Excellent in all respects! I was lucky to find Good Hands a few years ago and they have been among the favorites and best I have ever encountered in my 73 years! Everyone is great, responsive, fair and friendly. They all know me by name and have become friends that I look forward to seeing when I need Anything to do with my car. I also refer them to all my friends at every opportunity. 5 Stars For Sure!

I have regularly gone to good hands for the past 1-2 years and regularly they have treated me and my vehicles with professional care. In contrast to repair shops at dealerships who shall not be named, I feel comfortable with leaving my car there. Only suggestion would be to check in with your customers in the waiting every so often or when you get the chance, to let them know how repairs are going or whatever else.
But I have only seen 2 people working at the front desk and it can get real busy for one person real quick if the other is not there or when its just a busy day. So with that my suggestion really can't be taken with too much weight, just something to keep in mind.

I wish I had read the reviews first. This is a ripoff. They fixed things I didn't ask for. Installed used parts that did not fit my car. Lied about the quote and still didn't repair my car. Held my car hostage for $1700 and i still had to have it towed to a dealership. Who is now charging me $5700 to repair the items they claimed to have repaired.
Left axle, right axle, control arm, rack and pinion. Im filing a claim and calling Channel 7! I still have the paperwork. So don't try to say I have the wrong place! I'm coming and I'm not going away! I want my money back!

I always take my vehicle to Good Hands. The staff there is very friendly and professional. They are always honest about what is going on with my vehicle, when a certain service would be best to do, and have even walked me back to their shop to show specifics on my vehicle to help me understand an issue. I've also taken them vehicles for a pre-purchase inspection and they have been very helpful in providing a clear picture of what is good and bad about a vehicle. If you're looking for a honest and no-pressure mechanic this is the place to go.

Went to have them repair the a/c on my '94 Pontiac. Instead of finding the real problem and fixing it correctly, they saw fit to charge me $200 for a recharge that worked for about an afternoon. In addition, they somehow ripped my inside door panel completely away from the door and tried to conceal the damage. When I went back to confront them, everyone denied it of course.
At the end of the day this place charged me 200 bucks to destroy my door panel and lie to my face about it. 2 stars only so folks who ignore 1 star reviews might read this and beware

My air-conditioning stopped working. So I went to them to get it check out. They came back with a quote of $1700.00. Told me I need a new compressor and couple other things. They quoted the compressor at a cost of $650. Another shop got it for $300. After taken it to another mechanic I was able to get the whole job done for $800. But I had to pay good hands $150.00 for an outrageous quote. More then double what it should cost.

Good Hands Auto saved my car in a time of need. Our muffler dropped down while driving so we called them up because of the good reviews. All the positive reviews are so so true! They fit us in first thing in the morning and had the car up and running within an hour. They didn't try to get more services or money from me. The people who work here are honest, reliable, and super friendly. I wish I lived in Aurora because then I would have a mechanic to go to. If you are in need of car services, you definitely won't regret Good Hands Auto.

Harvey.you are my Angel! This isn't my real name, but you fixed my 2010 Chevy traverse last week. I couldn't be more thankful for you and that shop! I left my car on Wednesday evening with a LIST of issues. I got a phone call Saturday afternoon to come and pick her up. My A/C WORKS! I am grateful I found my forever mechanic. Awesome quality work. Options with paying if you don't have the money all at once.
