I recently had the unfortunate occasion to require the Experience of an auto body specialist. Two times in the past I've had this happenstance I have taken my business to Howe Auto Body located in Plymouth Michigan. All work guaranteed. Professional, personable and reasonably priced. Early drop-off, rides to local destinations, clean. Best deal to help ease the pain during an already stressful time.

I was rear ended and brought my car to Howe. They were fast, CLEAN and efficient. I recently needed more repairs but Howe couldn't get me in until July so I went to a different place. I regret it and wish I would have used Howe again. Dang it. live and learn.

Good quality work, but semi rude customer service and lack of communication. I'd come back because they do great work and they do a great job of cleaning your car as well.

This shop was recommended by a relative who had their vehicle roof damaged by a fallen tree branches in a storm. They were overly pleased with the quality workmanship and professional service they received. The first time I used the shop was around 2011 when the side of my vehicle door was dented in a parking lot. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, honesty & professional service of the shop. Years later a deer ran into the side of my car in 2019, I used the shop again, top notch quality & service again. An accident in my new vehicle in February 2022, besides the lead time of waiting on parts to repair my vehicle, the work was exceptional and the professional service I received was above & beyond what was required. I will not use another auto body shop for my vehicle repairs.

They do a wonderful job but talk to me like I'm an inconvenience to them at times. Like they're annoyed that I'm there giving them business. I'll be going somewhere else. Gave me quotes for my radar sensor to be replaced and was told before that it will be at the dealership well when it was time to pick up the car now it's a different story. Now he don't want to do it because there's no error codes so now I have to take it to the dealership

I took one of our cars to Howe Auto Body for a lengthy scratch in the front and rear passenger side doors. Howe provided the lowest price estimate of the 3 local body shops that I went to. They also gave me an 4 day estimate to complete the repair. An appointment was scheduled. The estimated time was precise. The price was to the penny. The quality of the work was EXCELLENT.

My wife got home from picking up the car and told me that they even vacuumed it out. I went to look at the inside and it appeared that they not only vacuumed it, but it appeared that they "detailed" it! I hope to never have to, but if I need body work in the future, Howe Auto Body is at the top of MY list and should be for YOU, too!

I brought my car in about 30 minutes after a collision. The staff was super welcoming and one of the guys was able to look at my car immediately and give me estimates on piece-meal repairs, as the car wasn't worth very much money. We didn't end up repairing the car but the speediness and helpful information was a relief on a very stressful day.

Howe Auto Body repainted the doors on my Jeep Wrangler - the paint bubbled near every hinge on every door, a known issue with Wranglers (hinge and door are different metals resulting in the paint defects). The quality of work performed is outstanding, my Jeep looks brand new. Jeff (manager) kept me updated on the progress with my vehicle which is very important, some auto repair shops I have dealt with in the past keep you in the dark. Overall, a positive experience.

I had paint defects corrected under warranty (Jeep Wrangler bubbled paint near every door hinge, known issue) and Howe Auto Body did a great job. The work itself is flawless and Jeff (manager) provided timely communications to make me aware of the progress they were making.

Many of our new cars get a dent or impact within the first few months of ownership. It's usually my fault, 'driver error.' We often get silver exterior-color cars, one of the worst colors for color matching on damage. In the past, I've inconveniently traveled 50 minutes to a shop in Wyandotte (to which I've been loyal to because of their immaculate work and incredible color matching).

I didn't want to make the 50-minute trip this time. Our chiropractor recommended repair at a business his relatives own, Howe Auto Body. The rear bumper on our Ford Fusion needed replacement, as well as a color-matched side mirror cover. Wow. Howe delivered! Despite a shortage of parts, they finished in four days. More importantly, the color match and bumper fit was incredible! THANK YOU Howe Auto Body for putting my ride back to it's new appearance!

One of the chain collision places, with insurance adjusters on site, would have gotten my car in quicker. It was worth waiting the extra week to get my car into Howe Auto Body. There is a reason the intake queue is long; they're the best in the area. Prompt responses to any question I had, and they'll push back against insurance companies to get your car repaired properly. Super organized. Had my car ready a day earlier than promised. Seriously, no other shop could do a better job than these guys, they have few peers. Take your car there.

We've been using Howes since we moved back to the states in 1999. They are awesome and the best body shop I've ever used. Honest and their work is second to none. Probably fourth time I've use Howe's service. They continue to to do outstanding work! This round, I had them install fender flares on my F150 because other product reviewers had issues with the flares. Jeff installed them and they are absolutely tight to the body! This business is STELLAR!

