Horrible no one is ever there when you call. Its ALWAYS a woman whos says, ' im not in the office so i cant access the computer'.But this is ALL DAY she says this.dont believe me.? Call throughout the day and see for yourself. SMDH

I have always had good service on my 2 cars from Miller's for the last 6 years going there and I will keep going there. As long as there are supply problems and manpower shortages I will be patient and understanding of how long it takes to fix my vehicles. Services: Exhaust, Wheel alignment, Oil change, Brakes, General repairs & maintenance

Critical: Professionalism, Value Mom disabled mom went here and was told it wasn't gonna pass a safety they said 4to6 hours labor and 1100to1400 so of course while taking the failed parts off they were fine and I also did that same job for. 100in parts and under 2 hours I just felt so bad because I was warned about this shop from a well known mechanic Service: Brakes

Not your regular dumb auto shop. hard to find good service in my area and they usually have me ready to go in no time. I recommend this place to anyone who can travel here. All places has their good and bad. soo, I won't go to another auto shop as long as they stay open.

This shop used to be a gem to the community, now it's a wreck to the community. I remember when you could take your car up there and Mike would get it done the right way in a professional timely manor. Now when you go there the prices are sky rocket not including charging for every little thing. There is nothing timely about their services, you'll end up waiting 2/3 weeks for your car either bc they are always short handed or the mechanics can't put your request in bc the lady at the front desk isn't there.

All they want is your money, sometimes through the grace of god they'll go the extra mile if you put up a fight before you pay. The worst part is the communication, or simply not calling back. It's just very disappointing that a shop you've been going to for years just turns into a complete disaster. I'm guessing bc were in north county you get whatever service they want to offer you, have to go out to St. Charles location to get good customer service.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Had an appointment at 8:30 am with this place and by 2pm they had not touched our vehicle they wanted to keep it over the week end when they told us it would be done by that day. They wanted to charge well over $500 for brakes and roaders. We will be taking our business somewhere else I'm not pleased and neither is my fiance.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I had a broken brake line on my truck. I took it to millers and they gave me an estimate of $487. I took it to another shop and got it done for $ 140 the same day. There were all kinds of extra charges to run the price up. I would never recommend this shop to anyone they are crooks. I have used Miller several times. They put a motor in my daughter's car that is 17 years old, I get my emission test, and safety inspection done there they are a full service auto repair shop! Great staff live them.,

Great local auto repair. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to help. Very well ran buisness. Never try selling me something that I don't need. They also tow for a very reasonable price. Will always recommend this mechanic shop.
