This commitment to quality lets us provide you with a Nationwide Lifetime Warranty on all of the radiators we sell. While very uncommon, if your radiator fails for any reason related to manufacturer defect, we will happily replace it with a new one for as long as you own your vehicle. Just call the number on your receipt and our local part experts will get you fixed up in no time. While we don't replace radiators that have been damaged due to installation, collision, or other human intervention, we still can help.

Best price around on a brass and copper (all metal) heavy duty radiator for my daughter's Jeep Cherokee. Staff was friendly and put up with my calls when it didn't show up on time (FedEx driver left it on truck and came back at the end of the day, leaving it on the loading dock without talking to anyone).

Easy to find location. Walked in a salesperson greeted me. Asked me what make, model and year. Great pricing. The salesperson walked into warehouse and returned in five minutes. Paid $90.00 and left all within fifteen minutes. Ed Voyles quoted me $244.00. None in stock. Bet they buy from these people. Get s quote then call 1-800 Radiator. Thank you

Poor customer service. Can't deliver or pickup at a location that I gave them for a warranty claim. They shipped to one address for the original radiator (which failed in 6 months) so I had to pay someone different who was cheaper to pull their defective radiator out in order to put their replacement one in. When I spoke to the gentleman about the replacement radiator I clearly stated that I wasn't shipping it to the same address as before and gave him the new address.
They still sent it to the address where I originally purchased the radiator. I had to go there and take the replacement radiator to the new address and called 800radiator and told them they shipped it to the wrong address and he apologized and said they must have not read the notes. I asked if it'd be a problem if they could pick up the old radiator at the shop I had swap the radiators and he said no.
I then had to call them back and talk to Bruce who said he'd take care of it and it'd be picked up. 2 weeks go by and I get a call from the location the original radiator had been shipped to saying that they are calling them wanting the radiator. So, I call 800radiator back and they claim UPS can't find the address. I gave them the shops number as well and the lady said UPS doesnt call people and that she's busy with other customers and she'll have to call me back. If you want to do business with this location you better go picky it up or you'll have a headache to deal with. I've been going through this for almost 3 weeks.

Wow! This business is amazing! I stumbled upon this website after getting a really high quote from my mechanic to replace my radiator. My mechanic told me that the radiator would cost $198.00 to replace and then of course, there were parts & labor, etc. which would end up totaling more than $350.00. I asked specific questions and was told by my mechanic that the part was a certified brand but would be even higher in cost (more than $198.00?!) if we used an Infiniti radiatior vs. a certified one.
I thought $198.00 for a basic certified radiator seemed high so I decided to look up certified radiators online and found this website: radiator.com. They deliver locally, so I started an online chat with them and very quickly got exactly the information I asked for. I gave them my phone number and instantly got a call back from them so I patched them through immediately to my mechanic.
Why not? As I started to arrange for immediate (within a few hours) delivery of the part to my mechanic (at half the cost my mechanic quoted!), my mechanic then ended the call by saying that he would give me the same part for the same price.half of his original quote! BECAUSE OF THIS BUSINESS.I JUST SAVED MYSELF $100.00! By the way.this business will also install the radiator for you. Look up their blog.these people are great! http://www.radiator.com/blog/
