Quite an impression. So I took my car in after being involved in a minor damage - hit and run and not only was Jeff very approachable, but my oh my! The guy is a magician. A careless driver hit my parked car. My insurance company totaled my car, but I bought it back because it has a clear title. Jeff honored the estimate he gave, not the one from the insurance company. In fact, he ended up dropping the cost because they were able to save my car grill. While my car was being repaired, I fell and broke my foot. So they delivered my car to me, no extra charge. They also detailed my car too. It new again. I highly recommend them.

I was involved in an auto accident where I hit a DART Bus as a result of a black out and light signals not working in the Dallas metroplex March 2017, I filed a claim with my auto insurance "Standard Insurance" they are the worse insurance ever, they, tell me that they do not offer car rental insurance at all, and that I would be out of my pocket to pay for a rental car while my car was being repaired.

I went to Caliber collision and was told that it would be two weeks before they could give me a estimate, I drove a few minutes more on the service road of hwy 67 to First Choice Collision, a very professional man by the name of Jeff came out to view my car and immediately gave me a estimate, committing to the repair of my car within 3 days. Jeff also went out of his way to secure me a rental car for a very good price.

Standard Insurance dragged their feet accusing me and this wonder collision company of causing more damage to my car. Jeff stood up for us both and assured them that the damage done to my car was the result of the initial accident. Standard took 10 days to give approval of the supplement claim that Jeff submitted, Jeff went to bat for me a stranger, he called my insurance every day and was emphatic to me as I came to reality how bad Standard Insurance is.
