Unfortunately this company was sold to me at pinegar in Branson, mo. We've had several issues with the truck and after over $4000.00 in repairs I've concluded this insurance I purchased for $3000.00 does nothing to help. I've waited to review this company just about until my warranty from them expires. I'll never again purchase insurance with them.

Purchased this warranty when i purchased the vehicle from Value Kia on essington in Phila. Instantly had trouble with the car and took it back to the dealer multiple times in which they finally told me that they had no idea how to fix Jeeps. they recommended using my warranty and taking the vehicle to a jeep dealer. Jeep dealer stated the issue, warped cylinders. Warranty would not cover because it showed a sign of "neglect".
I paid $2000 for this warranty at the time I bought the vehicle only to have to pay $6000 for an issue with this vehicle i just purchased. Value Kia, never again. MBPI. never again! if i could rate it no stars, i would.

Ok, this has been the most frustrating experience I've had in a LONG time. Truck broke down and stranded me at 6:30pm (5/4) called the emergency roadside through MBPI, who told me they had dispatched someone and eta was at 8:07pm. They sent a text with the services name and the link to track progress. 8:15pm rolls around and no sign of anyone no contact from anyone and the progress tracker never changed.
I called the service number provided and the individual said he never received the po or dispatch. Called MBPI again, waited on hold for over 20 mins. They said the called the service guy he would be there in 30 mins. Which at this time would be 9:06 pm eta. At 9:20 I call MBPI again wait on hold for a few mins. Was told that that dispatcher cancled and didn't contact anyone as to why or that he wasn't coming.
So they supposedly work to find a 2nd dispatcher should arrive in 60 mins, and that they would call me to verify details. I never received a message of the new service people or a progress link. I called 8 am (5/5) MBPI was to send a 3rd dispatcher be there in 90 mins. That would put the eta at 10:30am. I ended up calling and canceling that request as I found a tow truck service available in the same town as my truck location who towed it for me, they never relayed the message to that dispatcher.
Why would MBPI dispatch a service 3 towns away. And also the whole substitute transportation issue is its own other debacle. When you call and they ask are you and your vehicle in a safe location, yes depending on circumstances. It is never safe to stay over night on the side of a highway, especially if your from out of state and not familiar with your current location. Do better MBPI!

I have used MBPI as my extended warranty on all of my new and used car purchases for years. They are the best extended warranty that I have ever used. Purchasing an extended warranty from them is a great investment. They are very easy to deal with on any claims. Buying their extended warranty has always paid off! I especially had a great experience working with Antoinette Anderson!
