On Saturday 1/22/2022 call to ask for a part 9:00 am and the store closed 11:24 am and has to close 12:00 pm?

Onwer of this shop, he is not good guy, he is lier, and he so rude old ma.

Very efficient got the truck fixed right away do not bring your trailer they're limited trailer parking call ahead.

Fast, fair, friendly! You can trust New Baltimore to take care of you truck without worrying about overpaying or the quality of work.

This is my go to please to fix the truck. TJ is super helpful and responsive. The work is done in timely manned and they always call in if there is more work needs to be done then originally estimated.

Avoid this shop! Dishonest people! Will post detailed review later. Just got my truck from them. Total ripoff!

Our truck caught fire and they had to replace the wire harness. After 3 months we finally got it back. A week later more issues. Another week later more issues. We brought it to another mechanic who found a bunch of other stuff relating to the fire damage. It's an insurance claim, you'd think they'd try to get everything fixed in one go around. When I questioned them on it they hung up on me. That's the last International we'll buy!

I have never had a problem out of anyone up front, Kim knows her way around in and out of the Internationals. She is very polite and straight to the point. My only complaint is that they need to be closer to our office!
