My car was making a noise. I took it to Mike's Automotive and the mechanic advised that my front wheel bearings were bad. We only had a short window to get the car fixed and the team at Mike's was able to accommodate - they got the job done quickly with superior service. Not only that, George treated us like family. We will definitely go back to Mike's for our automotive repair needs!

I have a 2014 Ram 2500 that I took in for alignment. Alignment was done same day. About a week later I noticed my steering off a bit. I drive a lot so I looked under the truck to see what was going on and found the primary steering linkage between the pitman arm and the knuckle was completely loose. This is a CRITICAL piece to the steering. If this had came completely off, I'd have probably died because most of my commute is interstate.

I called the manager and they repaired the same day but said that it's possible it just 'backed off'. There's no possible way this piece is supposed to be able to 'back off'. I don't normally leave bad reviews. I'm highly against it actually. I understand things happen. But when you make a mistake, own it. I will not be taking any business here. EVER. To miss this during an alignment is bad enough, but then to not own the mistake and treat me like an idiot is salt on the wound. 100% would NOT recommend this shop.

My family has been going to Mike's Millstadt location for all of our automotive repair needs as long as I can remember. I have relied on him since I got my license in 2013. George has gotten to know my family & our specific cars & their problems well. My husband has recently started taking his car (that used to be my grandma's) to Mike's, and George remembered this car from when my grandmother first purchased it in the 1990s.

Brought my car for a wheel alignment and very happy with their service. I got a print out of all of the readings of the alignment. I'm very happy with this place and they are polite, courteous, and honest. I highly recommend this shop for tire and auto service. Take your car here because you will not be disappointed.

First time ever that I went to a tire store to get my tires checked and they didn't try to sell me 4 new tires! Pete, Tom, Dan & Ms Mary were the nicest people you could ever meet. Not one damn star! Service is terrible. I gave them my car(1984 Oldsmobile 98), told them to take their time, had my car for three months, charged me 700 dollars and the car is still not driveable! Going to Vern's! Excellent service

Just wanted to give them a thank you for taking care of not just our cars but my family and friends. It is great to know you can trust them to take good care of you. Our Grand Caravan that we bought new from Cassens has given us some difficult times in the last year. When it broke down last year I hobbled in and was crying they were rude and gave me an appointment for 2 weeks later.

I called Mikes and they said they would look at it as soon as I got there. They fixed it and I was on my way next day. This week was frustrating with my car and Tom was so caring. Please consider them for your next auto need. They take great care of their customers

I had took my Audi to this place just because I live down the street. Come to find out I wouldn't even take my bicycle there. My Audi had a mass airflow sensor problem that I had took there to fix one week later I had the same problem with my car after was out of Mike's automotive. So I took it to the Audi shop and they told me it was a mass airflow sensor I told him the situation but I just had that fixed at Mike's automotive The Audi dealership told me that the mass airflow sensor was no good.

So I went back to Mike's automotive and told him the problem and he rolled his eyes at me. So never again I will go to this place I don't have time to waste because I like things fixed the first time.
