Collision 1 was started in the early 1980's by 3 independent auto body repair shop owners looking for a way to stretch their advertising dollars as far as possible through a strong brand, while establishing a set of operating principles that would change the way the auto body repair industry operates.

My experience using Auburn Collision 1 was nothing short of stellar. Everyone I dealt with from the staff answering phones to management were very helpful, courteous, and responsive. They were very efficient with their process and dealing with insurance. The quality of the repair performed by Rolando was top notch. Auburn Collision 1 is now my go to shop for both my personal and business needs.

I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want your repairs done correctly. I brought my vehicle in because someone had hit me and damaged the rear quarter panel rim and door on the driver side. I brought it here because I was told they do "great work". The front office staff was helpful and I had no issues with them whatsoever. I dropped off my vehicle for repair and they asked me for the key and said they would update me with the process.
We did not go out to the vehicle to inspect it when I dropped it off. There were no pictures taken upon drop off while I was there. They did keep me up to date on the process and I appreciated that. When I picked up my vehicle there was damage to the front bumper on the passenger side that was not there when I dropped it off for repair. I told the front desk lady that I wasn't sure if it was dirt or what but there was a mark on the front bumper. Eileen came out and said "that was there when it was dropped off and it's not dirt I can guarantee that".
I told her that it was not there when I dropped it off and she mentioned pictures. I asked to see them and she went to the back to find Jym. I went outside to take a closer look at the damage and when I can back in Eileen told me "it looks like he just left for the day so I don't have the pictures but just bring it back and we will fix it for you".
I asked her when I should bring it in she said anytime just give them a heads up. After leaving the office I examined everything more closely. I noticed that the trim on their repair doesn't even sit flush to the car like the other undamaged side. There was a scratch by the taillight they replaced. There was paint on the taillight and what looked like grease spots all over the exterior even though they washed it.
There was also white powder all over the steering wheel. I was less than pleased. I dropped off my vehicle for the second time and again no pictures when getting dropped off. I showed Eileen the damage by the taillight and asked if they could fix that as well. They repainted the front end damage but you can feel where the damage was and not all of it got repainted.
Also the part by the taillight was completely ignored. I was done at that point. I left and decided I will take it to another shop soon so they can fix it. I left a review on Google for them and the owner responded. They called me a liar and told me that I did indeed have that damage when I dropped it off and they took pictures immediately when dropped off and pointed it out to me. Lie!
They told me that they showed me the pictures they took when I dropped it off. Lie! There was more that you can look at if you look at the review on google. Is that really how you react to a customer that is unhappy? Completely unprofessional and straight up lies!

As always, Collision One of Auburn did a fantastic job and worked one on one with my insurance company to ensure everything was taken care of. All I had to do was drop the car & keys and pay my deposit. Everything else was butter smooth and only needed my authorization to perform the work. They always go above and beyond. Car is returned to previous state, like it ever happened - they truly own up to their motto. Additionally inside and outside was cleaned entirely upon pickup. Super pleased. Loyal customer for life.

We were given an estimate and date for repairs from a car accident where we were rear-ended. The date was pushed out another month and then the estimate was under by thousands of dollars. In the end, the repairs were too much for insurance to pay so we had to take our vehicle elsewhere for repairs, after waiting all that time on a horribly inaccurate estimate. In addition, the staff were rude and disrespectful. Overall, the service was the worst I have ever experienced. I hope you think twice before falling for their scams.

The winter season gets all the collision centres busy and backed up with vehicles. I was lucky to get my car into the shop on a Friday and pick it up a week later; no Honda parts on back-order. Excellent service and friendly staff. Shout out to Chris for his knowledge and honest work. The guys in the back worked their magic and brought my 2017 Civic back to life.
The job was finished with a wash, wax, polish, and interior clean. Collision 1 is wonderful and I highly recommend their work, but I don't want to come back any time soon.

I admit, it looks pretty good, but that's the only good thing I have to say. If insurance wasn't paying for it, I probably would have gone somewhere slightly cheaper. The repair took over 2 weeks when I was given the impression it would be about 7 business days. The worst part is that they replaced a working airbag for "paint access." I guess when they take it out, they can't put it back in. Anyway, it's tanked my cars value because now my small fender bender is reported on carfax as a moderate accident where my airbag deployed (it didn't). I'm checking to see if this can be changed on the report, but I have a feeling once they replace an airbag, it counts as an airbag deployment. Thanks a lot, Collision 1.

