It took about a month to get our car. Every week it kept getting pushed back a week more. When finally ready the receptionist was unprofessional towards my wife. Was given false information about the payments. The environment there isn't friendly. Would not recommend. Service: Body & Trim

Do not come to this repair shop, period. I dropped my truck off a week ago today. Zero communication in the last week. I called and left messages to get an update, with no response. I finally got tired of not knowing what's going on, so I came into the shop to find out. Turns out they are only fixing half of the repairs needed, due to an insurance claim issue.

If they had called me a week ago, I could have cleared it up with the insurance company then. The response from the claims rep, "I really messed up, and this one is on me", no attempt at all to rectify the situation at all. Update as of 4/19/21. After the initial SNAFU mentioned above, the director of the collision center, Jason, was very helpful and agreed to cover the rental while they continue to work on my truck.

I received a call 1 week ago today stating that my truck should be done one Monday or Tuesday. I hadn't received any calls by yesterday (Friday), so I call 4 times and left 2 messages. No response. I tried calling again today and spoke to someone who has no idea what is going on with my truck. I was going to give them a couple of stars back, but after the continued horrible communication I cannot, in good faith, recommend ABC collision to anyone.

Took my truck in for a inspection from a accident where i had rear frame damage. Nothing to do with the inside of my truck. Picked it up and it seemed fine until I noticed my dash frame around my stereo and steering wheel was hanging loosely. So I called to see why it was like that and if they would fix it. Brung my truck back as I was told to. Was met by the man who had brung my keys out when I had picked it up. Scott was extremely rude right from the start. Stating they hadn't touched my dash area very rudely.

Then jumped in my passenger side without his mask 2 feet away from me. Then began to push and pull aggressively on my dash while telling me they had done nothing to it. Then continuing to be rude told me it was hanging because my dash was cracked on top. And that no wonder my dash was messed up seeing the state of my truck. Also very rudely telling me they had picturesto prove it was already like that.

Mind you this is a 03 and I have kids and live out where there are lots of dirt roads. So no my truck is not new and not in perfect condition. I didn't know that the age of my truck mattered on what kind of services I'd get. Or how rude they can be to me. I told Scott I was going to write a review. He very rudely replied with. Go ahead we'll just say no repairs were done it will cancel out your review.

It's nice to know that's all they have to do when someone writes a truthful bad review to make it not matter accordingto them. I ended up fixing my dash where they messed it up. It just need to be pushed back into place. If Scott wasn't so aggressive while pushing and hitting my dash maybe he would have been able to politely help me do it himself. Would definitely recommend not taking your automobile here.

Took 5 weeks to repair my car, was estimated at 2 weeks. Didn't communicate at all, had to hunt them down all the time. Returned 50% of my calls. Got the car back. it was missing emblems, the rear door wasn't aligned, missing the mat, and the rear wiper washed the license plate (IE installed upside-down). Just sloppy work, no QA at all. I know things are hard right now and gave them consideration accordingly but they were awful. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere.

This place is so amazing- I had the best experience working with every front desk staff member and Brandon was my service guy. They took the best care of my car and were timely, organized and so thoughtful during my repairs. I was rear ended in my brand new car, so I had to deal with another insurance I wasn't familiar with and they went above and beyond to make sure my rental car was covered and I wasn't without my car for much longer than 2 weeks. Thank you for being the best! you all rock!

Worst experience ever. Dont waste your time and money. It took them over a month to "fix" my car. That who time I received no communication or updates. Everytime I called I would get transferred around and eventually left messages that were never returned. I went to pick up my car and it is still damaged In several places. I was told i could bring my car back in 4 more days as they had just ordered the part that day.

I reported this and provided pictures to my insurance and they are now fighting it stating the damage was not due to the accident even though I have before and after pictures which clearly show otherwise and they are the ones who pointed out the remaining damage when I picked up the car. My entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

Jerry and crew completed my repair at a fraction of the originally quoted time AND price!. They even threw in a much needed headlight restoration in which was the cherry on top of a great experience here. I'm blown away by the end result! :D Again, a million thank yous to Jerry and the ABC Nissan collision center! I will be returning on my next inevitable fender bender.

I had my car taken in for a minor repair which took over a month to fix. They would keep telling me, "oh, it will be ready on 'X' day" only to be told later "oh, we accidentally ordered the wrong part, so it's going to take 2 more days." This would go on to repeat at least 3 more times. They told me I was warrantied, but the day when I FINALLY got my car back, the rear headlight and the front headlight was out.

When I called to complain, since you know, I was apparently "warrantied", and instead of being professional and kind, they immediately got defensive and said they never "touched" that part, therefore they can't do anything, even though the headlights were working just fine before I took it into them, even when it was struck by another car! You all did something wrong and won't own up to it. I'll be writing up multiple complaints and sending a claim as well until this issue is resolved.
