Everything from their customer care on the phone to the work of fixing something that's busted and making it shine again.their knowledge in their field and their genuine good nature as a team of good humans.all of this made me give them 5 stars. I had had a close encounter with a fencepost that had left a white streak on my car. I stopped by Kennedy on my father's recommendation. Ray inspected it, grabbed a rag and a liquid, and immediately cleaned off the paint for no charge. We were done in minutes. Thanks, Ray!

These folks are easy to work with, honest and they do the job right. I took a Lexus with fender bender to Kennedy's where Ray and the crew have a great job in timely fashion.

I had a scratch on the rear bumper of a leased car, which needed to be returned soon. This body shop did a perfect job and on time, and I enjoyed playing with James' dogs.

Kennedy Auto Body & Paint came recommended from my regular mechanic and I was so impressed I decided to write a review. When I first called to get an estimate on the work I got to know James, who was so helpful and guided me on all the things I would need to do as well as dealing with insurance, my case Geico. They had their parking lot full with the amount of work they were handling but James went out of his way to schedule work on my car and took care of all of the details for me. James service was exceptional, I felt like I would take my business to him or recommend him to anyone that asks. The price was more than fair, and the work was great. Highly recommend them if you are looking.

I took my brother's car to Kennedy Auto Body & Paint two months ago after I accidentally backed into it one night. We could not have been in any better hands than we were with Ray. Ray walked us through everything, explained our quote to us in detail so we knew exactly what we were paying for. My brother's car came out looking brand new. My first experience with Kennedy Auto Body & Paint was April 2019 when AAA assigned me to the shop. Ray provided exceptional customer service. I appreciated that he always initiated communication and kept me in the loop of next steps. I was rear ended in November 2021 and was initially paired with a different body shop via AAA. Unfortunately, the customer service of that shop was non existent so I requested AAA to be switch me to Kennedy Auto Body & Paint so that I could work with Ray again. Ray again provided exceptional customer service and the repair was also flawless.

Kennedy went above and beyond. I had a complicated repair that also needed paint protection film wrap. On top of that I was moving so my schedule was tight. Kennedy helped coordinate with the wrap shop after repairs and really helped me get my car back to looking new. They did excellent body work and paint repair. They provided excellent service and communication. I can't recommend them enough.

I owned a 1984 Eldorado Cadillac 2-Dr with white glove leather interior, white exterior, a full navy ribbed canvas carriage roof, and a rear mounted tire continental kit. A real Keeper. I parked it under a tree one night on vacation too a black tree Sap dripping disaster. Ray called me 4 days later. I thought a new factory top had been added. It was the original canvas roof with a new Factory look. Ray is truly a Master.

Kennedy Auto Body & Paint has been providing repair work on our family cars for over 10 years now. They provide high quality work and customer service. Ray and James have always done excellent work and they are both professional and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to take their fender benders to them and get a quote and repair work done.

They are good at working with insurance companies and they are an approved AAA service provider. My latest repair was to fix/paint a fender lip that had blown off during the last big rain storm when the freeways were flooded. They were able to get the part ordered and start the repair process without leaving my car there. They were able to squeeze my work in their busy schedule and install the part quickly.

I was glad they could do it without having my car so I can still drive it around (which is not always the case with some repairs). The color matching was excellent and paint work looked great!

I came to Kennedy to get a second opinion on damage to my car, which was sideswiped while parked. The damage was minor, but the other place I consulted first was A) charging an unusually high price, B) giving me the runaround, and C) didn't seem to give a $%^&. Kennedy was like a breath of fresh air. Estimate? - "Sure, just come on down today and we'll check it out." Which I did. (They are in my neighborhood).

I received a very reasonable estimate that day. "The other place wanted to charge WHAT for this?" It was only a few small, plastic parts, they came pre-painted, and Kennedy could get them in a day. We made an appointment for a follow-up visit to do the actual repair. The only hiccup was: when I showed up later at the appointed day & time I had to leave my car there for a few hours. (They had originally promised the repair was so easy they could do it in ten minutes).

But this turned out to be a minor inconvenience. Plus they washed my car, which was a nice touch. As for the repair, it looked flawless and was WAY cheaper than the estimate from the other place. Best of all - now I know where to go first the next time.

I recently had my silver 640i BMW painted and repaired by Kennedy Auto Body. The insurance company was quick to total my car. Kennedy Auto Body was instrumental in properly pricing the car and repairs, it was not a total. I received updates on my car through out the time it was in the shop. The repair team was incredible, you would never know the car was in an accident.

Silver is one of the hardest colors to match, I received my car back and the color match is perfect! I received my car back timely and it looks better then new! I would highly recommend Kennedy Auto Body!

I have consistently had great experiences with Kennedy auto repair. Today, I went by for a quote after a friend scraped my car and Ray was super polite and helpful. He really had my best interest in mind. He went out of his way to clean the scraped paint off my car and gave a reasonable and fair explanation of the pros and cons of repair. He was more interested in the reasonable thing to do rather than making a profit. This is definitely a business I trust for my numerous dents and damages that I've had over the many years I've lived here. Highly recommend Kennedy!

