Love these guys. Aside from being super nice, they're honest and won't rip you off. Even better, they do great work. I can't recommend them highly enough!

What a phenomenal find. There's a reason for all the high ratings. I had a small dent that needed attention on the truck. But it was more complicated because I have a hard carbon fiber bed that made it very difficult to get to that area in the side panel. Clearly, Bob is quite experienced and very knowledgeable. He was able to get in and repair the damage beautifully. Looks great. Highly recommend this place all day long.

My second experience with the auto body magicians. Absolutely in the top tier of body shops. you have to get in line but you will be so pleased that you did. i was raised in a body shop, my dad had 3. the repair, touch up, & re alignment are superb. wouldn't take my car anywhere else. i live in west loop & do the drive because it's worth it. not many pros like this still around.

Fantastic work at fantastic price and fast work. Like the car dent never happened! We will be going back here for any future car body work! Truly an HONEST car shop! Excellent communication as well. Always same day responses (email was main method) but phone was readily available if needed.

They did a fantastic job repairing a door I scrapped in a parking garage, and a $1,000 less than quoted by other collision shops.

I collided with a mail box so went to the Dent Shop. They are great people to work with! Christina in the office helped to coordinate the logistics while Jack and his team made me brand new again. My car was rear ended, chose to take it here based upon word of mouth. they were able to replace the damaged parts of my bumper as well as repaint the damaged areas, the paint came out PERFECT. car looks like new again. they were even able to match it despite it being a bit of an uncommon color. would DEFINITELY recommend going here for any paint/body work.

I've taken 4 cars over 10 years here with work ranging from simple dent removal to bumper repair/repaint to hail damage. Every time the car comes back looking perfect. Every time I've price-checked with some other shop, I've found the prices here to be better.

Bob is simply incredible! I have a Navy Blue Merc which unfortunately got dented. After Bob's magic they looked showroom new! Would highly recommend!

WOW! What an surprisingly amazing experience! When do you EVER go to get your car fixed and pay less than expected AND feel like you walked into a room of your friends?!?! Jack and his team did a great job fixing a few deep dents on the lift gate of our minivan. The quote which I received from Jack was somewhere in the middle of the range, and he was very nice to even match the quote from a nearby body shop. It took a day for the repair and the minivan looks like new. Highly recommended.

Once I find a business like The Dent Shop, I have to tell people about it! I dented our new (to us) car on a curb, and the staff at The Dent Shop went over and above my expectations from the first call, to the estimate, to the emails and calls about the repairs and scheduling, then to today when I picked up our finished and repaired like-new car. They did an amazing job on a Dent that I had on a Tesla model X. Even though the Dent was in a tight spot, they were able to work their magic and make it disappear. The panel looks like it did when it came from the factory. Great job.

I reviewed several locations to work on my vehicle and chose The Dent Shop. I received a fair price for the repair and made the appointment. I was told it would take about 2 hours and I decided to wait. An hour later the work was done and I was not able to see the previous damage. I would recommend The Dent Shop to anyone who needs repairs in there vehicle. They provide OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Bob worked magic on my wife's work car over the holiday week. She can't tell where the hand sized dent and scuff went. Highly recommend seeing them before the auto-body shop.

These guys are AMAZING! We just found them out through Google. And then we took a chance by the good reviews. Jack told me he can only restore up to 90% of the dent in my car's trunk, when we came back to pick it up, it's like brand new again! Can't tell where the dent was. Very satisfied and Highly recommended.

I like Yelp. I like Yelp because it connects you to service providers that you would not otherwise no exist. After searching for a "body shop" in my area to remove a small dent on my hood, I found The Dent Shop. The reviews were great, so I made I drive to their shop to get an idea of cost and capability. When I arrived, Rick was quick to come out and take a look.

After a short ponder, Rick said he could remove the dent and gave a quote on the spot. I said OK, that I would call to setup an appointment and drove away. A couple weeks later I returned for the work to be completed. Bob met me in the entry area and asked what the plan was. I showed Bob the dent, handed him my keys and away Bob went. 30 mins had passed and Bob told me my car was finished; to come have a look to make sure it was acceptable to me.

I entered the shop area and I was blown away by the result. For starters, the dent was not massive. It was a small dent on the hood of a black car that for many would not be a big deal. For me and on this car, it was a BIG deal. Bob knew this going in after we first spoke and he worked his magic. After surveying the results and learning about the "how", Bob and swapped ideas on pasta sauce and our appreciations for small salted fish.

In conclusion, while I hope never to return to The Dent Shop, should I need such services, The Dent Shop will be the only place to work on my cars moving forward. They are just a great bunch of people.

Wow! Great place. Jack and Bob really took care of me. Had front end of my Audi S6 redone here. Grill, led, radar detector, headlights, washer fluid hose, lit emblem, front panel. I felt it was complex with all the little unusual things I needed done. They got every single detail correct. Good follow up and customer service outstanding. Car delivered on time and they were clearly busy. Thumbs up!

Jack has worked on my family's cars over the years. He is extremely kind and personable! This shop does excellent work and is very reasonable in price. Can't say enough good things! Highly recommend.

Got a nasty scratch on the front of my brand new BMW on the highway. I emailed Jack at the DentShop and he said to come on by for an estimate. Jack wrote up the work quickly and gave me a date to bring it in for the repair. I can't say enough about the work done by Jack. The scratch.what scratch? This place is the greatest if you care about your vehicles and want them looking new. We have been using them for years and highly recommend them not only for the quality of their work but their friendliness, fairness in pricing and customer service skills. They are experts in removing parking lot dings, hail damage, and most recently when a young man (future Quarterback) over threw his receiver; they removed a football sized dent from our SUV.

Today when I dropped off our red pickup (Scarlett) to spend a day getting some dings removed (Botox for cars) they were kind enough to drive me home.
