Best Customer Service! Expert Auto Interior and Airbag Service! They perform all OEM SRS system inspections for all makes and models plus interior damage restoration! Airbag Service restored my Land Rover's Extensive interior rodent damage and caught the rodent too! Everything was completely restored to original New Car Condition! My USAA insurance covered everything! Thanks to Airbag Service!

I had no experience with airbag repairs when the airbag light came on in my '07 Hyundai. My local repair shop did not work on airbags so I was forced to go to a dealership. I went to 2 dealerships actually, and got quotes for over $2,000 to replace the passenger seat sensor. I researched other companies and decided to go to Airbag Service to get a second opinion; I was hoping that it was just some loose connection or something easy to repair.

Their diagnosis was the same, however before providing a quote (much less than the dealer) the technician researched the problem and found that the sensor was part of a Hyundai recall. He even provided me the paperwork showing the recall information. In the end I got the repair done at a third dealership, all at no cost to me. Had it not been for the honesty of Airbag Service I would be out a lot of money. Airbag Service is highly recommended.

Took my vehicle here, after being told by my primary mechanic that they believed I just needed an airbag recalibration (I believe the "code" in the vehicle computer was telling them this). This diagnosis was confirmed by an another electrical/stereo shop I had my car in to do some stereo work, just before I brought it to Airbag Service. Was verbally quoted on the phone $129 for an airbag recalibration, and was told if it is a more complicated issue it is $79 to diagnose it (plus they will give you an estimate for the more complicated work).

When I arrive to pick up my car, the work had been completed, I was told they had completed the recalibration, but my bill was approximately $190 (plus tax). I told them of my understanding that the price was supposed to be $129 and got some sort of response suggesting that $129 is not a normal price and that nothing was wrong with the bill. I took detailed notes from my call (reviewed them before leaving this post) and they simply billed me more than they told me.

I did not argue, paid the bill and left. In reviewing the bill it looks as if they charged me for 1.5 hours of shop time instead of 1 hour. Not sure why this would happen when I came to them with the diagnosis. Always disappointing when people cannot stand by their quotes for what I believe was a very standard fix for them. Otherwise, these people seem knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly.
