I have used several of their competitors including a couple large brand name places and this All American puts them all to shame. Fast easy scheduling, fantastic work, prompt and regular follow up all at a great price. The place is clean and fresh and updated with the latest technology to keep me informed on my work. I am beyond happy with the way they took care of me. Thank you James for getting my truck taken care of!

All American Four Wheel Drive is Awesome! I had my head gaskets replaced last year at this time along with other work. The work was perfect and my Jeep was back on the road in under a week. The warranty on the work performed and the professionalism from John and his team kept me coming back. I have since had my transmission and rear differential serviced, and am planning to have more work done at this shop. A big thank you to the entire team at All American Four Wheel Drive and Auto Repair!

This shop is great and everyone is very friendly and honest. A service that just wants to help fix your actual problems and not oversell parts or labor you don't need. They inspect everything for free and send a nice detailed report with pictures before calling you so you can determine how to move forward. With how everything has been the last two years, they still get you in very fast and are done with the work timely. Compared to any dealership, All American Four Wheel Drive & Auto Repair puts them to shame. Reasonable pricing and has come in lower than any other repair shop around that I've called. Highly recommend!

They are honest and professional. They stay in contact with you keeping you updated on the progress of your vehicle, what is wrong with it and what's being done. I've done business with All American 3 times now with absolutely no issues after vehicle was serviced. Good turnaround as well. Very timely. I will continue to use All American.

John was wonderful. Very thorough in explaining diagnostics and the repairs that were needed to my four wheel drive system. Fortunate to get second opinion from them as another company was ready to tear my truck a part and charge me way more. Appreciate the honesty and thorough inspection of my truck!

Finding an auto shop / mechanic to work on your vehicle can be difficult and scary. I found All American Four Wheel Drive and Auto Repair "near me" where I live and work. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The shop is so clean and I liked the correspondence /notifications and how it was all presented. Everything was listed as to priority of repair needed.
I drop off in the am and they provide an Uber so I am at work on time. I've been three times for various maintenance on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Last visit was an oil change and a clean bill of health for my ride. I would definitely recommend them to take care of your vehicle :

All American 4-Wheel Drive & Auto Repair is the first shop I've been to where I actually felt like a customer. Professionalism on the phone, in person, and via electronic communications. I appreciate John in particular who I spoke with directly on the phone and in person - honest, forthcoming, and reliable. I will continue to bring my Jeeps here for regular maintenance and service.

I appreciate their direct and professional communication. I brought my Jeep to them for a second opinion on expensive repairs. Their communication was clear and their use of pictures was appreciated. The service was done at a lower cost than the dealership and with more professionalism and courtesy. Service: Brakes

This outfit is top notch. I love how they share everything they learn about your vehicle and take the time to explain what it means and their recommendations. They scheduled me quickly and were done when they said they would be. When I picked up my Jeep, they spent as much time as I needed with my questions. They are my go-to shop! Services: Wheel alignment, Engine repair, General repairs & maintenance

I was very impressed by the customer service and the timely manner that everything was address when I came in for my Jeeps appointment. They even Uber'd me to work, which I wasn't expecting at all! They did the diagnostics, sent me a report over email complete with photos and didn't pressure me on the repairs that I chose not to have done. They informed me of the timeline and severity of each repair and it was amazing.

I recently had my Jeep Wrangler serviced at All American. I unfortunately had my Jeep towed to the shop and they helped me with repairs. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to fit me in. I really liked the front desk support I received and also the text feature; received frequent updates and clear understanding of repairs. Will definitely use them again

In August, I took my parents' ashes to Colorado to be spread where they wanted to spend eternity. I had been having electrical problems with my Ram 1500 for some time. In March, I replaced the ignition tumbler, In April I replaced the key wireless control module. Still had the problem. All that was left was the starter switch. I wasn't in a position at the time to replace it myself so, I had my Ram 1500 towed to them to have the starter switch replaced.
They were very nice and accommodating on such short notice. They "diagnosed" it as needing to replace all the parts that I had already replaced but they did not replace the starter switch. They charged me an unfair price of $2357.56 for parts and labor that didn't solve the problem I towed it there for. It started and I got to Blanca Colorado then had the same problem they were supposed to fix.
I went to Oreilly's and got the switch (48.00) and put it in myself. Haven't had a problem since. I reported them to Capital One and got a refund but, somehow, they convinced Capitol one and got the cash back. I STRONGLY would NOT recommend them as they Gouge you on labor and parts. The cost of parts to me would be $648.35 retail yet they charged $1655.63.
It would take about 2 hours for me to replace them yet they charged $566.45 in labor including "cleaning" battery terminals ($78.82). I tow behind my motorhome and have to disconnect the battery every time I hook up, I KNOW they were clean. I am handicapped and on a SSDI budget. My parents estate paid for most of my MH to get them to their final destination and I don't have a lot of extra income for some company to GOUGE into my wallet.
Please DO NOT USE this business. Consider the wolf in sheep's clothing or the Christian that doesn't practice what they preach! SCAMMERS come in all disguises. I would give them a minus 50 stars if I could.

