Dick Taylor Collision Service

Had a tow truck come pick me up on the side of I-55 when my transmission gave out. They get 2 stars simply because the guy got me to a repair shop. However, this driver was terrible. He did not speak even 2 sentences when he got to my truck, didn't look at the problem in any way, and drove very badly, swerving all over the lane. And if I didn't think to turn my emergency break off before he pulled my truck onto his bed, I don't think he would have done it and just would have damaged both my truck and his towing system. TLDR; got me to a shop, but interaction sucked.

I just had to have my 2 vehicles towed. The first was after I got into a wreck. The second was to bring a different one home from the shop. I love their service. I don't know the name of my driver today but I'm guessing he is a Taylor since his initials are MT. Thanks guys!

Pat O'Neil came out and towed me out of a highway ditch in the middle of the snow storm by himself. Even though it was a lot of work he never complained and was very professional! Plus you can't argue with their rates. I really appreciate your service!

They provide terrible towing service. The driver was rude, and he drove all over the road. He was talking on the phone, texting, and even writing instead of watching the road. This was the first time I genuinely feared for my life with someone else behind the wheel. I would not recommend their towing services.

Our company, Prairie Telecom, uses Dick Taylor Collision for all of its mechanical repairs, towing, and collision repairs. The staff is courteous, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Whenever we drop off a vehicle it comes back properly repaired or serviced and within the time frame as promised. I have known Dick, Guy and Matt Taylor for over 40 years and you will not find a more honest repair shop. They have been in business a very long time and there is a reason for that.
