Tricia was the absolute best representative of any business I've ever worked with. She was knowledgeable, thorough and made me feel comfortable at an auto repair shop. The staff at Our Garage fixed issues that the Nissan "dealership" seemed to not be able to at a much more affordable price.

Love our garage! Honest assessment of your vehicle with a list of "must do" and "nice to do". Their prices are the best in town and if they think you can go elsewhere for a service that would save you money, they'll tell you. You can trust them! We won't trust our cars with anyone else!

They were able to fit me in same day to replace my radiator on my Accord. Very professional and efficient. Trisha even gave me a ride home and back to the shop when the repairs were completed. I will definitely come here for any other maintenance!

Everyone here is great even Trish. When coming into a garage most front office people don't know repair and don't talk much about them. Trish is very knowledgeable. Absolutely fantastic people Sheila and her group of mechanics are worth the talk they work with you to find what's wrong with your car and work to make sure that you make the right decisions and getting your car repaired I don't feel worried about being swindled when I'm in the shop. I'm not worried that I haven't gotten all the data and I'm not worried that I'm being overcharged. They take good care of my cars when I take him into the shop.

They charged me three hours labor to replace a radiator, a full hour to replace a serpentine belt. Seems kind of steep. Nice people but I think maybe $$$$! Quick work though!

In the beginning my hubby was the one who originally found this place. I had the pleasure of speaking to them on the phone as they explained thoroughly what was wrong, what they fixed and how much it was. Both of us were extremely pleased not only with their customer service but the service they did on our car. Thank you so much for all your help! We highly recommend this place to anyone needing work on their vehicle.

Trisha was so friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. She went above and beyond, calling to alert me that I had left my trunk open (whoops) & showing me the list of previous repairs my used car had seen. The service was affordable & well done. I'm so glad to have found this business!

This auto shop is seriously one of the best in service! I've been a customer for over a decade and I truly trust the work and the people. I had an oil change on my last visit. After driving ita bit, I noticed that they made some minor adjustments to ensure my driving experience continues to be a good one. Our Garage takes care of both cars and people.

Um.how do I start? I asked for an oil change. I have oil leaking from the oil filter and the drain nut now. I asked for a tire rotation.the just inflated my tires to 53 psi (supposed to be at 33) and called it a day.never, ever returning. I'd advise finding another shop.

Echoing what other reviewers have said, Our Garage offers professional service in the shop and at the front desk, at a competitive price. It is the only auto shop I've ever been to in 19 years of driving where I feel like I'm being told the straight story 100% of the time. They tell you when you NEED a service done, when it could go either way, and when you're probably okay holding off for awhile.top auto shop I've ever been to in terms of HONESTY.

And they take the time to explain some of the repairs better than other shops I've been to. I have several AAA approved auto shops within 15 minutes of my house, but I drive 75 minutes to Our Garage because of how much I like and trust them.

I will honestly NEVER go to another mechanic after sending my '91 Ford Bronco here. Many mechanics won't work on her because she's so old, but Our Garage took her in no problem. Trisha at the front desk is super friendly and professional. The do excellent work with such care for your vehicle. They fixed my headlamps turn signal thermostat and even finally got me air conditioning, I definitely highly recommend this place and give it 10 Stars!

I've had every car I've owned for the last 16 years serviced by Coy & he's so good, fair & concerned with & for the safe & reliable operation of your vehicle that given the opportunity to move somewhere else in this state or country, no matter the benefit to me or upgrade in lifestyle (I'm retired), I won't, simply because I'd likely NEVER find a mechanic or repair shop as honest, reliable & fair minded as Our Garage. Trish is a goddess and I'd marry her if she'd have me because not only is she a gorgeous lady, more importantly, shes caring, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable & helpful when it comes to the service & needs of your vehicle but extremely personable & filled with a great work ethic, personal character & genuine decency.

I absolutely love this place & recommend them to everyone that will listen. Just the most incredible experience you'll ever have repairing or servicing your car. They'll NEVER recommend or do any unessasary work and absolutely honor any warranties on their work & parts etc. I sleep well & never worry about my vehicles road worthiness. I have 350,000 miles on my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with the original motor & transmission & I attribute that entirely to Coy, Trish & Our Garage I average 1,800 to 2,000 miles weekly!

My car decided to not start one day as I had just gotten off work. I called around to some places people had recommended and they all either did not work on Mercedes or were booked out a few weeks. I came across this gem on Yelp and was pleasantly surprised. I had my car towed to them while I was at work. Trish, was super friendly via phone and kept me in the loop.

Unfortunately they were unable to fix my car as they didn't have the machinery needed for the specific problem I was having, HOWEVER they were kind enough to refer me to MB clinic. The clinic couldn't get me in until Thursday and Our Garage let me leave my car there, actually it was their suggestion. They didn't even charge me since they were fairly sure what the issue was right off the bat before my car even got there. Great customer service/experience and I would def recommend!

My breaks were worn down and needed to be replaced. Found these guys through AAA and could not be happier. Everything from scheduling to payment was smooth. They replaced my pads and rotors in half-a-day and, most importantly, for a fair price. The whole staff was very welcoming and made the process simple.

A simply great experience. For a first time coming here, it felt comfortable, honest, and a wonderful vibe overall. Tricia was my first contact with this place and was extremely helpful and understanding. Coy and the rest are great mechanics. Will definitely be coming here again for ALL of my car issues.

I took my car to brakes plus for an alignment and oil change, big mistake, my truck had a bunch of work done on it prior to taking it the such as ball joints and brakes etc, brakes plus had a coupon special for the alignment and so I took it to them, they quoted me around 4000 worth of work was needed and all the work they claimed was needed I had already done and tried explaining that to them and they didn't believe me so I left.

