We had major undercarriage damage due to running over a steel plate in a construction zone. Schaefer Auto Body was very quick to respond to our insurance company with the estimate and began work immediately. Due to delivery issues with parts (beyond their control), the time to complete the work was extended. They were great about sending a weekly notification of the work progress so that we knew where things stood. They were very professional and we are happy with their work.

Schaefer Autobody Center in South County was wonderful! It was painful to have damage to my new car and everyone at Schaefer made the repair process as painless as possible. They were thorough and explained the process to me and remained extremely communicative throughout the repair time (& even ended up finishing up the work on my car earlier than expected!) I hope I don't need any repairs again soon. but if/whenever I do, I will definitely be back!

The service at Schaefer Auto body was top notch. I got updates on the progress of my repairs and it was done sooner than I thought it would. The quality of work was exceptional as well. I used Schaefer for minor collision repair on my Toyota Tacoma. I received it back today and everything looks great. Vacuum and car wash were a nice bonus. The aspect I was most impressed with was the rep who handled my repair. Reggie was polite, friendly and communicated thoroughly throughout every step of the process. I would return to Schaefer for his support alone!

This is one of the best places to go to have ANY work done on your vehicle. Everyone there is very professional, kind, and courteous! I would personally like to thank Brent the front desk associate, Chris the body guy and the person/persons who painted my car. We brought our Tahoe to Schaefer after a branch fell on it. From start to finish Schaefer was wonderful. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. We were told it would take over a week to complete repairs, but happily we had our Tahoe back in just four days. We have used Schaefer in the past and have always been pleased with them. Highly recommend Schaefer to anyone that asks.

Had some tree damage that needed to get fixed and they did an amazing job! Couldn't even tell anything had happened and even looked better than it did before the branch hit it! Brent was great to work with throughout the process and Chris who actually worked on the car did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend them for any body work you need done on a car.

I went to Schaefer because they work directly with my car insurance. They were very professional and always made sure to stay in communication about the car and how far along it's gotten with repairs. Everything was finished in less than a week and it looks great! I had a small issue with the way insurance was getting billed (it was an insurance issue and not Schaefer's fault). The representative at Schaefer stayed on the phone with insurance until it was figured it. I'm very grateful for that!

I took my car to Schaefer on the Rock Rd for an estimate after a collision because they are partnered with USAA Insurance. Audrey Comporato helped me throughout the process. She is professional. compassionate, and really easy to work with. Unfortunately my car was totaled, and I went to the location on Bauer Rd to retrieve my belongings from my car.

The gentleman at that location was also extremely professional and friendly (Chris maybe?). These employees made my unfortunate situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend

I had a great experience with Schaefer Autobody in Fenton this past week. A lot of places are booked up due to all the several snow/ice storms in January and I was expecting my car to take 2-3 weeks since they were "working it in" & booked out for a month. I was completely wrong! I e-mailed them mid-week just to check on about how much the estimate was and if they have found anymore damage.

I received an e-mail back shortly after saying my car would be finished the next day! I was very impressed and the work they did on my car looks great! Everyone I talked to were very professional and helpful the whole time. Thank you for getting my car back so quicly! (I didn't have a rental so it was nice to get my car back so quickly)

Very quick response even though I wasn't able to use their services. I do however appreciate the fact that they got back with me as quickly as they did because my issue is time sensitive. Maybe one day in the future I'll need them for something else.

I had my car towed to Schaefer Auto Body Center in Fenton after my daughter and I were involved in a car accident. From the time it got there to the time I picked it up the Center was in constant communication with me and even finished the job earlier than they anticipated. Even with the extensive damage to the front end of my car they made it look like I had just drove it off the dealer's lot for the 1st time. If you are ever in the need of an auto body shop I would highly recommend you take it to Schaefer and definitely the Fenton Center

I took them a basket case of a car, external and undercarriage damage, they made it new again. They took the time to carefully inspect the car and kept in contact with my insurance adjuster each time they uncovered more damage. Most of which was not visible without disassembly. Natalie called me on a regular basis to keep me updated on the progress.

The car looks great and drives great. They didn't have to perform any repairs inside the car, yet they took the time to clean it, inside and out. It needed it too. Very professional!

I as many have a certain love for their vehicle, and when I needed collision work done, I was happy to learn that my insurance company recommends this shop, as I now do too. We had one heck of an ice storm in Dec 2016 and was simply trying to get home from work, as many of you were that day. (Friday) and like many of you, I had a very small fender bender. I was able to get my vehicle in there Monday morning and had it back that next Tuesday. They were super when keeping me up to date on progress. The staff is super.

Schaefer Autobody was fantastic! They repaired my car quickly, arranged for a rental car and kept me up to date throughout the process. They even washed my car! The work was completed ahead of schedule. I am very happy.

Not sure about this place. Took my wife's car in for a hail damage estimate. They said $4,400 and about 5-6 days. My wife dropped in off and there were several guys in the office swearing like sailors where customers could hear. A couple of days later they called my wife and told her the cost would be another $2,500 but the same time period to repair.

How do you miss an external hail damage estimate by $2,500? Either the estimator was totally incompetent or this is an unethical business practice to get work in the door and keep it from the competition. I hope their work is better than their estimating process.
