If you are looking for an excellence driven, honest and fair auto repair shop, from my personal experience, the team at Keller Bros. is just that. They have gone in depth detail and beyond the average mechanic to explain what they find, necessary repairs and work with me when I bring my ProMaster City into their shop. They honor that I like to do some work myself, allowing me to personally see what's going on, and thus offer their best advice forward.

The team has become like friends because of how they treat me with care and kindness at every visit. Chris, Chase, Mike and Kurt have earned my trust, and I have no doubts they will do their best to earn yours.

I've been taking my Ford F-150 to Keller Bros for several years for oil changes and repair work. I've always been completely satisfied with their work and customer service. My last visit was to see if they could repair a tail light assembly that was broken in an accident. The lens was broken and the bulbs were not working. The truck could not be safely driven in this state.

I needed the truck for an extended trip planned for next week. Chris Morgan, my service rep, exceeded my expectations. He had a "how can we help you" attitude from the beginning. He researched local sources to find a new assembly and he had the work done within 3 hours. Thanks to him and the techs at Keller Bros. my trip is on! I'm definitely satisfied with the feeling I get from this place each time going here. They are friendly humans with a kind atmosphere while on the phone or in person. Everything is explained so that I can understand what needs to be accomplished so my car is in optimal condition. The waiting area has a nice size TV and a comfortable setting arrangement.

There is plenty of coffee and water to help you with the waiting. They also have a car service to pick you up and drop you off if the waiting time is something that gets in the way of your business needs. I am definitely a fan of this company and its employees. Thankfully, there are places like this nearby to help me with my automobile needs.

Wow! These guys were Great! Week before a Holiday they were busy and and were Happy to get me in for some service. They kept me informed through out the process. They absolutely suck. My experience would horrify you. The customer service was nil. Perhaps a bit of sexism was at play. Take cation when deciding to go to them. The word on the street now, and I'm native to the area is, 20 yrs ago top notch now days mediocre at best. And that's going above for me saying even that. If I could give zero I would.

Shop around. This is what happens to places like this, family owned was amazing for several years, times change, attitudes change. People care less, interested only in self. Peoples ideas of themselves have changed; competence and confidence are at a all time low. Then their work is shotty, customer service non existent. As for an owner, he's made out well for at least 20 yrs. He's done for himself older now.

Attitude changed, retirement sets in. Who really cares anymore. You walk away with something you didn't expect when you came in. Not worth even stepping foot in the door. They have their base clients of 20 yrs. Go find some one who will take interest in you.

Reasonable costs, online booking worked great with a follow up confirmation from them, delivered as promised along with a shuttle ride. Chris was easy to voice my repair concerns and upfront on probable costs.

These guys are amazing! I had a dead battery and could not get it jumped. Since I'm right across the street, two of the guys pushed it over so I wouldn't have to get it towed. I have been a loyal Keller Brothers customer for 20+ years and every experience with them has been great. I trust them to be honest and have never felt that I am being pushed or manipulated into repairs that are not necessary. When Keller tells me I need a specific part or service, I believe that to be true. I drive my cars for many years and Keller is an important part of my plan to get as much life out of my car as I can.

Having to bring your car to the repair shop regardless of it being a planned service or an unexpected one is stressful. Keller Bros really does alleviate some of that stress. They are so friendly and very helpful with explaining whats going on with my car and answering all of my questions, taking the time to break things down for me so I can have more knowledge about my car and the repairs. They have helped me keep my 20 year old car on the road and in great condition.

Best repair and mechanical service that I have every received. Chris and the crew went above and beyond. My car was having an issue climbing in the mountains and they not only took it up and down the mountain numerous times to diagnose the problem (something other places refused to do) they took it all the way to Conifer to confirm the fix had been made.

They gave me a loaner car the whole time and only charged me for repairs that fixed the issue not those that were repaired hoping to fix it. Class acts all the way around and they have a customer for life.

As a recent new customer, had a few new issues that were "out of the ordinary ". I emailed to see if they could handle and got a quick yes. Had an issue with brake lines. They assessed the situation, explained everything, and provided a quote. Work was completed a day early and total was less than quoted.

The guys here are awesome! Extremely kind, helpful, and most importantly, don't make you feel less than as a woman customer. They even applied a discount/coupon at check out that I didn't ask for of even know existed. I'll definitely be using them anytime I need auto work.

Five star service, even at the end of a long day. Little Nebby checked in on customers. The van was thankful too. Plus, used a ValPak coupon and it was a great deal for a full sythentic oil change.

I'm somewhat new to the area and have been searching for an honest, professional, and reliable mechanic for my family's vehicles. I've been to Keller Bros. about 3 times for various issues over the past year and they've been great. Actually saved me over $1000 on my first trip vs. what another local shop quoted me. Unlike others they always let me know if something is urgent, should be looked at again in a few months, or doesn't need attention.

They are willing to be creative with solutions to keep costs reasonable and stand behind the work they do. Today Chase helped me. They again saved me money by letting me know the part I thought was broken didn't need attention. They went above and beyond by replacing an interior panel clip I lost with one from the company van since they didn't have it in stock.

