I needed a cheap towing service in Arlington tx and these guys were awesome. They towed my car for a very reasonable price and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a tow.

They have always arrived within the specified time frame, and have done an excellent job of towing my car. I highly recommend their service.

We used this towing company quite a few times with in the past month. Due to the fact, one of our cars won't start and needed to get it towed to a shop. We ending up needing the tow more then once. I just put a 5 star review on this place, guy seemed nice and everything went well until I saw the charges he tried to charge. This place hires out contractors but this driver was their own. They have an initial charge of $89 and $5 a mile. We took it to a place bout three miles and the guy tried to charge me $195. Thank goodness I didn't have that amount in that account and it declined it and then he charged me my real amount of $105.

If you have to be worried bout thieves you don't want to worry about them at your most desperate times. If it wasn't for my fraud alert I would have never had known thats what happened. DO. NOT. USE. THIS PLACE. EVER!

I was on our back home from dropping my children off at school and I had a flat tire in Arlington, TX. AB Towing was dispatched and was great. Excellent Customer Service skills and a all around nice guy. Hopefully I will never need a towing service again but if I do based on AB Towing's service.

This is by far the most worse towing/roadside assistance company in the area. Called and got an outrageous non-refundable service charge of $129 Before they can send someone out. plus an Additional $80 just to get towed 2miles. On top of that. I called in around 1:30 and they said the driver would be there in 30 min to and hour. Called after an hour of waiting.

They said "He's on his way about 10min out" yet another hour goes by. Called again "10min out" no one got to me until 4:45. 3 hour wait Just to refuse to tow my vehicle. Called in this morning and my phone number is blocked. Had to call from my work phone for the call to go through. This company is a total scam. If you want a 3 hour wait time and waist $129 go ahead. I do not recognize this company at all.

Never will I use this company again. Charged extra fees that a normal tow company doesn't charge. They also said first 5 miles will be free, nope they still charged for every mile. Be careful about what they say on prices. (LIES). They also lied and said it will be 30 min to be at the location and they didn't show up till 4 hours later.

The BEST experience ever with AB Towing! Arrived quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. Between loading, fixing my car issue and unloading, I was relieved to be home in under 1 hour. Amazing service and outstanding price. I will definitely call AB Towing again and recommend to my friends.

I normally do not review companies online but this I must. AB Towing are some of the best priced towing service providers out there. This is really what is called professionalism. Keep up guys.

Courteous driver, but outrageous cost. I was charged a fee of $89 non-refundable service charge on top of the $75 tow. I feel that it was not made clear over the phone that the $89 was a separate charge from the towing. I had already called two other tow companies with estimates of $80 or so, but AB was most available at that time, so I went with it. Why was I charged the extra fee?! The tow was 2 miles total! Find someone else that will charge you fairly.

Very happy with the service. They sent someone out to replace the battery in my truck within an hour of my calling. Very nice and professional.

Called got a great quote, they took my info, got to me in 30 mins, hooked my car up, got me to my destination in 30 mins. So a hour with the tow man saved my day...

Look and read. These folks are the best. I had a problem with my car this last Friday. I put the key into the car, and it wouldn't start. I mean REALLY wouldn't start... no clicking noises, no car alarms, not nothing, not no how. I called these folks because they were the closest to my location. The office guy I talked to was very polite, informative, and explained their process.

After we got all the preliminary stuff out of the way, I was told that my roadside assistance-tow truck would be there in 45 minutes or so... I was fantastically amazed when my tow truck person showed up within some 30 minutes... Talk about outstanding response time! I began to become impressed. My little pony car wouldn't start. However, the person driving the tow truck (My gosh, I wish I could remember his name), tried several things to bring my car back to life. However, it was not to be that way in the middle of a Race Trac parking lot.

So, he loaded the little pony car up on the trailer, and all the time we talked about what he was doing and why... not to mention our discussions about why the jump start wouldn't work.

With both of us being informed about my particular pony car model... we proceeded to take me and the pony car to the hospital. Once we got there, I'm telling you that I was so totally impressed by the truck operator's experience, his care for my vehicle, and the care he took while driving my car to the fix it place. I mean, it was like I was riding along with him taking his own car to be fixed.

Not only that... the tow truck guy took me back to my house for (basically) free. I kinda tipped him enough so's he could have a free lunch, however, his professional abilities and attitude said that he would have done that without the tip. A very, very, very wonderful experience and happiness through the grief of having my little pony car being stuck forever.

The guy that towed me reflects credit upon himself, your company, and the services you offer. I just wish I could remember his name... however, as nice as this guy was, I'd come to expect this kind of service from your company. Well done, and sincerely thank you gentlemen and ladies...

I was driving in the HWY and the engine stopped working all of the sudden, it was night time and I was just thinking to have my car towed and get home. I called him and it was definitely my best luck at that time. Ray is the best. The service was so smooth, he is so friendly. He knows his job very well. It was cold and he offered the warm car. He gave good guides and helps. I really appreciate. I'll definitely call him again in the same situation.

Best towing company, why? Here's why, customer service is 10/10, person on the phone wasn't rude like most companys are, the driver called me 25 mins out and was there before I got there and I was closer then he was! They were fast as getting to my vehicle and were respectful to my car as they were loading it up, recommended to anybody that needs towing. You won't be disappointed.
