We genuinely care about our clients. Generations upon generations of family members have been coming to us for their collision repair requirements for over 50 seven years. Every day we currently have people come in saying, my dad or mom, grandpa or grandma said to come here. If grandpa says it, it's got to be right. Or my neighbors or insurance agent said you guys have always treated them right.

Taylor and company at Bradford were exceptional. I was rear ended and had significant damage. They worked with the insurance adjuster promptly and got a supplemental work order approved and parts ordered. Car looks better than the day I got it and was finished ahead of absolute of schedule! I was rear ended by a drunk driver in October and was referred to Bradford for an inspection and repair. They worked with me and made me feel like a priority throughout the lengthy battles with insurance. Mickey even drove me to Enterprise when they were too busy to pick me up. Unfortunately, my car was ultimately declared totaled by the insurance company but I feel absolutely confident coming here for future auto repair needs.

There is a good reason why this shop has been around since 1949 - they are professional, honest and friendly! The service I received here is not often found anymore - and I felt appreciated! There's definitely no question where I will go in the future if I need auto body work done - these guys are great!

I stopped by for help with my car because I couldn't get my passenger side door to close. I didn't have an appointment. They helped me "immediately." We had our car in the shop after a huge hail storm. The car was basically brand new. Mickie was horrible to deal with. We finally had to get our insurance company to help and the local service representative went with me to inspect the car. He found more issues than I did! Well, fast forward to today. While washing the car we found a trim piece that was siliconed on. It had been broken so they glued it back on. Poor workmanship. Be weary of using this place.
