I came here to get an alignment on my car, and from the moment I got here it was instant friendliness, n truth. Fred Hernandez is the BEST auto Tech around, he was honest, and trustworthy! Fast service too! I recommend this auto service shop to EVERYONE!

Took my vehicle in for simple bodywork repair. JM damage the radiator, ran the vehicle without coolant, warped the engine block which led to the vehicle having to be totaled. Highly recommend staying away from this shop.

I would give no stars if possible took my car in for there 59.00 alignment they said I needed 2800.00 in work first charged me for 150.00 for an inspection and still 59.00 for attempting alignment I told them the only reason I needed an alignment was I changed the shock and upper controller arm myself. There website says free inspections. Do not take your car hear for anything they are ripping people off.

Got into an accident with my brand new Harley Davidson. Brought it to Frado at JM Towing and he did an amazing job. I was pleasantly surprised how well they did on my motorcycle. I would definitely take my truck/car there for any repairs and Frado has the Harley repair work locked down. Service: Body & Trim

I have used them years ago, and felt they were very good. After my car accident I called them. They got my car in right away. Originally I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for the repairs. I had to get a rental car while my car was in the shop. Excuse after excuse as to why my car was not ready. Waiting for parts. Waiting for insurance approval. We ordered wrong parts.

Oh I am sorry but I had them working on the other Ford first thinking it was yours. There was a scratch in the new paint and I don't know where it came from so we have to repaint. We can't get a part fixed. We have to send it to the dealer. The dealer doesn't have time. The dealer never called us and told us it was ready. The calibration people didn't show up - twice.

Every excuse possible. Now, it still is not correct. Door doesn't close correctly. They said they will order parts and fix it, but have not heard from them. Very disappointed

I had this company etch my vehicle's VIN on my catalytic converter. Got their information from AAA. Inexpensive protection. Everyone was really nice to talk to. I inquired about other services and plan to take my vehicle to them for oil changes in the future. Service: Exhaust

Took my car in for a check engine light pointing to the catalytic converter needing work. This was the first time I was going to JM Auto (recommended by another shop). As most of us are, I was hesitant and ready to hear about how I needed a few grand in repairs not related to the check engine light code. Fred was the mechanic that helped me and from start to finish he very upfront and helpful on what needed to be done with the car and the total cost to do it.

I knew this was a good shop when Fred first called me to tell me what work needed to be done, he also took the time and talked with me about my options with this high mileage car and listened to my concerns on doing the repair vs the value of the car. The price he quoted me was also in line with what I thought the cost would be with the research I had done around this type of repair prior to our conversation. I really appreciated all the help and communication Fred provided and I will be taking my car back for any future work that may be required.

These guys are angels in disguise! I was on I-70 and blew a tire on the way to the airport. I pulled in there to ask for some help as I had a spare and no jack. Not to mention January blizzard conditions! They let me pull into their shop and changed my tire for me.saved my day in what was a terrible situation to be in trying to make my flight. They are such nice people at J&M.they didn't have to help me out and they did. Can't thank them enough. High class people

I took my truck in after a hit & run accident and my cousin recommended JM Auto Body. I am so glad I went! They started right away and honestly the only issue was parts being delayed- Which is totally not in their control especially with Covid. Jordan was always super patient and friendly each time I called for an update and I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Thank you to the shop staff for the amazing work!

I want to post this as the owners and staff have gone out of their way to help me in my time of need. Owner even called another service department when they were unable to deal with a warranty situation on my truck - They went above and beyond to help me get an appointment for my truck that same day - Put me in a rental car at the rate that I would be reimbursed from manufacturer instead of the going rate today. They have been wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

After several tries dealing with the Dodge Dealership - I called JM Auto Service and asked if they had a diesel mechanic that could diagnose my issue and they said YES. They made an appointment for the next morning and the mechanic -FRED- was awesome. He was available on time - I didn't have to wait. He figured out my issue quickly and corrected within less than an hour. I was so happy to be back on the road safe and sound. I will take my truck to them from now on.

JM Auto went above and beyond in repairing the extensive damage to my 2007 Ford Explorer! Due to the age of the vehicle, spare parts were hard to find. Jordan searched extensively to find the parts needed to restore my Explorer to like new condition. I am very pleased with the work that was done! Customer Service and Professionalism still exist at JM Auto Service.

When you need to find that local guy that just gets things done and treats you well, this is your stop! We were in a pickle with our A/C on a road trip. They were busy, but they treated us like humans and helped us out. You will be so happy if you choose to work with this quality team!

I recently went in to fix my headlight and driver side handle and they handled this amazingly. It took a couple days for the parts to come in but once it was ready Jordan got the paperwork started right away and they gave my options on how I want to fix my car in the process. We limped into Denver, CO on Memorial Weekend with a misfiring engine. Fred and Karina, despite having a fully booked schedule, were able to get us back on the road same day so we could get back on the road. We are grateful for their attention and expertise. Would recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

My car stopped accelerating while I was driving & I needed to get it fixed quickly. They were able to take a look at it, a couple hours later we thought the issue was fixed but it turned out the throttle needed replaced. They ordered the part and it was completed 24 hours later. Fred was very detailed about the process and I'm happy to have my car back! Would definitely recommend.