I will never consider taking a car with body damage anywhere else. Reliable, professional, friendly, attention to detail. Everything you wish for in a body shop, but think you will never find!

Best price out of 3 estimates and they went above and beyond. My front bumper and grill needed to be replaced. They even buffed out a big scratch on the back corner free of charge and washed/ vacuumed my car. Everyone there was extremely helpful and I will definitely be recommending them. After an absolute nightmare of an experience at a collision shop in Southfield, we contacted our insurance company so we could take our Honda Fit to a second body shop for them to fix the things the first shop either messed up or didn't fix after 5 1/2 weeks with our car. Reviews for Howe were good on Yelp and excellent on Google, so that's how we made the decision to go with them.

People are more likely to criticize a bad auto body shop than they are to praise a good one, so I'm going to sprinkle some praise on Howe right now! Upon first meeting, we were impressed by the knowledge of the manager. My husband is a "car guy" and knows more about cars than most people out there, so this is saying a lot for him to be impressed.

They explained why the other repair shop's repairs failed and what they would do differently. Discovering we had rented a car, they told us to return it because they would give us our car back the next day while they awaited approval from our insurance company and parts for the repairs. This saved us hundreds of dollars! As soon as they heard from the insurance company, parts were ordered, and they had us in and out in 2 days! When we picked the car up, they went over it with us with a fine toothed comb, and even my husband gave a stamp of approval. We are very happy with the work done by Howe.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE: They had my car for 2 weeks. charged way more than needed, over $4000. thankfully we had great insurance. Horrible customer service from this place, it was recommend from my Honda dealership in Plymouth. Wow, what a waste. They were great about getting my car there but once it was there. a different story started to unfold. Unprofessional.

They knew I needed my car back to be able to have transportation to and from my sons lung transplant doctor appointments in Philadelphia. The owner tried to overtake the conversation and was very aggressive. Like I said, this place seemed legitimate, helpful.and reasonable. After they received their money from the insurance company, their entire staff became jerks.

Not to mention, they called me last minute on a Friday to tell me my car is done, even though they said it would be Monday or Tuesday. earliest, the following week. My husband is a Doctor. He doesn't get out of work until after 5pm and it's an hour away from our home. I asked them how them how is he supposed to get the car by 5pm and get it back with our other car?

They said. not my problem. Well, that's just great. It was your problem when you spent $400+ on a tow to get it to your shop. They ended up leaving the keys under the floor mat and the battery was completely drained. My husband had to sit there for over an hour to have someone come out and jump our battery. What kind of place is this? You leave your customers stranded?

What negligence?! Spend your money elsewhere.don't go to these incompetent people. They take great photos for your insurance company though, to the point the added extra stuff in on our claim that wasn't even caused by the person that hit us. Fraudulent company.

Thank you to Mr. Howe and the rest of the crew for installing my spoiler last minute! I really appreciate and would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done onto their cars.

Last month when my Honda Odyssey was involved in an accident and I took my van to Howe Auto Body for 2 reasons. They were the preferred repair shop from both my insurance company (AAA) and Victory Honda of Plymouth. Jeff and his team were very through and did a great job with the repair and paint to help return my van back to better then normal. I was also impressed with the text updates on the progress of my van. It definitely shows Howe auto body knows how to take care of their customer and keep them informed throughout the process.

Had my car there for rust repair. They are advertising with 'complains will be fixed with no question asked'. But when I went there because they rust came back pretty bad, I was just told that commitment does not apply for rust work. What a joke, I am really disappointed!

They did a spectacular job on my wife's 2007 Solara Convertible. we had damage to the rear bumper, trunk lid, trunk compartment, both rear fenders and the front grille. They restored the car back to like new condition. I could not believe how good the body lines matched, the trunk line spacing was perfect. And the paint job was perfect. You could not see any discrepancy between the paint color from the rear fender to the front fender.

This car turns heads even after this extensive. Repair was done. Their staff are very friendly and they patiently answer all your questions. When you come back to pick up the car they make sure you inspect the work and that you are satisfied with their work. Also, all the paperwork is correct and ready for you when you arrive. Very efficient with excellent customer service. I highly resend this body shop.

This place is amazing! 4 cars worked on there! The lease inspector could not tell that our maroon Durango had been in an accident and told us to go here and only here from now on! They also do a great job detailing the cars. They steam the interiors to make them new again! Best place in town, by far.

They did an okay job on my Toyota but you have to watch over these guys like hawks, especially the auto body manager/adjuster. He will tell you a completion date only to have the date constantly pushed out as he tries to get other cars done. More business for them and inconvenience for you.
