Maybe don't call "German" Performance Service if you only service BMW, Porsche and Mini (I have a VW) In any case, I called about a tire issue. I didn't know manufacturer matters that much for that.

Mark is very detailed with his work. It's great to have trust in your mechanic that you use! I'm grateful to have his professionalism with what he does. It's hard to find these days! Thank you for the work you have done.

Marc's encyclopedic knowledge and experience with (old and new) BMWs and Porsches is world-class. Repairs are completed on time and at competitive prices. Highly recommended!

As of today, I officially will never got to a BMW dealership again. GPS treated me with more respect, made all the necessarily repairs in a timely manner and helped solve my car issues without price gauging. I am an automotive engineer and have worked at Ford, BMW, and Tesla. This is a fantastic shop. Rob (one of the techs) is honest and has all the skills and expertise to diagnose and fix whatever issue you are having with your BMW (or German car). When I lived in a different state, I did my own repairs so I have a very good knowledge of what repairs were needed on my car in the near term.

I have taken my car to him twice and he has never oversold or overstated repairs that the car needs. His labor rate is reasonable and his turn around is quick. This is my go to spot for BMW repairs in the area, don't let the dealer hose you on price.

Excellent service. We pulled up to GPS without an appt because the front air suspension of our X5 was low, and it was unclear if it was a problem with the suspension air bag or with our software needing to be reset. Our associate Rob was very knowledgeable and diagnosed it right away as a software issue, reflashed the car, and fixed the problem within minutes. Very personable, friendly, and superb service - I will definitely be coming back here again.

I've been to German Performance Service several times already and I'm always impressed with the communication from their team. Taylor and Rob are extremely friendly and communicative. When they say they'll call you back they always do - a rarity for auto services nowadays. I always know exactly what is being done for my car and any issues that popped up during the process. I can't imagine bring my car anywhere else now that I've experienced professional service.

Absolutely the best service you'll find anywhere. I've been a customer for a couple of years and have consistently had positive experiences. They are problem solvers at their core and will go to great lengths to troubleshoot issues. I've had the most interaction with Marc and Rob, who are both very skilled and good at what they do, while also being wonderful to work with. They are transparent with price and always get your authorization before beginning work on a repair. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

This is hands down the best German car shop in Boston! I have been getting my BMWs serviced here for about 10 yrs (and I like old, high mileage BMWs). They are extremely knowledgeable, well equipped, and reasonable. I am a bit of a car guy so the team at GPS is happy to work with me to get what I want done with my car. Despite my comfort with cars tech, the staff is always happy to explain things to me. Price wise these guys are a MUCH better deal than any dealer, but that does mean sometimes getting an appointment is tricky.

I found German Performance Center last summer through a Google search when I was desperately looking for someone to work on my daughter's Mini Cooper. My daughter is a college student in Boston and we had already had 3-4 terrible experiences with big chain car repair centers. I read all the reviews, then decided to call and talk to them. I spoke with Rob and explained what was going on with her car.

He answered all my questions, then made arrangements to have the car towed. I live in Atlanta, but Rob called often and kept me informed on what they found and the best way to repair it. They went through the car thoroughly; Rob advised what needed to be repaired and what wasn't a big deal. He searched the Mini website and found two recalls of which I was unaware and I was able to submit previous repair bills for reimbursement.

German Performance is not the cheapest shop you'll find, but take it from me, you truly get what you pay for--I learned that the hard way! They are professional, knowledgeable and truly great to deal with. I have used them several other times and it has always been a good experience. Best of all, when the Mini leaves there, I know the work has been done well. Call and talk to Rob- he is great! He is honest and will make certain that you know what is going on and the best options for you and your car repair.
