My mom had an appt. Guy no showed. I called and he was on his way. Then I called back and said nevermind. In my 28yrs as an office manager, this is poor service. Not taking names for appointments and getting a call to confirm the date and time to drop off. Instead it is not knowing who's coming in and how long you need the car for. I'm assuming people leave their cat for days. Well for an oil change and tire rotation I don't leave it for days. No thank you to this non appointment making place.

Best mechanic in the DFW. If you want quality, honest service come here. I recently was about to purchase a used 2012 Hinda Civic, but I wanted a second mechanic opinion on the condition if the car, engine, etc. James is incredibly knowledgeable and I could tell that he went above and beyond to look at everything that could be a red flag with the car. I have no idea why I have not wrote a review before! I'm just like Sofia. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Absolutely feel blessed knowing James and his family. Such a wonderful mechanic and always has taken great care of my cars! Even if the Acura dealerships completely screw up my car, James instantly fixes it!