They did a great job fixing car damage the best possible way for the least expense. I took my cars there 3 times with odd requests to fix it and not replace with new parts / new paint--like my dad would have done it himself, without systematically replacing bended / detached / damaged parts with new ones. Kennedy body shop really try their best in creative ways every time and I have always been happy with the result.

James was very kind and helpful. Compared to how I was treated at other body shops, it was like night and day.

This body shop was recommended by my mechanic. They told me immediately that someone had tried to break into or steal my car. They showed me the pry marks around the door lock. I didn't understand up to that point how the damage occurred. They told me to call my insurance and file a claim. They were so helpful. I dropped my car off and insurance provided a rental for the duration. My car looks great. Thank you Kennedy. Excellent work and a pleasure to do business with you.

After replacing the car battery by myself, I found the dashboard showing numerous errors and warnings. I had no idea how to fix it so I called Kennedy Auto shop. Ray picked up the call. He was very kind and encouraged me to drop by. In their parking lot, the assistance lady, Ray, and the young guy Ronado (sorry if I mis-spelled your name) were all very nice and warm hearted even though they know that this was not a big business to them. Ronado connected a device to the OBD port and ran some coding/reseting program.

The car was back to normal in 5 minutes! They saved my trip to the dealer and they didn't charge me a dime. Thank you. I will go straight to Kennedy in the future when my car needs repair.

I got hit by a truck that pulled a u-turn right into me. Totally the other driver's fault. His bumper tore up the side of my car all the way down, and broke the windshield. AAA suggested Kennedy. As often happens, insurance wouldn't cover the full cost of repair. I felt Kennedy did a great job balancing out the repairs and the cost. That's not what really stood out though.

It turned out the new windshield was defective. It delaminated quite a long time after the repair. I can't recall exactly, but I think a year or two had gone by. Pretty unusual problem, but obviously an manufacturing defect. I can't do the whole story justice. There was something wrong with the way AAA had billed the whole thing. And, Kennedy outsources the windshield repair, so they were working as an intermediary. Kennedy ended up getting everything straightened out, despite the complexities and how much time had passed. They took the time to make it right, when they probably could have just blown me off. I think that says a lot.

The car accident was from another driver running a red light; the second accident within 6 months and I was feeling (in addition to agoraphobia) overwhelmed with the idea of more car repairs. Fortunately, the shop was close enough to my house and I could walk. Outstanding service; I got a quote (it was explained), repairs were completed on time. The staff was professional, efficient, polite. I appreciated the supportive service during the stressful time. Thumbs up!

I am very pleased by our experience with Kennedy Auto Body. No one is happy about getting their car scraped, and this was no exception. I emailed three shops on a Sunday evening, asking about meeting for an estimate. One didn't reply, one took two days to reply, but Ray at Kennedy responded within 30 minutes, on a Sunday night. I was able to get an estimate easily the next morning, the price was reasonable, and we got the car back within two days, looking good as new. Ray is a great guy, was very attentive and easy to work with.

There was no BS, no problems, just a high quality experience and repair. While I personally hope to never need dent and paint repair again, I can recommend Kennedy wholeheartedly!

Amazing service! My car was unfortunately hit while it was parked on my street.no note was left. After calling my insurance they listed a few places and this was the first place and close to my home. Everything went great. They did the estimate quickly maybe 15 mins there max, was told to come back 02/10/2020 (my vehicle was drivable so didn't have to leave it).

They took about a week with my car. James was amazing! He didn't like how the car looked (which I'm sure wasn't bad lol) and delayed my pick up so he can make sure it's perfect! I appreciate that very much as if I would have found it I wouldn't have been happy. James went above and beyond my expectations for a body shop. I would pick this shop over and over if I had a choice, but let's hope I don't have to come for this reason again. Thank you James!

This is the only place I will ever go. I've been here a few times with 3 different cars. There isnt anyone that I would trust more. Everyone is super friendly every step of the way I'd be informed of what's going on. Everyone is helpful and honest. And last time I had a car there there Ray is the absolute best. He totally went above and beyond any thing he needed to do just to help help me with a very complicated and sticky situation involving an accident the car was in.

I was so lucky to have a place like this to go to. Experiences there.at least for me feel like the only place to ever go. The poor guys are so jam packed with cars and customers every single day because everyone in the bay area has probably spread word hiw awedome these guys are so naturally everyone brings there cars there. It's a wonder how these always finish in the time period they do givin how extremely busy they always are. My cars have always been done when said or sooner :

So I had front collison damage to a 2012 acura tsx fixed here a few weeks ago. And I specifically asked that all damaged parts be replaced to oem, no aftermarket, but unfortunatley without even informing me they installed aftermarket parts on my car. I had to return and deal with the wait to reinstalling all oem parts again. Whole process took about 3 weeks and also once I got my car back it was so dirty inside and out. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!