I took it to our garage and talked to Tricia who was awesome. I made an appointment to get it fully checked out and she called me and told me what they found out and behold brakes plus was full of shit. The truck was fine the alignment was a bit off not 4000 bucks off either. So I'm getting my alignment done thru our garage and It also had an emissions issue which they were able to diagnose and fix as well.

This is the 2nd car I took to them and they took care of me and have excellent customer service and rapport. I fully trust them and will only take my truck to them for any work it needs down the road for now on. If your vehicle has issues trust these guys!

This is the most honest and thorough garage I have ever taken my car to. I've been going there for many years to have three trucks taken care of. They consistently fixed only what needs to be fixed and don't do any extra work to try to get extra money out of their customers in my experience.

I was sent to this garage after having a problem with the previous garage they had my vehicle back to me in under the amount of time they quoted for less than they quoted called me three times to make sure everything was all right when I got the fee if I cannot say how wonderful Trish and Coy are

These guys are awesome! Tricia was extremely helpful and made such a stressful issue for me so much easier to handle. I had previously taken my car in to 3 different places (commercial shops) and got 3 different answers that just didn't make sense to me and refused to do anything they had recommended. After months of stress and with winter coming up I was desperate for somewhere I could take my car and feel like I could trust what I was being told. Someone recommended Our Garage and they just got a lifetime customer!

Replacing brake pads is a necessary evil. When you drive like I do, it seems to be a frequent one. I had recently taken my husband's car, to a Brakes Plus, for replacement pads and it was awful. So then here I was a couple months later and pretty sure the pads were completely gone and I was scraping the rotors. It was 6:30 am and I was on my way to work when the metal on metal grinding was getting bad.

I did a quick yelp search and found this was the only place open. I gave it a shot and will go nowhere else! The lady at the front was so nice! She offered to take me to work, I declined though as I had a coworker already waiting for me out front. She called to let me know the cost, which wasn't at all as bad as I expected since I did have to replace both front rotors.

Then she also offered to pick me up from work and bring me to my car. Again I declined. When I arrived she showed me my old rotors, went over everything, and even showed genuine interest about my day and job. It was the best customer service I have ever received. Truly a pleasure!

Have you ever left a garage feeling like they just took you for a fool? I have. But not here. Our Garage has always treated us well. Tricia(sp?) is great at communicating with customers. She will explain what's definitely wrong, what else could be wrong, what they have to do, what they might need to do, and what your options are. And their pricing is always right on par or less than what Google says the work should cost. I highly recommend Our Garage. No one likes to spend money fixing a car, but at least you'll know that you're being treated fairly here.

Our Garage was great! I dropped my car off and they took me and picked me up from school. Tricia was very personable and knowledgable. She explained everything they did to my car and even drove it a couple times to make sure it worked. She is even wanting to follow up with me in a week! I would recommend everyone I know to Our Garage.

Our Garage has serviced my auto needs since I was 16 years old and struggling to keep up with my 1980 MG B. Since then, they've helped me out with everything from oil changes to tune-ups to vetting a new car (RIP little MG). My family has been visiting Our Garage and Coy for over two decades and we can't stop recommending them to friends and family. They've worked on everything ranging from a 1965 Mustang to a 2009 Focus to a 2004 Town & Country van. It's a rare thing to find an auto repair shop that is all at once honest, kind, and accommodating.

Beyond this, Tricia is a whiz when it comes to finding savvy ways to save a dollar here & there and has been super helpful when it comes to scheduling timely repairs/maintenance. The bottom line: Be sure to make Our Garage your garage.

I just moved to Denver and I was looking for a mechanic that is honest and good. First impressions are everything and this place is clean and the people that work their are friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning here if my truck has anymore problems. Probably not the cheapest but definitely the right place to go if you want your vehicle fixed right with minimal hassle.

On a side note the secretary found a replacement seatbelt clicker which has been broken for a while to say the least. They went above and beyond my new favorite place to go when I have car troubles

I have gone to Our Garage 3 times and they are better each time. Recently my jeep started leaking air from under the hood! I called for an appointment, chose the day and time convenient for me and took her in. I was prepared to ride 2 buses back home but they offered to give me a ride. While the front desk womon (who has given me her name 53 times and I still cant remember, sorry) prepared to leave the office and drive me home, I walked the mechanic outside to show him the leaking hose.

He immediately informed me it was the AC hose. I was happy just to know why AIR would be coming from my engine. I told him I didn't use the AC and he said the jeep would work fine without it and if I didn't need it there was no point in wasting money to repair it. Since I was ready to leave her anyway I told him maybe I needed brakes cos they squeaked just a bit every now and then.

After telling him I hadn't driven 4000 miles since the last time they said my brakes were at 50% he took a quick peek at the front pad and said they still look like 50% and 4000 miles wouldn't put enuf wear on them to warrant a new set of pads! Additionally he gave me a quick lesson on brakes and brake pads teaching me quite a bit. I thanked him and told them I would be back for my winter tune-up.

I couldn't believe it, instead of working overtime to separate me from my money, like most mechanics do, this guy was actually helping me save it! They are friendly, clean, helpful and knowledgeable. I will NEVER go anywhere else again!

I was driving across the country when my car stopped starting cleanly. I looked up on yelp and found Our Garage. They got me in right away and fixed the problem. Their coffee is terrible, but the auto repair is good.

They could have stuck it to me when when my car broke down, but they didn't. A rarity, an ethical garage. Thorough with a reasonable turn around time, they will be my first choice as long as I live in Denver.