I went to All American Four Wheel Drive to get a full long arm alignment on a kit that I just put on the jeep. I've always been hesitant and honestly don't like leaving my jeep at a shop, but everyone at the shop was incredibly professional, nice, and helpful and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. The manager John is amazing and is great at communicating with the customer. I would definitely recommend them and go back if I needed anything else done. They did a great job.

Took my Jeep in and there are emails specifying NOT to work on certain things until a much later date yet they not only "said" that it was fixed but two days later my Jeep was in worse condition than when I took it in and these money-hungry people REFUSE to respond to me. While I was there, I watched a white man walk in and they told him to make himself at home.
Two minutes later a black man walked in and they weren't as nice. I am a hispanic female so I know this was racially motivated. And now they won't respond. I have attached pictures of emails showing my response and their price changes, acknowledgements, and then nothing. These racists pricks don't deserve anyone's business.

I ended up at All American based on a recommendation from a family member. I had been shopping around for a lift on my truck and although I was able to find places to do it a little cheaper (only about $200), I went with All American because they had the absolute best customer service! David helped me find the best options for exactly what I wanted and for what I'll be using the truck for.
He researched different options and explained the pros and cons of each. He called when he said he would and gave me regular updates, from order to when the parts were delivered, and I even got pictures while the work was being done. In the end, I got a higher quality lift, shocks, wheels & tires than others had quoted me and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!
I've been driving the truck for a week now and I smile every time I see it. It handles great and I can tell the install was done properly. I have a whole list of other mods I want done and I will NOT be shopping around, All American will be my go to from now on!

I have been using these guys for my Jeep for a little over 4 years. I have been noticing a downward trend in their responsiveness and communications for my vehicle needs. The last 3 times I took my vehicle in, I have had issues with getting the results I wanted and it seems the prices are getting less and less competitive. I have since moved on to a new shop as I have had enough.

Very poor quality repair facility. Do not recommend. I got called that my vehicle was ready and drove 2 hours to find out they called the wrong person. All American Four Wheel Drive repaired my transmission and rear axle. The rear axle failed and when taken to another repair shop I was amused at the missing bolts in the rear axle. I'm scared for my transmission. Take your money elsewhere

Took a restored 1978 Jeep Wagoneer in for upgrades and repairs including an ask of AA4WD to go through the vehicle for additional modifications where needed to ensure daily driving duties. Vehicle was returned two weeks late after multiple calls and a visit as AA4WD missed three of their own self imposed deadlines to complete the work. $4,500 final invoice did not repair transmission or fuel issues identified prior to bringing in Jeep nor did it include additional work recommended by AA4WD. AA4WD did not return an email or call to correct the incomplete items nor perform the addtional work they recommended.
To be fair, the shop owner and a few of their mechanics seem to know 4WD of various makes and vintages very well, unfortunately they are just overloaded and understaffed - and tend to overpromise. Recommend getting a detailed estimate and turnaround time in writing.

I took my '07 Tacoma to All-American to have a broken strut replaced. They gave me a very thorough overview of the health and condition of my truck. They were very clear about my options and honest in answering my questions. They went well beyond the extra mile, and I felt 100% taken care of from start to finish. From a free ride home from the shop, to clear and honest options and answers, even to splitting the overall cost of service into manageable payments. I can't recommend this team enough. While any vehicle repairs can be frustrating to encounter, All-American makes it easy to get back on (or off) the road in no time!

I've taken my car in twice in the past 3 months both times mentioning that I had concerns about the cooling system. Most recently, I took my Jeep in for a suspected coolant problem (again after I paid over $500 for something else). They, of course, found a bunch of stuff wrong with the car that I didn't ask them to look at. Told me that my hoses were shot (all the hoses were replaced 4 months previously along with the radiator, water pump [not by them]).
I didn't have time to mess with it so I caved and told them to go ahead and do it. I also told them to pressure test the coolant system and make sure that I didn't have a blown gasket or any leaks. Three days after I paid them over $500 for a simple flush and new upper and lower hoses. My coolant reservoir was empty and the car wasn't starting properly. I, of course, took it in pissed.
After taking a day off work to deal with this incompetence they came to the conclusion that some idiot didn't tighten down a hose clamp. A HOSE CLAMP! They "fixed" the issue but today I was driving down 225 and the car overheated and shut off. I was able to pull over (thank god at 70 mph) and popped the hood. NO COOLANT! I asked (nicely) twice for these ass clowns to check my coolant system for leaks, pressure, etc. I've spent over $1,000 at this place over the past 3 months and while the service was good the work was not. I'm probably going to have to dump the car, but I will never EVER take it to this place again or any 4x4 I own in the future. Thanks All American you ruined my dream car!

