AMAZING service and people! I had an emergency while in town for work, discovered something dragging under my car just before my 10.5 hour drive home. I was already going to be getting home very late so any delay was very stressful. They got me right in and fixed the problem and I was on my way with only a 10-minute delay! I couldn't believe it! The mechanic and lady in the office were SO kind and understanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful business!

This shop had my car for 3-4 weeks and charged me upwards of $1000 and didn't even fix the problem. The first thing I said when I brought it there was that the purge valve and fuel tank were bad. They initially tried telling me it just ran out of gas and charged almost $300 after doing nothing but putting gas in the car, which obviously did not work.
I took the car back and it ran for about a half hour before shutting off on me again. So I brought it back and they said the fuel pump modulator was broken so they replaced that and what do you know, the car broke down again sitting in the shop. They finally got in contact with a Ford dealership and guess what they told them it was? The fuel tank and purge valve.
They proceeded to not put a new tank on, but they tried to push the tank back out to "kind of normal" and replaced the fuel pump but they did not replace the purge valve which was causing issues and I had told them that from the first place. They then gave me my car back and it ran for 4 days before the car broke down again for the same exact problem I had before bringing the car in and this is after they charged my over $1000 total to fix absolutely nothing.
They did not offer any sort of reimbursement or help whatsoever. The shop smells like cigarettes and marijuana. I also forgot to mention they gave me a broken loaner car and told me they would give me a new one so I drove an hour back to aaccel to get a new rental car as the cashier Chrystal had said then when I showed up they said they weren't going to give me one anymore.
Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car to aaccel! They have no idea what they are doing and they are super unprofessional. Worst mechanic experience I've ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They did an amazing job getting my car back in shape. They Were very detailed and explained everything that needed to be done, why, and the process. They were very honest and not pushy at all. Craig and his team did an amazing job diagnosing my check engine light and finding the root cause of the problem! They even took the time to make sure the light would not come back and they took my car to the emissions testing facility for me to assure that it passed. Very very happy! The owner and the staff were the best ever in a auto repair shop. Friendly and welcoming skills were only matched to their efficiency. They received all costumers' request and responded honestly. Their honesty made me a permanent customer. We need more people like Craig snd staff.
