommend anyone to go here, the quality of work and friendliness are unsurpassed.

Fantastic workmanship. Customer-oriented establishment. The repair work is so of high-quality, one can't tell if it was even damaged. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time and will return if I need some work again. St Charles, little secret for body work. However, the receptionist should refrain from exposing her cleavage openly to customers, though. Not presenting a good impression for a high quality business.
