My family and I can't say enough great things about this company and staff! We have been taking every one of our vehicles, for major and minor repairs for about 9 years now! Never once had a bad experience! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, honest, efficient, and quick! I love this company and I highly recommend them!

Abe is an honest guy. He offers sound advice and fair prices. I had my brakes done and he was extremely professional and offered good information. I would send my mother there!

I have been using them for years now but after my last visit I will not be back ever again. I arrived before they opened to drop off my car early for an Air Conditioner recharge and also because my car was leaking oil. Abe told us no problem he will look at it. It gets to the end of the day, and he calls saying he only did the AC recharge and did nothing to the oil leak. (Obviously the much more serious problem) On top of that he had left before we could even get there to pick the car up and ask him why he didn't fix the problem we brought it there for?

No explanation, he just charged us (a lot by the way) for the AC recharge and basically left us with a car leaking oil. Just left and closed the store, put out key in the car unlocked so nobody was there to ask the problem or why is the car leaking oil. No phone call to let us know anything going on. Dropped off the car at 8am and got a call at 4pm saying he is closed and come get the car so he can get out of there.

Didn't even have enough courtesy to stay 10 minutes and explain to us the problem. Seems like he just wanted to do the least amount of work possible while charging us as much as he could. At the same time ignoring the REAL reason we even brought our car up there. This is how he treats long term customers how do you think he will treat your car? I am recommending to my family and friends that they NEVER do business here again!

He may act nice to your face but when time comes to get any work done he will just skip out on that and not even call to say anything until the end of the day. Had we known he couldn't fix the oil we wouldn't have gotten any work done there at all. The whole point was to get it done at one location. But apparently he just picks and chooses what to do and what not to do on every car.

The father and son was just great.had to get my breaks done.there were VERY BAD.But they got me in and out very quickly. And I enjoyed the company of the other customers, that made the time go even faster.great price also. I will tell all my family and friends to try this place for all there car or truck needs.

Abe (the owner) and his entire team are AMAZING! They truly treat you like family. My husband and I have been going to Mr. Muffler for almost 9 years. Won't let anyone else touch our cars!

I cannot describe how grateful I am for this business to be close to me. Abe and his family are so kind and very caring individuals. They have helped me numerous times and I can say working with auto shop I've never felt more fair and relieved with how that treat me and for the rates they charge.
