I am always weary of going to mechanics and not knowing if what they're telling me is true or just because I am a tiny woman who probably wouldnt know the difference and will likely shell out the money. Safe to say that these guys are super great to work with. I've brought both of my vehicles to their shop. They're knowledgeable and honest and I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to see these rad fellows for their care care needs.

This is one of the best auto shops I've ever been to. They were honest, friendly and took the time to explain the details of the problem with my car's engine. I came to them for a second opinion on my Honda, and while the first mechanic quoted me a $3000 repair, Pro-auto was honest with me about the root of the problem and they completed all diagnostics and repairs for under $500. I don't know a lot about cars and I really appreciated that they didn't take advantage like the other auto shop did. I will definitely be back, they were very trust worthy!

First, I am not surprised that they already have great reviews. But I still have to write them one because this business really is quite superb! I first used them when my clutch gave out in the Summer of 2020 for my Honda Fit. I shopped around and they gave me a fair price, and I am very satisfied with their work (the clutch has worked perfect since).
This past Summer I damaged the car and brought it back to them, I should also mention I live in Breckenridge and I will travel to use a business I trust. Trevor and Chris are 2 of the nicest people I have worked with period. They take the time to explain everything and are super helpful with also sharing their advice on all options available. I will continue to recommend this place and use them as long as I live within 100 miles away. thank you brian tom

Every person that works at Pro Auto Care is amazing. They are so kind, and I can tell they really care about my car, as well as my wallet. I specifically worked with Chris who kept me updated about my car throughout the entire process. He also kept me informed about the things that needed to get done immediately, but also the things that could wait. This was first time taking my Honda Pilot to Pro Auto Care, and I am now a lifelong customer. Thank you so much for everything!

My teenage son's car needed a lot of unexpected repairs. Chris was amazing to work with and helped me to narrow down what needed to be done right that minute and what could wait. They were very fair in their pricing and understood that I had a budget. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Steering & suspension repair

Chris and Trevor kept me informed of what services my car needed and the expense. They were both professional and knowledgeable of the repairs that were necessary. My technician did an outstanding job in completing the necessary car repairs. My car is running smoothly and I am very pleased with Pro Auto Care. I will definitely use Pro Auto Care in the future.

Found out about this shop thru Tom Martino's referral list. Got a 3rd opinion on some concerns brought up from 2 other shops after oil change. Was explained the state of the car and concern brought up by other shops, and reassured that work was not needed. I was impressed by the manager Chris's patience and explanation of the state of the vehicle. Will definitely do all my work here in the future.

So far, so good. I just recently decided to take my vehicle here for an oil change and tire rotation because the place I had been using for years would require that they keep the vehicle all day for simple oil changes. Pro Auto had it done in 30 minutes. They were professional. Found a seeping seal in a front axle joint, took a photo of it, verified through Car Fax that I had just had this axle and seal replaced in February, and suggested that I take it back to the shop that did the work to have the seal replaced under warranty.
They also checked all my other fluids and found them to be acceptable and advised me of a schedule and cost to replace at another time. All in all a good experience. I'll continue to work with them.and continue to rate and review.

I showed up at their door at 7am as I noticed that my temp gauge was hot and needed an oil change. They happily took my information and got my vehicle in right away. I made myself a delicious cup of coffee and they even had a protein granola bar to stave off my hunger. As I waited the guys at the front desk were joking with each other and the customers that came in.
You could tell they enjoyed their job and were happy to be there. After 30 minutes my oil change was completed, and they let me know what was going on with my coolant system. Thank you!

I've brought my car to have my spark plugs replaced and they were reasonable in the their pricing/super efficient. I figured since I've had really great service I would use them again to address my TPMS message and replacing my splash guard. This time, I came to drop off my car and they didn't even have my appointment in the system.
The guy checked me in told me that they had ordered my splash guard and assured me that they would look at my TPMS message. He explained how they determine the damage and assured me that it would be addressed. The next morning, I received a text that it was ready and when I asked about the TPMS message they said no one had said to check it. Pretty frustrating, but I figured as long as my car is fixed that it didn't matter. Finally, I picked up my car after hours with my front wheel is missing its rim cover and the TPMS message is back on! I feel like they rushed the whole process and didn't take the time to make sure my care was actually fixed! Really frustrating!