I also have an upper glove box with a broken spring, unfortunately the fix requires buying an entire glove box assembly for $700. He gave me the part number, said if I found one on eBay they could install it. They've even given me advice on things I'm interested in trying to do myself. Like I said they are creative with finding solutions. If you want a place you can trust where you'll always be treated with respect, never talked down to, and have someone take the time to carefully explain each situation and your options are THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I can't remember when I last had such a purely pleasing experience with an auto mechanic. Unfortunately so many places these days are dishonest or just don't care, but these guys deserve every gold star and more. In just one visit, they have made another lifetime customer. I went in for brake maintenance and the mechanic did a fair and thorough inspection.

Not only that, but one of the BEST things they do is genuinely help educate you about everything they look for, what they do to repair an issue, and how to prevent future problems! This is invaluable for those who aren't car experts. And the entire experience was just wholesome and free of worry - what a relief it is to not worry about getting scammed or taken advantage of.

They will make recommendations, but aren't pushy about it, and they'll be straight with you if something is not needed right away, or if it is going to make your car explode if you drive it another mile. Prices are also very reasonable and the friendliness of everyone there is top-tier. Classy, honest, great people.

The best service I've had from a repair shop. Being a girl in my 20s I've always hated taking my car into the repair shop. Keller Bros took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and made sure I got a good deal. They even gave me a lift to the post office when my car wasn't ready. Would recommend Keller Brothers to anyway in need of auto repair. First of they're friendly and educate you on what's going on with your vehicle. They're not going to try and sell you unnecessary repairs.they'll recommend so you can make an informed decision. Most of the employees have been there a while and the manger especially. That helps build loyalty.

Just had my oil changed for the first time at Keller Bros. They were quick, thorough in there inspection and recommendations and the price was reasonable.

Amazing customer service! I came in to get my skid plate reattached because it was half way hanging off and they did it complementary. It was an easy 2 min repair for them but so much more to me because now I won't be heard coming down the street before I can be seen. I will definitely be coming back here for any future repairs. I had several car repairs to complete a couple weeks ago. Keller Brothers was amazing in assisting me to get them done. Accommodated my travel needs due to having to leave my vehicle overnight for repairs. They were fair, straight forward, and extremely willing to answer and explain all questions I had. I will hands down bring my vehicle here for. work going forward. do not have a bad thing to say. Chris M. is amazing as well, he has excellent customer service! most places you end up feeling confused and overpaid. not here! you get what you pay for! very highly recommended!

I have been getting cars serviced at Keller Bros for several years now and have ALWAYS been impressed by how professional and caring the entire team is. From ALL the service advisors to ALL the auto technicians. I had a recent visit addressing an alignment issue and Scott took time to review all the results with me explaining them in detail. I have had both large and small services preformed and definitely feel like the Keller Bros team is always there to do the job right and truly care about their customers.

Oh where to begin on how epically AWESOME these guys are! They are knowledgeable and broke down what my vehicle needed so it was easy to understand. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We have been going to them for over 10 years. They are the most honest and upfront car repair I have ever used. I had a 1997 Cadillac that did not pass emissions. I took to it to them for a tune up and went back to emissions testing and it failed. Keller Brothers then upgraded spark plugs among other things, gave me a loaner and guaranteed it would pass.

They took it to emissions testing and it passed. No charge to me for the upgrades and testing. Also, my 2012 sonata fuel pump went out. Replacing it was going to cost a lot of money, but what choice did I have? They called me and had checked the warranty. It still was barely in effect. They called a dealer, set an appointment for me to take it in that day and charged me nothing. They are honest, do great work and value their customers.

I called ahead to ask a price for alignment and over the phone was told 79.99. They were able to get me right in but I was later told they could not do the alignment due to ball joint repair that was needed on my car. When I went in to pick up my car I was given a list of repairs that would be needed and they still charged me 50.00 for no. alignment.

I feel like they lied to get me to bring my car to them. Everyone offers 89.99 alignments. I also think it's only good business to take off the 50.00 charge if I would of got the repair done there. Oh Well. On to the next place. Keller brothers you lost my business Christy

They are the best. period! And when you realize they should be your car guys and you visit for the first time, make sure to check out the awards and recognition they have earned over the years. then after having them take care of car, you'll want to give them SIX STARS too! I'm not exaggerating.

I work right by Keller Bros and I'm so glad my co-worker suggested them for my car needs! My previous auto service location always had a "surprise problem" my car needed so I decided to try Keller Bros. Their customer service is excellent, they are very efficient, and they never have any "surprise costs" for my car whenever I take it in for an oil change.

One time I needed a pretty serious fix and the mechanic even came out and showed me what they did! I also love that they are family owned and really care for the Littleton community!

Oh no, my car wouldn't start this week! I called Keller brothers, and by my description of what had happened, they had a really good idea of what was wrong. They helped coordinate the tow and had it fixed the same day. As a bonus, Tim was able to work some magic and saved me $$. They tried to find ways to save me money instead of trying to find ways to charge me more. Great fast service at fantastic price. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend.

Complete crooks. Tried to me $500 for 2 sensors they told me were must fixes to pass emissions. I not so politely said I didn't believe them and will go elsewhere. Decided to just take it in for emissions and it passed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Keller Brothers are a trustworthy and great place to take your cars! A few weeks ago my mother was in town and leaving to go back home the next day when her car broke down and they not only squeezed it in but stayed late and went above and beyond to get her car working to get her home safely for the long road trip! Truly impressive! This week my car started acting up and vibrating like crazy so they got it in right away and took great care of it and were a pleasure to work with! You should take your car there if you ever need a mechanic!