Amazing Collision Center! Despite of all the delays and parts shortage. They managed to get my vehicle a new bumper, painted it and return it to me in 3 days! It's like magic! Chris is an awesome guy to talk and ask questions to! They go above and beyond! The front desk staffs are so easy to talk to as well! Worth the wait! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place was part of a list provided by insurance and I decided to go with them for a bumper replacement (BMW x3) based on their reviews. I'm SO glad that I did. They are amazing! And Chris made the whole process so smooth - he kept me informed both via text and calls on the status of my vehicle - and the car was done right on schedule. Not only did they do the repairs my car came in for, but they detailed my car as well. Nicest crew, highly recommended!

My daughter was in a hit and run and her car was in pretty bad shape, not to mention she was super upset. After we brought the car to Auburn Collision who fix it. However we encountered some issues but the manager took care of it, with no hesitation. So I just wanted to say sometimes we have some bad luck and encounter some good people to help us out. Thank you Auburn Collision Center. The car looks like it wasn't even In a accident!

Great people! Great service! I had to go back to Auburn Collision, now it was my Toyota that need help. As always we were greeted with smiles. Both girls up front being so nice and helpful, take some of the sting out of having to be there. Barrett the owner, was the one handling our repairs. Repairs done on time. When we took our vehicle in it was not the cleanest.
When returned to me and my wife it was very clean. Not a full all out detail, but you can tell they spent there time cleaning inside and out. Now we are talking a 2 day bumper repair. Not a 1 or 2 week heavy repair. Way to go Barrett and crew!

WOW, far exceeded my expectations. I dropped the car off on Monday and they said I would have it no later than Friday. I received a call today Tuesday and the car was ready. From check-in to pickup a completely satisfying experience. The work is outstanding and they used all OEM parts. Not my normal experience with body shops. I highly recommend them. I just hope I won't need their services for awhile.

I've been to different body shops before, but Auburn collision 1 really stood out above the rest. I brought my car after being hit in parking lot. They did an amazing job and even fixed some damage that the car had prior to this accident; the car looks better than it did when I bought it. They even detailed my car and got it cleaner than an actual detailer I've gone to in the past. Thanks!

This place gave me great customer service! I got rear ended pretty bad and they took care of working with the at fault drivers insurance and getting a rental for me. Everyone was very professional every time I called. then when I got my car I was amazed what an awesome job they did, it looked even better than before my accident! The mechanics really did a good job and made sure every little thing was fixed down to my exhaust leak. they even guarantee their work for a life time!

While waiting for my attorney to handle the issues I had since they had to deal with the other party's insurance company, I decided to handle it myself and contacted the owner, Barrett S. I now want to say that Barrett took my concerns of the issues I had with the repairs made to my car and ensured he would have all the issues fixed correctly.
After only having my car for 2 full days, I picked up my car and I am pleased to say that everything that I had issues with was taken care of. My car looked better than it did after the initial repair and the 2nd attempt to fix what was told after the initial repair, looks like nothing happened. Everything was aligned correctly at OEM specs.

I've taken numerous cars here for everything from body damage to replacing exhaust systems. They have always done an immaculate job and a speedy job as well. I have owned a series of black vehicles and they always match the paint well, so no obvious differences in paint from body work. Highly recommend!

I had the very unfortunate experience of causing damage to a brand new ( 2 day old, 100 miles) car, I was very stressed that the car would never look new and the paint would not match. The manager, Barrett put us at ease, sending updates frequently. The work done at Collision One, Auburn was impeccable. The attention to detail was amazing and my brand new car looked perfect. The car was also repaired in 3 days. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Great customer service! Everyone there I interacted with was very friendly, from the ladies at the counter, rental car guy who happened to be there, and the guy who drove my car around and asked if I needed help. My car only took 2 days instead of the 3 days they anticipated.told me they put a rush on it cause my insurance didn't pay for rental. Steve was super friendly. Great eye contact is what stood out. It made it seem like he truly cared. I'd go back again. (But hopefully don't have to.lol)