I had some issues with my vehicle, All American sent their tow truck driver "Red" who is Amazing to my home the same day to pick up my car. The owner Steve I spoke to on the phone was very Pleasant and Thankful I choose his shop. Well, he wasn't the only one I was too because my car was back at my door before I could finish dinner. I was thinking, Thank God!
In my opinion as a woman, they have the Best customer service for a mechanic shop. I felt myself and my vehicle was in good hands without me personally being there, priceless. I highly recommend this shop!

I had some work done at All American Four Wheel Drive a while back. Here is my experience as clearly as I can state it. I came in looking for a solution to fix a noise that I didn't recognize. The shop associated it with the leaf springs on my Tacoma. I gave them the OK to replace the leaf springs with new OEM springs. I picked up my truck after the work was complete, paid my bill, and discovered that the leaf springs that were now on my truck were not new, but leaf springs that had been rebuilt.
The shop apologized and said that there must have been a miscommunication between their staff. Additionally, the original problem that I went to the shop to fix ended up not having anything to do with the leaf springs. After I pointed out the shop's mistake to them, they were willing to do some extra work on the truck for free. I asked them to have a couple keys cut and detail the truck, which they did. They also had someone take me back to my place of business without charging me.

I am female. I own a Jeep. I typically have poor experiences with shops because it's assumed I know nothing about vehicles. I do my research on the internet and while I didn't grow up fixing cars, I like to be knowledgeable and not pay for unnecessary maintenance. All American has totally impressed me and here's why: I brought my vehicle in to get my turn signal fixed and also asked to pull the code for the check engine light.
When I was called about the check engine diagnosis I was told I had some misfires in the cylinder that they could fix but they were confused about the IAC valve code. They checked the IAC valve and it seemed fine. All American was unaware that I had pulled the code for the check engine light about a month before I brought it into the shop and got the IAC valve error so I cleaned the IAC valve myself.
I was just expecting All American to clear the code. I have gotten misfire codes in the past, sporadically, and was not surprised that those codes showed up again. The fact that this shop questioned the IAC valve code means that they weren't just going to go ahead and replace the valve, charge me for the work instead of question why the code was showing when it didn't need replacing. That impressed me and I really appreciate their honesty.

Be careful going here. They over charge by double. Took a truck I bought in for them to look at and give me an estimate to fix it up and seal the oil leaks. My initial quote was $4,000+ dollars. I had them do only what needed to be done at that time so I can do the other repairs over time. Just to give an idea they charged me $100 for just changing the oil. $1600 later I still had leaks in all the same spots that were hitting the exhaust and smoking. Took them 2 days to finish the repairs.
Very little if any improvement in the engine and I had to take it to another mechanic who fixed the issues for less then $200 and told me I was severely over charged and he could have done the same for less then $700! I have heard of many individuals that were taken advantage of and quoted astronomical amounts. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't go here unless you are rich and don't mind spending money just to spend it.

Expectations were exceeded and then some. In a mechanic, I want someone who is going to be straight, give a fair price, stay near that price and finish when scheduled. This place was a rare 4 out of 4 experience. On top of it, the owner offered me a ride back to work if needed. (I didn't, but still a nice gesture). Final price was $133 UNDER my quote. I hate car problems, but it was nice to see a shop take ownership of the issue and take some of the sting out of the day.

I thought I had a great experience here, but sadly after having my fellow Jeepers take a look at my Jeep, with several several years experience in maintaining their own Jeeps, my review of this place has unfortunately gone downhill badly. First the high points: Very friendly customer service. Willing to answer any and all questions, even if you call them back repeatedly.
And sadly that's where it ends. For the low points: They will try to overcharge you. $689 for a radiator, clamps, and anti freeze, with install. Apparently install is about $500. You have to know and ask if you can pick up your vehicle after hours. Make sure you have a backup vehicle because should they need your vehicle for more than a few days, you will be out a vehicle with them telling you last minute.
They will find things to charge you with. They said I needed several things done to the under body, but with the help today of my Jeep buddies, they found no damage listed on the sheet. This is a good place to go overall, but make sure you know exactly what you want and always always get a second opinion.
