I went in thinking that I had a carb problem, ended up just being out of gas lol. He refused to take any payment and didn't try to charge me for any bs. Grate experience from a local shop would recommend.

Brought my 2011 Zx10r in after being told by another shop that they wouldn't be able to look at it for a week. I called he told me the day to bring it in then 24 hours later I received a call that my bike was fixed and now I'm back on the road. Service: Electrical repair

I Was referred to Steve from another shop, and all I can say is Wow! I love a no bs shop, and Steve went above and beyond my expectations, especially since my moto is my main transportation. I had blown a fork seal and Steve had it back well before any other shop would have been able to. Sir, you have my business for life! And thank you for your quality work.

Worst service ever. Most of the issues on my motorcycle that I paid them to fix were not fixed. The owners are clearly the problem. Beginning with the unfriendly/unhelpful dog lady whose two mutts growl at you menacingly as you try to check in. Then there's Steve, who spends a lot of time building himself up while disparaging others. He repeatedly dismissed my concerns about the motorcycle, many of which I would later find to be valid concerns.

He insulted me when he said that I have "no business turning a wrench, " a prophecy about his own mechanical competence, it turned out. He disregarded my request to replace a part because of cross threading, then botched an attempt to "correct" the cross threading. He did rebuild the carburetor, and then evidently never took the motorcycle out for a test ride, because it ran worse than it did before I dropped it off.

I had to pay another mechanic to correct this incompetence. Finally, when I picked the bike up and signed over more than $600, said owner took a phone call in the middle of the transaction, interrupting me, then waved me away without so much as a thank you after payment cleared. Shortly before all that he assured me that if my motorcycle still doesn't run well, that he can throw it on the dyno, then line me up with a full exhaust system.

What a swell idea: drop a further $1k to solve a simple air/fuel problem. Needless to say, I won't be going back here. I actively discourage others from giving this place business.

Had new exhaust & air cleaners installed by Steve. Bike's performance & sound has definitely improved. Successful installation did come at the additional expense of multiple scratches to the clutchcover. **Update 7/5/19** Steve had my cover powder coated & took care of another issue I had. Bike looks good!

Let me tell you from day one when I walked in the building I have nothing but an amazing experience with Steve such a reliable motorcycle mechanic. I got a few different things done to my Suzuki GSXR 750, an Steve got it running like a charm. I wasn't sure with a lot of things going on with the bike but Steve was an handle the problems quick fast an in a hurry.

A big reason I went with this shop because when I brought the bike to him he gave me tons have help up front which I really appreciate it from him. while he was working he came up to my bike got on the ground just to see how things were looking and really gave me tons of help I appreciate everything. If we are having back problems you better believe we will be coming back to the cycle Dynamics! Thank you for all your help!. It was very much appreciated!

Extremely knowledgeable on troubleshooting my GSXR 1000. Explained my issue and they fixed it quick. Shop rate is extremely reasonable considering the fast turn around time and amazing quality of work done. Hands down, Cycle Dynamics has earned all of my future business due to the trustworthiness of their work.

I brought my ST1300 in to have the tires replaced, but it was found the fork was also in bad shape and needed to be rebuilt. Steve did a wonderful job and adjusted the suspension for me. The bike has never rode so good. Thank you Cycle Dynamics for the great work. I also liked that the shop is open early in the morning so it was convenient to drop it off before work.

Steve looked at my husband's Suzuki intruder, and he has to be the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic, he felt that the bike was running correctly and didn't need improvement, he did a small tweek and didn't even charge said he felt it wasn't right to do any work to the bike that wasn't needed to just make money and to find an honest person like that is very rear. Highly recommend Steve and his shop to anyone

Steve at cycle dynamics Went above and Beyond all my expectations. He is priced fairly, and gets the job done effectively and efficiently on time or before he promised. I took my bike in for Front fork seals, and he also adjusted my front brakes and clutch and made sure my tire psi was on point. I would recommend cycle dynamics to anyone who wants their work done correctly for a good ticket.