Fraud and kickbacks. Mycar was supposed to go to a specific address. 1509 W Littleton Blvd. Littleton CO. Not being from the area I expected it to be where I requested. Instead the tow truck driver from Cast iron towing 3032921542, took it to this place. I don't understand why if I requested a specific address it wouldn't be at the proper place, when they vouched for the $90 fee and took my car the fraud continued. SHAME ON YOU PRO AUTO!
I got a call. AGAIN-PAPERWORK? They told me they had my car. Sure I expected a call. When I asked for the person that recommended the shop I was told he wasn't there. We then addressed the $4k estimate for a 2004 Hyundai that was overheating. I'm usually careful with car things and so declining work that didn't address "Overheating" could wait.
No no struts or shocks thanks, yes I knew the brakes were due to be changed, ok. I need valve cover gaskets. I knew there was a leak, so ok. Will that fix the overheating?.yes. had to get a loan to fix it, it was Thursday. Fine I just need my car back. I was never offered a preview of the invoice. Email, text, FAX? I was tired and I live in the springs.
They needed a hose.had to wait till Monday. Ok. Pull up to 1509 Monday at 5:30. No car. Right person, no car. They called just as I was calling them! No guy I spoke with to talk to. Just a young guy who looked just as confused as me. SHAME ON YOU PRO AUTO!

Honest as can be. I had a messed up diagnosis from one place and came here to get a second opinion. They were able to diagnose my car, fix it hassle-free and give me the best price for it. I can't stress it enough to tell people to try and find a good, honest mechanic. These guys here helped me and were both efficient, thorough, and very kind. Thank you guys, you're now my new go-to spot!

The employees are this store are awesome. I have had car trouble for awhile. In my case, it was the fuel pump which is next to the gas tank. However they replaced the fuel pump. They also replaced my oil for free. I believe Mark is the owner but he treated me like gold. And the mechanic Nollid was nice as well. They didn't charge me as much as I was expecting. They are a good business if you need work on your car.

This review is hard for me. We have been a PAC customer for over 8 years. We always visit the Littleton location. In Jan. of this year my husband took our car in for an oil change. At that point we had a bulb burnt out in our left rear tailiight. We had a crack in that taillight. Before going there my husband bought a bulb but couldn't get the lense cover off.
He read the manual instructions and looked at a you tube video. Upon arriving for our appointment he told them the issue and asked if they had time could they see if they could help. They had the same problem and they too pulled up a you tube video. He said thanks but it's ok. They didn't want to give up. They ended up breaking off a piece but claiming a piece was already broken.
That was not true. And because they kept trying so long they charged for labor on top of it. He left there with them telling him they would call with a price for replacing the piece. Here it is months later and we never got a call. It's not expensive so that really isn't the issue. The issue was not getting that call. The other odd thing is that we have always received monthly emails and flyers of their specials.
Since this incident we have not received anything. I would be curious if we are still in their system. The timing just seems weird. I think that bothers us even more. We were having all our maintenance done there and we buy our tires there. We drive down from Greeley. It feels awful to have to find a new place to go.

Al Oramas, it has been two months since my review and you should probably check with your store on the actual facts before responding to my review on yelp, Randy at your store was actually dealing with me not grandma, when I made the appointment with Randy for the oil change and tire rotation you had advertised on Tom Martino would cost $29.99 and he was told that but your store charged Grandma $37.45 I'm looking at the receipt now and you charged $24.99 for the tire rotation and you charged $49.96 for two wiper blades of which you stated in your review response should only cost $24.99.
I think you overcharged $7.46 for the oil change, $24.99 for the tire rotation which was advertised as free and as you stated in your response $24.99 for the set of wiper blades that we were charged $49.96 for I think the refund should be $57.44 of which I was offered $40 in store credit only, Randy said he would not refund grandma's chargecard. If you think you can make this right for your customer let me know thank you.

Randy was a stellar helper, and brought me in to the ProAuto Care fold! He helped me jump my car, that was on its last legs at the next door Conoco, and their evaluation kept me from driving to my usual light rail station, and potentially severely damaging the engine and power train. The fix was reasonably priced, but they also gave me an extensive list of deferred maintenance.
I appreciate their attention to detail, but this is a beater car for the kids and I hope it handles horribly through corners at higher speeds! I was able to hoof it to the Littleton light rail station (although they offered me a ride) before and after. These guys were great! Completed the repair in one day, and provided good communication, and the price I paid was what Randy quoted. Thanks Pro Auto Care, Keith Ostrander