Jordan was an amazing customer service and helping me fix my car. He was very communicative and professional and kept me updated along the way! Do not trust this company or their reviews which are clearly fake. They are crooks who stole my car that I brought in for repair by selling it to a junk yard without permission claiming that they hadn't heard from me after I told them that I would contact them when my insurance made a decision. Instead of texting or calling to check in they cheated the system by sending letters to a bad address just to make a buck.

They furthermore had the nerve to tell me I owed $5500 in storage fees when no notice of storage issues was ever brought to my attention. They are horrible people plain and simple who no one should do business with.

Hat's off to JM Auto & Collision Center. Had a little ding and Jordan went above and beyond to take care of it AND do some other touch up. I recently purchased a new lil Qx60 that I fell completely in love with. Not even two days after having it a young teen drove straight into me. I have always brought all of my cars here and they never disappoint me! Karina processed my quote quick and fairly, and she was super nice too! My baby was done in just three days! They handled my AAA tow of my Lexus when she broke down. The office staff was friendly and honest about their timeline. This was one of the best and easiest experiences I had ever had. My car looks and feel like I never had an accident. Jordan handled the transaction so well that I felt zero stress. This place was INCREDIBLE in helping me in a terrible situation. I bought a lemon and (after only having it for two days) it broke down during our vacation (from Kansas) in Colorado. These guys inspected my car and cleaned my spark plugs for free. Then after my car broke down AGAIN, the owner Jordan and the mechanic Angel drove the utility truck to us at our hotel parking lot.

They drove us back to the store and then towed my car to their store to check it out. They looked it over in even more detail and figured out the engine was shot as all the numerous things that was going's on with it. They were extremely willing to help us but knew we were on a tight schedule and needed to get home, so they recommended us to rent a uhaul and tow it back to Kansas ourselves.

They even helped us push the dead car onto the trailer and gave us tips for driving and what we should do when we got back to the dealership. They did so much more than I listed, was extremely professional and personable, and were beyond empathetic. They didn't charge us a single thing and I am BEYOND thankful that we happened to come across these types of people during such a hard time. They were life savors and I'll never forget the hundred to thousands of dollars they saved me and the great customer service we received.

They are doing false inspection and they charge you $100 for that. My passat had an issue with water pump and impeller and they said it's a heating core. Amateurs in every aspect.

My car had to be towed here after having some issues when I flew into DIA. This was by far my worst experience with a mechanic. Most of it comes down to their lack of communication and failure to follow through on what they say they're going to do. The receptionist is TERRIBLE. Every time she called I would have to be transferred over to the manager.

Then to top it off I was told my key would be left with the dispatcher next door so I could pick up my car before the shop was open (I live 90 minutes away). The wrong key was left, and we had to wait for two hours for somebody to show up to find the correct key. Just to hear a half hearted "sorry".

My experience at JM Auto Service was fantastic! On the road as a traveler from Florida it can be a little disconcerting when you have mechanical problems and no contacts to call for a referral. I am grateful that I found JM Auto Service as they were very professional, knowledgable, thorough, and the pricing was fair. The building and surroundings were clean and comfortable.

I broke the driver's side mirror on my car and I phoned them. They took care of everything quickly. One of the easiest dealings with a car repair shop I've every had. The shop itself it large and clean. I left the car and came back but could have easily waited in their waiting room. I highly recommend that you contact them for your car repair needs.

Was referred to this place by a trusted friend in the industry. I didn't not have to handle one thing -they did it all for me. The owner came out and met me on the day of pickup to inspect my car and noticed a blemish. He asked to keep it another day to make sure it looked perfect and paid for my rental for a day. They finished before the schedule estimated time and gave a follow up throughout the process. About a month ago my mom and I were moving me out to Arizona. Almost half way there we blew a tire right outside of Denver. After being stranded for hours we finally got a tow truck to tow us to Denver. We towed my car to a recommended repair shop that night and headed to a hotel. The next morning I called the shop that we dropped it off to and the. said they could maybe find time to fix it in a few weeks.exhausted and upset we called around to different repair shops in the area.

We called JM Auto Repair and they told us they could fit us in and help us. So we called yet another tow truck to tow us from the first shop to JM Auto Repair keep in mind we had my cat Diego along for all the.

Needed my air conditioning recharged. $1300. And 6 visits later my air is working and blowing cold. One week to the day after picking up my car I am driving on the freeway and my hood flies open. No injury to me but car sustained a lot of damage. And the air conditioner failed as I was stranded on the side of the road. Upon inspection after accident we found tools in the engine compartment that JM had left. I am convinced this is what caused the hood latch to fail. JM takes no responsibility. They are negligent at the very least. STAY AWAY!

The best customer service ever! I was treated so great by the employees there when the body shop across from them treated me very rude.

Their location has changed. They are now on Chambers Rd, just north of Colfax. I was impressed by the looks of the shop. New, clean, nice decor. They must be doing something right. So my car broke down and the tow truck driver took it here. Service was great. They correctly diagnosed the problem (broken ignition coil) and fixed it the same day. They even washed my car without asking and without charge before I picked it up.
